My mom was a patient here for almost 4 weeks and since day 1 all the nurses were attentive and helpful. Dr. El was amazing. All the physical therapist were all amazing as well. My mom was saddened when she had to transfer to rehab center because of all the "friends" she made there. If I could give this place zero stars, I truly would. My heart is breaking for my nephew. He's only 27 years old and has severe cerebral palsy, and instead of being cared for, he was transferred to what feels like a nightmare. When my sister-in-law went to visit him, she found him lying in a wet bed -- his clothes soaked, the sheets soaked, and his catheter had come out. And the worst part? The staff just left him like that. No urgency. No compassion. It took them almost 30 minutes to finally come in and help him. I can't even bring myself to imagine what happens to him at night when no family is there to witness it. Any time he moves or even makes a facial expression, the nurses try to sedate him. The thought of him being drugged simply for reacting or expressing discomfort makes me sick to my stomach. This isn't healthcare -- it feels like neglect, plain and simple. When my sister-in-law tried to speak up and tell the hospital's social worker that she feared for her son's safety, she was met with rudeness, interruptions, and complete denial of what was happening. How can someone with that attitude work in a place where vulnerable people are supposed to be cared for? It is so discouraging and infuriating. All we want is for my nephew to be safe, respected, and treated like a human being. Instead, we're praying every day that my sister-in-law and brother can get him out of there as soon as possible. It genuinely feels like he's not being helped at all -- just kept there for the insurance money. Seeing that this place has a 2.5-star rating doesn't surprise me anymore. If you or your loved one are ever referred here, please do everything you can to find another facility. No family should ever have to go through this. California healthcare has changed so much since COVID, and sadly, this place is a painful reminder of how far it has fallen. read more

Hello, I am a US Navy Veteran and couldn't believe what happened this morning. My wife was having stroke-like symptoms this morning, 5:50 AM PST. We don't live out here, and we are visiting our home church, Patria, tomorrow. The clerk stopped us at the door and said they were closed for an hour and there was nothing he could do. The clerk displayed no concern or care. He was ready to take his lunch break. My wife could barely breathe, and she was having chest pains. The clerk was insensitive, inconsiderate, and unempathetic. I asked where the closest urgent care or hospital is, and he said Upland, CA. The saddest part is that there was a church next to ours, and it turned us away. My wife could have died, God forbid. I'm disappointed, disgusted, and displeased. Why say you're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to be turned away in an emergency? read more

Worse hospital ever. I had shown up for an epidural procedure at 6am. (procedure was scheduled weeks in advance) As I was waiting 3 other couples showed up for the same procedure. I had good spirits and hope for this place to take care of my mom. After getting discharged from a major hospital now it's time for rehab and ok....I'll pick Kindred Rancho since Barlow wasn't accepting patriots due to the California wildfires. Upon admission, I already kind got into it with the late charge nurse. I asked whom do I speak with to get Information as to who will caring for my mom, immediately I was told i don't know and who are you. I identified myself as the patient daughter and that I want to give report to the team that will assist my mom tonight. All that being said and done...not a good 1st impression. Just the second night of being here, I make sure I'm here all day for companionship and even take on task like giving PT to my mom as well as making sure she is turned every two hrs. Her morning nurse came in at 7am for report and I'm wondering it's now 12:20pm when will he be back. Last night I positioned my mom for sleep. I left the facility at 8:45pm and returned bk to the Rancho facility from LA at 6:37am. As soon as I reach my moms room I go in and say hi. Have u seen ur nurse how was ur night. My mom has a tracheostomy which means she can't really speak without the help of a device named a Passy Muir. I applied the device and she told me her nurse came once to rub her sore feet and that was it. I went to her night nurse and asked for report. I asked if she went to the bathroom her night nurse said to me n my mudfudgin face at the front desk... Such and such didn't tell me she used the bathroom so I believe she did. It's not up for such and such to tell u shit.....ura a nurse every 2 hrs u go and check on the patient. I unfmderstand u get busy but how damn busy are u from 12am to 6am?? I went to my moms room lifted her gown and there it was. MUDSLIDE!!!! my poor mom was left sitting in her own excrement for hours. How do I know....it turned black and was like glue on her sore thighs. Without help.form any fucking body on staff it took me 45 mins to an hour to clean my mom , apply new dressings, clothing and bedding as well as positioning. I'm here everyday for support. I work Friday-Sunday in Surgery. I know Surgical ans Aspetic techniques. This is hella highly unprofessional. I asked the front desk to call the charge nurse I had to wait 15minutes but she finally showed to do nothing. I wanted to handel this internally but they forced my hand. It is now 12:40pm. Now I had to go to the internet. I did tell them. Do u want handle this internally or should I just write a review online.....and in debate if u can't come bk with nothing to say......u agree so here it is world. If u choose this facility make sure u are ready to be ur loved ones primary nurse. The nursing aspect can really use Jesus, God, Mary, David, Allah, Buddah, Ghandi, Mother Teresa and Samuel L.Jackson (to help me cussthe faq up outta them). Poor care and negligence at Kindred Rancho sent my parent into the ICU at Level 1 (Tier 1) trauma center. My father needed soft restraints while having temporary hospital-induced delirium. Our nurse paged the doctor to get permission for temporary restraints, who did not respond for 8 hours. The nurse paged again and restraints were still not placed. About 20 hours after he became agitated, he pulled out a tube during his restlessness. Nurses spoke about him in a derogatory fashion and blamed him repeatedly for doing so. No temporary restraints were placed until we had a family meeting and I complained to the facility's case manager. I would never recommend this location or frankly any Kindred. You can hear their staff making snide comments and jokes about how horrible Kindred is when they hang out near the nurses' station. The ONLY positive about this place was Manny, the very kind RT who worked with my dad. He was the only person who treated him like a human with dignity. read more

