I have to say my Union Rep's Ryan and Rob of UPS Farmingville totally turned me on as a new supporter of Dunkin Donuts... They brought in a nice spread of Dunkins donuts for a morning start to our day.... These donuts were super FRESH.... and YUMMY..... The selections were one tastier after the other...The insiders of UPS run on Dunkin coffee everyday..... Now.... I run on Dunkin with them and my family joins in on the sweet sultry taste with them along side of Baskin Robin's ice-cream.... I don't know if I'm alone. I have gone to the Dunkin' on 112 many times, at different times. I have now given up. I find everything watered down. Regular coffee has enough creamer to be, with out a doubt light. With watered down coffee, not good. Cappuccino blast is so light you can barely tell it's cappuccino. The staff has no personality. They act annoyed if you question anything. Very robotic. I'm sorry corporate needs to visit this franchise. I don't know what happened to this place. Perhaps a staff turn around? I come here most mornings (at the drive thru) and about a month ago things went downhill quickly. I order a croissant not toasted and get a croissant burned and saturated in butter. If I get a bagel with cream cheese, they put about a teaspoon of cream cheese on - no joke!! Even when I ask to make sure there is cream cheese on there, still the same amount. Being completely fed up, the other day I ordered "extra" cream cheese and was charged $1.50 extra!!! And the coupons on the large drinks - I use them every morning for $1.00 iced tea. But Saturday the woman decided the coupon said after 11 a.m., which it does, but I never had a problem using it before. And she was not going to redeem the coupon. I am done with this place. I'll be heading over to Starbucks which just opened across the street from them. read more

I am updating my review for a couple of reasons, largely because my coffee turns out different every single day and I've had it. I order the same drink every day: a medium iced (hot in the cooler weather) caramel latte -- whole milk, no whip, extra turbo shot of espresso (which I pay extra for and half the time they forget to add it!!). My drink is NEVER consistent. Most of the time it's little more than iced milk with way too much caramel syrup, no taste of coffee whatsoever. Next, this location has several new hires and NONE of them know what they're doing. Train your staff first before unleashing them on the public! I have been going consistently for the last three weeks approximately 6:45 to 6:50 AM. I really didnt want to review until I found my experience to be consistent and not just a one or two off. I totally understand that most of their business is drive thru at this time and I can see that it is extremely busy. However, When I go into the store I typically wait at least 5 minutes (I'm the only one in there) before anyone even acknowledges me. Employees do see me but I kind of feel ignored. Today I was waiting ten minutes, nobody even acknowledged me (Yes they did see me) and made it evident that walk in customers are clearly not the priority that time of morning. Stopped in this morning for a cup of coffee, I must say this is one of the most upbeat and welcoming DD stores I been to. Very clean and spacious store, well staffed and the employees are very friendly. I was impressed by the upbeat, friendly demeanor of the staff especially by the woman who served me Evelyn! She was cheerful and provided a great customer experience!! It's nice to get a great cup of hot joe in the morning, this is going to be my new am stop to work and the service is extremely fast. Every time I go here they never have donuts. I don't understand. My coffee is never made correctly either.

I stopped coming to this Dunkin' for a while now because I was tired of constantly receiving incorrect orders when it comes to my coffee. This evening I decided to give the a shot to perhaps redeem themselves but that was a huge mistake. I placed my order with a young lady who seemed to understand and care about me. She asked if I would like a cup holder to which I replied "yes." She went to the back and up came a young fellow who received two cups of coffee from another person, (not the young lady), who proceeds to hand me the cups and I told him I wanted the cup holder. He takes "3" holders and doesn't separate them and stuffs them in the tray. Then, he "tells me" which one was supposed to be the "dark with sweetener" and the other one was supposed to be Almond milk. Well guess what... WRONG!!! One; none of them had sweetener in them and they're both white as snow and they were NOT HOT!! They were too lazy to get the order correct and to properly label the coffees. I am fed up. The kids out here unfortunately do not care about their jobs. You're making coffee man... if you can't or don't want to do it right... then quit!! We should not be subjected to this. After the 4th stop here in recent weeks, I really have to comment on this place. First of all, your business seems completely dedicated to the drive thru window. I have gone inside to bypass the line; it took significantly longer. There was a single person manning the counter, yet 5 people working all aspects of the drive thru window. The constant disagreements behind the counter between staff is not something someone waiting on an order wants to be part of either. In 3 of the last 4 stops here, my order has been incorrect. I am not too such how hard it is to understand the meaning of a "dark toasted bagel", but apparently here it means warm it slightly. I do not take sugar in my coffee, yet whoever makes it seems to think that extra milk NO sugar means, sugar and little milk. It seems speed and what staff thinks they hear (I have had my order argued with me one of these trips because the person behind the counter was more interested in conversing with the manager) over anything else. Good there there is a 7-11 along my route to work. read more

This was our second time trying to buy Baskin Robbins ice cream at this location and again felt like we were wearing our invisibility cloaks. We were not acknowledged whatsoever by the three employees on duty but could see they were busy dealing with the drive up. After about 5 minutes I asked if there was anyone available to sell ice cream. She said unapologetically that they were busy with drive up and would be over soon. We waited because it was still quicker than driving to another location. By the way, the ice cream had a stale, frozen taste like ice cream you've have in the freezer too long. read more

They were starting problems with me and my friends in the drive through, they were jumping out of the window saying disrespectful stuff. Came for ice cream with a friend of mine. Got to the speaker, explained what I wanted; my friend got the same. As I pull up to the window, I dont see anyone moving inside. A few moments later, I see a gentleman pumping caramel into our cups. The same gentleman came to collect the money. I'm 92% sure he was working by himself. The young man had a very sweet demeanor, he repeated my order to confirm accuracy, also, his uniform and facial hairs were very neat and clean.
