Splint change every week, for 4 weeks. This was included and they tried to tell me it was not, and I needed to pay extra!

Years later, I am still hearing threats that this review will result in a lawsuit. Yet no attorney has ever contacted me because everything I have written is based on my actual experience. My dog was brought to this facility with two broken legs. After driving two hours to the appointment and waiting for hours in a hot parking lot, I eventually learned that my dog had not even been seen yet. During that time, she was sitting in the back of the facility injured and unattended while I was repeatedly given little to no information about what was happening. What made the situation worse was that payment was taken upfront for services that were documented on the paperwork and represented as being provided, yet those services were ultimately not performed. Instead of accountability, I was given excuses and offered vouchers that did nothing to address the problem. The lack of communication, organization, and transparency throughout the entire process was unacceptable. When people bring their animals to a rescue or veterinary organization, they are often scared, emotional, and relying on the staff to provide honest information and competent care. That was not my experience. I stand by my review because it reflects exactly what I experienced: poor communication, poor customer service, and treatment of both animals and owners that I found deeply troubling. If you love your animal, do your research carefully before trusting this organization with their care.

    Uther Pendragon

It's a tough situation to be in, no money and a dying dog. I just noticed so many poor reviews, I had to leave my own. I was going through a financial crisis due to my dog becoming sick. I spent a couple months and several thousand dollars at multiple vets. Several different diagnosis and a final diagnosis of a huge mass in his intestines. Surgery, due to the multiple diagnosis, x-rays, ultrasound exams, medication and weekly visits was now not an option. I was also told he wouldn't survive a Surgery nor could they tell me exactly what it was. I called Kinder, explained my situation, what I had available in cash and credit, they said come right now. When they examined him, he couldn't walk, wasnt eating anymore. I asked if they could do exploratory Surgery. They took him in, opened him up and removed an obstruction, saved his life. This was a $6000 Surgery. I paid $2800. Uther lived a long and amazing life for a bully dog. I'm thankful for the care. Nobody will care the way Kinder does. Long waits outside, poor parking situation, rough customer care, whatever! My dog had the most loving incompetent care, no money too bad so sad. My dog is more important than my sensibilities.

Little guy didn't have a chance with these clowns. He had FIP

Was trying to help a random lady with her sick kitten. He was at this place overnight on oxygen. They had me pick him up the next day and told me to take him to C.A.R.E.S I took him there and they said they weren't equipped to help him. Had to take him to another place and they couldn't help him either. He died a few hours later.

I see on the website you mostly due dental work and surgeries, do you also administer first vaccinations for puppies?

Will the doctor take care of a cat that has a urinary blockage ? how much will it cost.

Yes they will and it will be much cheaper then anywhere else.

How much would a full teeth extraction cost? For a chihuahua mix

Not sure about dogs but my cat was $600 and that included blood work, x-rays, medication, everything. This place is truly a blessing.

Does anyone know the cost for a dogs hind leg amputation by any chance? Thank you on advance.

    1500

How much is it for a dental cleaning and possible extraction?

You will need to have blood work done and depending on the age of your pooch, a chest X-ray first and put a deposit down for the dental procedure. This cost me $231. When you return for the dental appointment, you’ll pay the remaining balance…

Will the doctor do an amputation? I'd like to find out before I drive all the way out there.

Yes she does do amputations! She is very conscientious and had X-rays taken prior to scheduling the amputation to see if the cancer spread! With my Greyhound it was too late as the cancer was all over! She has the best prices for an amputation that…

Has someone taken your dog to get a Foxtail removed from there paws and how much did you pay? Do they take CareCredit?

I recommend you get there EARLY if you're going for a spay/neuter clinic day. They say no later than 7:30 AM but I was there at around 6:45 and they were already checking people in... so go early. You pay in cash. They can also do microchips at the same time as the surgery. This was so easy compared to other places that offer similar services. We were hesitant to pay that amount since it was an expense not expected especially after already paying for an initial check up and vaccinations elsewhere (our cat adopted us - she just showed up in the backyard so we took her under our wing since knew the shelters are so overpopulated). Dr. Shukhman is so kind and can tell helping animals is his passion. Had a follow up question after the surgery and Mauricio was so helpful too. If your pets pick up time is before 1PM, they will contact you. The expectation is for you to come pick up your animal promptly after the call to avoid stress on the animals so make sure you hang out close to the location if don't live close. They also offer other services that can be done at the same time like microchips which we opted for as well.

When I got there, vet techs were waiting for me. Some of them took her back, and one took my story on what happened, and her symptoms. I had to call Pet Poison Line so they could tell the vets how to treat her-that's fine-and they wanted to do a full workup on her since she is 12. I said that's fine, that's what insurance is for. It was about 11pm when I was sent home to rest while they took care of her. At about two, they called me to tell me that she survived the nightshade poisoning, but they had found a thicker spot in her intestines in the x-ray, and they wanted to do follow-up images in the morning, so I got another estimate for them to keep her til the next day and run another round of x-rays and do an ultrasound. She stayed and I went back to sleep. In the morning, a very kind vet whose name I don't remember called me and went over what is happening and why that spot could be there. She gave me advice on how to proceed after today. She asked what food my cat eats so they could give it to her there too. I was kept in the loop the whole time from when I got there to when I picked her up at 4:30pm. It set me back about $3500. Thank God for pet insurance. But considering all they did and the overnight stay, not terrible. My cat's idiocy may have saved her bacon if we caught something early, but so did True Care's thoroughness.

Calls are rarely returned, communication is almost nonexistent, and getting something as simple as a prescription refill has turned into a nightmare. My dog depends on his medication to eat properly, yet I was told I now need to pay for another doctor's appointment just because the previous veterinarian left over a year ago -- something they never bothered to properly communicate to pet owners. How is that acceptable? To make matters worse, they don't even have appointments available until mid-July. So what exactly are patients supposed to do in the meantime? Wait until their pets are seriously suffering just to be seen and get medication they already rely on? There seems to be a complete lack of urgency, compassion, and accountability. Pet owners trust clinics with the wellbeing of their animals, and this experience has been beyond frustrating and honestly heartbreaking

Dr. Bazlova preceded to comment, while looking at her computer screen, that my dog's paw's looked much healthier than last year. (My dog has never had any issues with his paws). The rest of the appointment was a conversation over my concern with having my dog sedated for unnecessary dental work, and she could do nothing but continue to suggest additional unnecessary procedures. She was very aware of the clock and eager to get the heck out and to her next appointment. I can't say the problem is with her personally, but likely the policies of this office/practice. The vet's are very clearly trying to meet a quota. They should be ashamed, as they're the reason people can't trust their veterinarian. They're just trying to make a buck. I found a much better veterinarian -- they do exist! But this place is NOT ONE. I would absolutely NEVER RECOMMEND.