My mom was here for a few weeks at the start of this year & this place was amazing. The staff was kind, emphatic, and professional. Their communication was the best I have ever seen at a hospital. I got to meet with each person on the care team for my mom, and they went over the plan of action for her. When my mom got here, she was on a trach, had been to Pomona Valley, Kaiser, Upland Rehab, and San Antonio, this was by far the best place with the best care. Carlo, the head of rehab, would always go above and beyond for my mom. We even came back to visit him when she was finally all better :) read more

I was a patient at Kindred Rancho Cucamonga for 8 months and it was a life-saving experience. I was very ill, on dialysis, with lung and heart issues. The care I received was amazing. Each RN, LVN and CNA, no matter which shift, was dedicated and committed to helping me progress. They were also the nicest and compassionate group of people. The Director of Nursing was always available and would stop by my room to make sure I was getting everything I needed. The Respiratory Therapists were there for me 24/7 and got me through some very hard times. Special shout out to Alero in Case Management! She went above and beyond to get me the heart procedure I needed that gave me back my life. I could type 10 pages on the good things about Kindred in Rancho Cucamonga. I was sick, they did everything they could to help me get better and I did. I'm now at a post-acute rehab to get stronger and I will get stronger because of my time at Kindred. read more

As someone who works in healthcare, I understand that dissatisfied patients/family members leave nasty reviews out anger. But these reviews are all justified. The facility is an insult to healthcare and medicine. The nurses are rude, appear incompetent, have atrocious bedside manners, no empathy, not sure who gave them licenses honestly. The care that was promised was not delivered, we had low expectations going in but they were sure to disappoint even those. I can go on and on, but I won't. How is this place still up and running?!?! My loved one was sent here for "extra therapy" after a long tiring hospital stay. Therapy showed up maybe twice after a week of him being there, all they did was lift his arms for him for 5 min. He hasn't walked or stood for 3 weeks!!!! All they do is keep their patients drugged up and asleep. My loved one is now addicted to whatever meds they were giving him. Didn't even try to wean him off. Feels like you're in a mental asylum. If you think you will be getting any type of care here, please think again. Stay away from this place as far away as possible and don't even consider it as an option!!! I just can't fathom how this place isn't shut down yet. Zero stars and I'm praying this will be their end!! read more

My nephew was here and the quality of care is very poor. Nothing compared to the quality care that he was receiving at the hospital. Nurses don't come by unless you ask them to come in and check on them. My nephew was restless and he had a soiled diaper for hours and he was sweating profusely due to his sugar levels being below 40. It makes you wonder if they act this way with family present, I can only imagine how they treat their patients when no one is there. read more

