Michelle is the store manager. If you see them, say Hi and tell them what you think of the drinks. They recently had their grand opening and plan to have food collaborations in the future. For this weekend, the food colloboration will be french macarons. Can't wait to check it out. Employees are friendly and welcoming. You can choose to have less sugar or ice for your drink. If you want toppings (ie boba, cookie crumble, espresso shot, or other items), there is an additional cost. This place is just awesome! A great vibe to go to after dinner for desert or in the afternoon for a refresher! Not your sugary snack. You can adjust the level of ice and sugar in your drinks. Came here a couple of times and honestly i wasnt crazy about their drinks. We got the earl grey milk tea and it looked like all milk and no tea. I asked for less sweet and it tasted more like they added regular amount. I do like all the different sweets they offer and like to go for dessert occasionally. The pumpkin milk tea was absolutely delicious!! So so good I'll be coming back all season just for this I also tried the taro tea which was very good as well. I've tried tons of bubble tea spots from Long Island, NYC and many different states. This place is fairly new but needs some work on amping up decor and perfecting their boba. The boba/tapioca was very hard in the middle, hard to chew and not made well. The milk tea was ok but a little chalky. There is nothing like fresh boba in your tea. This location has tons of potential and I'm hoping it gets better. I will stick too my spot that's #1 on the island. read more

Such a cute place for yummy macaroons, mochi donuts, bubble teas and slushes. My favorite items are the fruity pebble donuts with a taro bubble tea. I love that they customize the levels of sugar and I am excited to try out different combinations. The prices are comparable to other bubble tea locations and they use the really cute cups that the boba places in Queens have with the rounded bottoms. Since this place opened, it's been my go-to bubble tea place! The owners are so nice, the rewards program is well worth it, and the bubble tea is so good. Every once in a while they come out with new seasonal flavors and they're always a hit. And now that they started making the mochi doughnuts in store, it's even better. The cake pops are so tasty and unique and the decorations are beautiful! I definitely recommend going to this bubble tea shop, as I do at least once a week! read more

There's a lot of good ideas and good potential at this place but unfortunately I found the drinks here to be average at best. The tapioca wasn't fresh or flavored with a brown sugar syrup which was disappointing. The teas were too sweet or not sweet enough regardless of the sugar levels. There's a lot of innovative ideas with drink flavors which is great, I hope they expand on that to make something different and to improve the quality of the drinks. It's also very expensive, $8-$10 for a drink is actually crazy when other places are charging less for better boba. I really wanna see this place be successful since there was a lot of love put into it and there is a lot of potential. Hopefully in a year or so with some good feedback they'll be a little closer in quality to Gong Cha or Yaaas Tea. read more
