From the very beginning of this job, my wife and I were told , they would deal with the insurance if their estimate was too low ? And there was Zero communication from this shop . Then sadly they want an additional $130.00 to release the vehicle ? This after being told at least 3 times by their employees they would deal with the insurance so we won't have to ? I was very impressed by how quickly there were able to get our vehicle in and how on top of things they were. Someone answered just about every time we called. They would also call and give us updates on where they were with repairs. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. My car was hit while parked. My insurance company recommended a collision center which I took my car to they gave me an estimate and told me it was a 2 month wait. well 6 mos later still waiting for that phone call. In between waiting I had to take my vehicle to the dealer for service and when I told them what happened they immediately recommended Kim's. I called and they told me to bring my car by which I did. 2 weeks later, my car was repaired and it looked brand new. an amazing job! my story doesn't end there. After the recent hurricane, something dragged along the side of my car I just stopped by to see what they thought. They asked me to sit tight and came back out with cloth and rubbing mixture, they rubbed off what I thought was scraped paint turns out it wasn't! I had one minor scratch, they told me they thought they had paint from my previous repair and fixed the one small scratch I had. I can't say enough wonderful things about Kims Auto. AAA towed our 1989 27-ft RV to Kim's after we rear ended a truck. They were SUPER! Being 29 years old, parts were hard to find for our Ford Econoline 350. They sent me out with a mechanic to find used parts, and we found 6 of 7. Actually we found a radiator as well. but they recommended I spring for a new one. In the process they found the reason for my accident - the RVs brakes were totally shot, so they replaced nearly all the parts. The bottom line: our old RV now looks (at least from the front) brand new, drives better, and stops on a dime (well maybe a quarter!). AND due to the used parts the whole job cost half of what I expected. read more

Joe and his staff painted my 1976 Airstream Argosy and it looks amazing. Joe paid attention to all details, even the small ones. He did things that didn't occur to me to ask him to do so the paint job would be a nice as possible. Joe is very professional, fair priced and a pleasure to deal with. I was probably more of a nuisance because I love my camper and this was a big deal getting her painted.