She got me setup with an IV which worked wonders, she then explained what was wrong with me and what steps to take for me to feel better. My mother-in-law was transferred to Kindred Hospital from another hospital. We met with Lisa Hernandez and she was so helpful and knowledge. She made the transition so smooth. Kayleigh, Rowan nurses and all RN's & LVN's &CNA's & doctors were top notch with caring for my mother-in-law. They were always attentive, knowledgeable, always willing to listen and helpful. Sham and Greta security guards were always friendly and helpful. They are the first point of contact and they were always smiling and offered assistance. They are assets to the Kindred Hospital team. My loved one was here for about two months. I called to check on him because nobody had called me this week. They said he was not there! I asked where is he and was told, I have no information. You'll have to call on Monday. How can he just disappear and have no information whether he died or was moved or ran off?? He's had a great deal of difficulty getting off the ventilator. This is no way to treat the next of kin of a patient. If he's passed away, someone should have the courage to let me know. No one can believe what I'm going through here trying to get some basic information as I am authorized in his file. I even called the coroner, no information there either. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they connected me with a machine to take a message, I couldn't even get a name, just an extension number. This is a nightmare, and there is no excuse for this. read more

Do not come here, the service and processes are poor. I witnessed slow, and at times, lack of response to monitors going off. My family member's monitor was completely disconnected For hours by 'accident' until I alerted nurse. This is just a few of the many issues. I reported things to admin and received a letter that they looked into it and found no problems. My father was transferred here after having a stroke post his open heart surgery. Absolute garbage place, out of the few good nurses, the overall institute is horrible horrible horrible. Do NOT bring your loved ones here!!!!!! Took them over a week to finally have someone from physical therapy to come see him, and once they did they barely did anything and has made his progress to walk again much slower and could be declining his chances of ever walking again. Nurses are late with his meds, don't ever check in on their patients, overall unwelcoming and rude. If my mother didn't stay 24/7 there I guarantee we wouldn't have my father today. My overall rating is a 3.5 star for our experience. My dad was recently cared for at Kindred for a little over a month. He suffered from a stroke and heart attack and had to come here for additional care, iv medication, rehabilitation, Ng tube removal, dialysis and more time to gain his strength and energy before going to acute rehabilitation. Based on all the yelp reviews about all of the Kindred hospitals, the limited choices of LTACs in the area, the proximity to our home, the location and the reviews of the families who were there at the time of our initial visit, we reluctantly chose Kindred Rancho. The in-person review we received was that this was one of the best Kindreds and the staff was nice. Keeping in mind all the negative reviews, that were literally horror stories, we went in knowing that someone would have to be with our dad at all times. Visiting hours started at 6am and ended at 11pm. We were there practically the entire time when it was possible. We had a schedule to ensure coverage. One person was able to stay overnight but we never did. Our situation was out of the ordinary in the sense that my dad has 5 kids and a wife. We literally made a schedule of days and shifts to ensure someone was with him at all times. We also had other family visit who were interested in his care and recovery. Our Experience: First, I will say Kindred Rancho is not a horrible facility, but you do HAVE to be there. The over the phone check-in isn't enough. We came in clearly stating our expectations and called out any deficiencies or lack of care we noticed. We made it a priority to advocate for my dad and let the staff know that we would be involved in his care. I do believe this positively affected his level of care. There was some hiccups that happened such as staff not realizing the NG tube was pulled until I noticed it. My brother walked in with the continuous feeding on and the NG tube had been pulled extensively. That was scary because food going into the lungs would have been detrimental. My brother turned off the machine once he noticed it was still on. He was changed to manual tube feeding after this. The nurses laid him down right after being tube fed causing him to throw up. He is supposed to sit up for a while before being laid down. His dialysis catheter was removed without our knowledge that it was happening after we had been told it wouldn't be removed for a while due to him being on blood thinners. The next day we came and it was gone. They used a previous authorization that pertained to a different procedure. We were very upset about this. It's also, really hard to tell who runs the show because the doctor would place an order and it was explained to us that the doctor can't tell the Therapist how many days to do therapy, even if is to prevent an unwanted invasive procedure. We did feel like more therapy could have been done with him and options for him to be mobile through the latter part of his stay. It was really hard for my dad to remain in bed for a month, but there was no options for us to push him around in a wheel chair when he wanted to get out of bed. This led to him trying to get out of bed on his own. Overall my dad did get better here, but it took a lot of prayer and our family support. He would not have made as much progress as he did if we had not been there feeling in the gaps meeting with the doctors and helping him to push through. When he arrived at Kindred, my dad couldn't talk, couldn't stand, had limited hand, arm and leg movements, had a Nasal gastric feeding tube and was on dialysis. When he discharged he was talking, he was starting to stand, eating regularly and off of dialysis. The progress he made was a joint effort but it was very dependent on the support of the family. Please don't leave your loved one here thinking they will get better based solely on the care the facility provides. The doctor checks in once a day but the nurses are doing the work and they have 4 other patients. If your loved one isn't mobile or verbal, you have to be their feet and their voice. read more

They get very offended when you mention their bad reviews. Like extremely mad. I kind of got an attitude with one of the nurses because she's asking me questions about my grandfather that she should be able to access from his medical chart. I've worked in the medical field and know that you are supposed to keep records of everything done with patients. And they are logged in their charts. Whenever we would call to check on my grandfathers care the nurses would just be like oh ya he took a giant dump today. Like that's not what family members want to hear. We wanted to know what his goals were the plan of action to get him back to health and we received nothing. We were told a dr called to talk to us but that was a lie. No one ever got a call. They try to push you to sign up for medical and make you feel like you won't be able to get good care for your loved ones without it which is a crock of bullshit. There was probably one nurse there that was actually kind. The CNAs and nurses would walk around with their hair down their back and not tied up. They wore extremely tight scrubs and they look like they are there to hang out and chit chat VS actually giving patients the care they need. It's sickening that these facilities are able to exist. The doctors are horrible the nurses too. Every one sucks here. It's disgusting that they are allowed to even be in business. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and GOD WILL JUDGE YOU read more

this is the wrost place to send a loved one to. if i could leave negative 5 stars i would. if your loved one is referred to this place DECLINE IT. whatever you do , do NOT let them be a patient here. the staff is extreme slow, on their own time, don't really care, & are there just to be there. very rare that you'll get somewhat of a helpful nurse. they're also not gentle or caring with the patient at all. also don't get me started on the cleanliness of this place. it's horrific & unhygienic. the patient gets referred there to get rehab & physical therapy & leave WORSE than how they came. they physical therapy is them sitting in a chair. very rare to have real actual movement/walking. oh & they do "physical therapy" 5 times a week. they don't come on the weekends... this place is an absolute nightmare. read more

This review is to help others families and includes both the good and bad. The BAD: Our negative encounters are quite serious and involved an Rn and two LVN's who ultimately refused to treat my grandmother. The Rn told my family on multiple occasions not to call him and let us know he would not come by the room. As for the LVN's involved, the first, refused to provide care, and instead sent in another LVN who ultimately did the same after making inappropriate comments towards my family. He stormed out of the room and stated he would not be assisting the patient and would send someone else. Our loved one was non-verbal, unable to move, and in bad condition, and still she was disregarded by these people over their lack of professionalism and empathy. Other encounters were just as strange and dealt with rude comments being made by staff. The GOOD: And to the following people named, thank you for providing care to my grandmother. Kindred Rancho KILLED my loved one. She had a stroke and was going to get a g tube surgery. Dr. Kayani performed the surgery. They came out to state since her anatomy was too small no surgery could be done but she could at a full on hospital. We asked they wake her up from anesthesia and send her to her room. She went to her room and blood was everywhere. The nurse tried to cover it up and mentioned nothing to us. We asked the surgeon to come but he left the premises as in I saw him walk out on his cell phone. Another doctor came in and poured this chemical on it to close their mistake. He said she may get an infection from this. She ultimately got an infection and died. This is an inexcusable loss. Her feeding tube was turned off for 12 hours in a day. Kindred Rancho if not Kindred altogether needs to be shut down. This is a place of poor standards, ethics, and poor service. Do not put your loved one here! You won't see them again. My sister was recently transferred here from Loma Linda. Recovering from a coma and amputation. This facility is below average. Some of the staff is great others seem to be in training or simply,do not like their job.Nurses are slow to attend to her critical needs. The facility also DOES NOT HAVE Central AC. We had to buy my sister 2 small fans to keep her cool. This facility is outdated and short staffed. This facility needs to be reevaluated by the city or medical board immediately. We are hoping to relocate my sister asap. Im not one to write reviews but the public needs to be aware. This facility should be closed until their 100% able to provide excellent care and services. Our loved ones deserve excellent and immediate care and a well equipped facility while recovering from serious trauma. read more

My mom was here for a week. Staff was outstanding. The only negative was the surgeon they call Dr. O. He was very negative, and quite rude. He hurt my mother pulling her chest tube out without any assistance or anesthetic. She was weak to begin with, and he created a situation that caused us to move her to another hospital. My brother was brought here recently for a head trauma that he had 1 month ago. I hope this helps to get things straightened out here and hopefully they start treating patients better. My brother had a motorcycle accident and is recovering from that here he was transferred from RUHC after about 3 weeks of being there in the ICU. The experience here has been horrible from the nurses specially the night shift. We had nurses sleeping and with earphones. My brother will call them because he needed help with peeing or to get cleaned after going poop. They would take a really long time to come and help him so my brother would get angry and yell. Then they tell doctors he's aggressive and doctors will order to retrain him but they don't mention the reason my brother is mad. It's normal for anyone that needs assistance to get angry if they are not getting that help, my brother can feel when he needs to go pee or poop and he asks them for help and they tell him ti just poop and pee himself there. They are getting paid for them to help these patients. Usually one family member will be with him and we help him as much as we can. so most of the time the nurses don't even come in to check up on him or any of their patients they just don't want to deal with anything and want everything to be calm but all these patients need a lot of help and care. It is very sad to hear other patients screaming for help and they just take them for crazy. My brother has his moments that everything he says makes sense. He tells us " how do they not want me to get mad if I call them and they take forever to come help me"? AND that makes a lot of sense. Sometimes while we are there with him we call the nurses and all we get is "we are waiting for a nurse to help us" and we ask again 10-15 min. Later and same response all while all the nurses are just sitting around falling asleep. One nurse even told me not to baby my brother while I was trying to help him get comfortable and I told her this is not babying him this is helping him. Something they should be doing but choose not too. It makes me sad to think of all the other patients who are here suffering from something and not being able to speak up. Bottom line the type and quality of care here is not good and I hope they make some changes because these patients including my brother here do not deserve this. read more

I'm following up on a review I posted on July 28, 2022 regarding a friend of mine who was a patient at Kindred in Rancho Cucamonga. I will include that review below but just wanted to let everyone know that my friend wound up dying, and I believe that Kindred greatly contributed to his death due to severe neglect. So I repeat, if you have a loved one who is sick DO NOT bring them to this facility unless you're willing to roll the dice on their life. Below is the 7/28/22 review. I had a close friend of the family arrive at Kindred approximately 3 1/2 weeks ago coming from another facility. While he was very sick, at that time, he was on his way to recovery. Now he's on his death bed. I was well aware that he was a very sick man with a myriad of ailments and that his prognosis is grim. But he has been left in a room without food water for 10 days now with nothing but a morphine drip to accelerate the death process. A DNR was authorized, but his family did not consent to remove his feeding tube nor deprive him of water. It's amazing that he survived 10 days without either especially in his weakened condition. The hospital claims that he is brain dead and thus have justified their actions, although, again, no one authorized removal of food water etc. But this persons wife went to see him and not only did he directly look at her but attempted to speak. That is not brain dead. Getting hold of a doctor is nearly impossible let alone a nurse or anyone for that matter that can talk about your loved one who is dying. I asked them today to give him food water etc but I'm sure they're only going to pump him up with more morphine. My advice to you is to not bring your loved one to this facility unless you are prepared for them to die. read more

NO STARS Second time here, and made the same the same mistake twice. The first time i was seen and they forgot about me in a room for 45 min for a breathing treatment. I just walked out. Saw the doctor on the way out chatting it up with the supposed nurse that was to give me that treatment. I wasn't feeling well at all and just left, no fuss. Today: To the female individual wearing all black scrubs with a silver, diamond encrusted chain working check-in on 10/18/22 @ 9:20am..... you are the one of the rudest individuals I've ever had the misfortune of being checked in by. Your apathetic attitude was louder than the children coughing in the waiting room. I hope you find happiness and get another job that fulfills your life with positivity. I walked our after learning it was an hour waiting time, but still, sorry if your having a rough morning, but don't make it even harder with such sourness towards the patients. read more

My father was admitted to this facility in late November of 2017. The staff of ICU were very professional and helpful, until my father was sent to unit 1. We have set several complaints over unsanitary and lack of staff professionalism. During the night time the staff seems to disappear. I have spoke to Victor from administration, which was helpful in the beginning with my family's concern. Couple days later my had been unattended and his room was dirty. I called Victor to his personal phone and texted him images of the issue and did not bother to reach out to me. If you are bringing your family member make sure to have a system in where people can rotate to guard the patient. If you are not top of the staff they will do whatever they desire. Kerry the wound specialist was great and helpful, but again the issue is on Unit 1. The staff lacks on professionalism and meeting up with their duty requirements. Where do I even start?! I've been meaning to write a review for a while now, but every time I begin to write it, it seems like I just can't transfer what I want to say in just one review. I could literally write a book of my daughters 5 month stay and all the horrible things that took place. I don't even know where to start so I won't go into detail but PLEASE, if you have the option to go elsewhere don't pick Kindred. In short, my daughters needs weren't met. She got ignored when she would call the nurses for help. The CNAs are LAZY and mean and don't want to do their jobs. My daughter was getting skin breakdown because they wouldn't change her when she would call the nurses, so she would stay wet for long periods of time. One time my daughter got placed in the shower late at night and nobody assisted her. They left her in there alone (she couldn't walk) the water was cold (not working) she felt extremely unsafe and scared. She was mixed in with people who were dying. It's a transitional hospital/hospice, she could hear people moaning who were in their last hours of living and then she would find out they died and it took an emotional toll on her. I wish I remember the names of the specific nurses who were mean, horrible & UNPROFESSIONAL but I can't. I should though, give credit to some of the nurses (RNs) who treated my daughter well. Thankfully she made it out of there because of them. The names are Patricia or Pat, Jessica, & Jennifer. They were so caring and wonderful. Again, TOO much to go into detail but trust me when I say don't go here. I hope to God if she or ANY of my family members ever have to be admitted into such a place they won't end up at Kindred Rancho. Oh, one more thing before I finish this review. They have a person who is supposed to protect the patient (Cindy) "Patient Advocate". I can't tell you how many times I went to her to inform her of the things that were happening but nothing ever changed. Instead she would make excuses for the nurses and hospital. Truly disheartening to see the awful conditions that this facility is in. If you can find a different facility DO IT!!! The rooms are absolutely filthy with dried urine and blood all over the floor, mind you this was a family member who was transferred there and the room was not clean prior to a new patient intake. Biohazard Bags over flowing and used needles out with the risk of sticking exposure. Horrible OSHA and HIPPA Violations all the way around. I am surprised the city or the county has not done a thorough investigation of this facility. It is hard enough to leave your loved one in the care of strangers, and even worse to see the staff do not care who is coming or going and do not know how to use their own equipment, showing lack of knowledge, and disrespect to the patient's when the patient is scared to be in such a despicable hospital setting. My personal family experience. My family member was sent there. The doctor's were cold with absolutely no empathy. I could hear nurses joking around about patients conditions and ventilators loudly. My family member was handled roughly, which I mentioned this often. The doctors always pushed for a DNR instead of lets see how they could make them better. I was so scared they would kill my family member. The last day when they died when I showed up there was blood every where like they bled out. Kindred wanted there body out right away. I felt rushed. My grandmother was send here twice, for rehab and to come off of the ventilator both times come out of the ventilator, the nurses are helpful and nice with my grandma, the RT team is really good with winning off of the ventilators and the rehab nurses are a blessing, after my grandma was in bed in the hospital for 3 months they got her to walk again, Rosie and Cesar are the best, always motivating my grandma to move and get better, and the social worker Liza is really helpful, I am thankful for all of the kindred team read more

We have been here since 9/8 it is 9/12 and with certainty I can confirm all the bad reviews. It's a rehabilitation center however patients only get worse. The nurses must be understaff because they take a long time to respond. It's filthy here . They do push the DNR conversation. Doctors never come and when they do it's for a second promising update the next day. They take a long time to give medication . When they do give medication they do not monitor its flowing correctly. Just like others mention . Avoid having your love one come here. We have reported them to every authority figure possible, hopefully this helps them change their ways read more

If I could give this facility a negative 5, I absolutely would! Numerous requests for records, never happened, they keep their patients heavily sedated, unnecessarily so, meds that are used in psychiatric hospitals for restraint, tests they say they did, with no verification of the tests, no individual rooms in the ICU ward, all open area, our patient was found saturated in urine multiple times, had a fever and we had to request Tylenol be administered, brought to a staff person attention about the urine issue , responds with " not my patient"! This is all about what they can BILL for! Take notes, pictures and get names, the quality of care is horrific! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE THERE!!!!! read more

I came to this facility for the first time today to get tested for Covid. The women at the front desk were kind, however, the woman who did my test was rude. Rachel, did not make me feel comfortable or welcomed and even slightly raised her voice at me. People shouldn't take jobs in health care if they aren't going to put their patient first and treat them with respect. read more
