It's a really cute place with cozy and authentic decor. The food is exceptionally delicious! We ordered the shrimp drunken noodles and mango shrimp -- both were very tasty. Just a heads-up: make sure to tell the waiter how spicy you want your food, because it can be spicy . Overall, everything was very delicious, and we'll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

What a treat to get great Thai food outside of NYC. All the dishes were as good as you can get from NYC. And reasonably priced too. Service was excellent. Decor is cute, with lots of Thai art and artifacts. All the furnishings are old, but it all lends to an authentic atmosphere. The bathroom was dated but very clean. Looks like the place has been here quite a while, which is a good sign. Nice location, right on the main strip in Nyack.

It's hard to come across true family owned restaurants in busy metropolitan areas but this one turned out to be a hidden gem. We were recommended to visit this place by a few locals in the area and thank goodness we didn't take their words for granted. The establishment is located on a busy street with plenty of other spots to choose from but if you're looking for authentic Thai food, look no further. For starters, they offer a vegetarian menu with plenty of tofu dishes. Each item offers a picture and accurate description. The prices are very fair and every member of their staff smiles, providing you with ample time to make a selection. Apparently local yoga sessions are actually hosted inside the restaurant itself - and at one point during our meal, a few patrons asked the owner what time and date the sessions take place. The family must also close the restaurant once a year during the Thai New Year so that they can all travel to their homeland. The inside is not extremely packed and the walls make you feel like you're eating in someone's actual home. The pictures here speak for themselves but every dish was delicious and seem to have very fresh ingredients.

Been living in Nyack for three years and finally came by. Excellent and unique. Not another clone restaurant. Beautiful palace like setting, old school. Nice cold beer and real Thai owners

Had another fabulous lunch there.. Started out with Mee Grob as an appetizer. It was really crunchy and delicious with the tangy, tamarind sauce. As an entrée, I ordered the seafood delight and my friend ordered the pad Kee Mao. The seafood was extremely fresh and the vegetables were crisp and perfect. As usual, the drunken noodles were silky and flavorful with lots of chicken. The service is exceptional, and the employees are beyond nice. Always a wonderful experience here.

We were seated right away (this was 1pm late lunch) and greeted with a smile by Pom. Pom and her sisters run this family restaurant which has very homey touches in their decoration. Pom was very kind the entire time and ambiance is dark, not noisy, and comfortable. We ordered the duck pad Thai and duck drunken noodles and they were delicious! We also ordered the mango sticky rice which was the perfect end to our meal. We will def be coming back to support this great local business. Thank you Pom! :)

    Peaceful and pleasant dining room.

We stopped in on a quiet Wednesday evening, just passing through on our way west. The food was so amazingly good that we wondered why we we the only ones in the dining room! My wife had a fine cosmopolitan while I enjoyed a Lao dark beer - something different! Terrific soups and Thai-style empanadas- such much flavor! Then our entrees: shrimp mango red curry and chicken pad Thai. OMG! Pad Thai can be a bit Ho-him, but not this dish! So flavorful with very high quality ingredients. And the curry was rich and balanced with lots of good sized shrimp in a tasty coconut milk based broth. Eat here and you will be very glad you did.

If you are in the Nyack area I would definitely stop in and enjoy this delicious Thai food in the King and I. There is something about restaurants with this much charm that make you feel right at home. They have an excellent menu selection and prices are really reasonable. Definitely bring the kids with you as they will enjoy the decor and soft music.

Not really authentic nor remotely good. I've eaten here about 3 times. The food is generally too sweet even when it is labelled to be spicy.

We ordered beef satay, Thai fried rice, duck chili basil, and chicken red curry. I also had a bowl of Tom Yum soup, which was excellent -- fresh ingredients, tasty, spicy, and refreshing. Everything was flavorful and well prepared as usual. We also had a bottle of Singha beer and Thai green iced tea -- both great, and the imported Thai beer here is still very reasonably priced at $5.95. The restaurant was busy during our visit, which is usually a good sign. A couple things caught us off guard this time. We asked for shrimp crackers to snack on before the food arrived -- something they used to give complimentary -- and later noticed a $5 charge for them on the bill. There was also a 3% credit card fee added with no mention of it beforehand. If costs are rising and adjustments are needed, that's understandable. Just be transparent about it so customers aren't surprised when the bill arrives. The food itself was still very good, but the unexpected charges took a little shine off the experience this time.

Makes me upset it took me this long to drop by! Wontons were more like Shumai but no complaints, curry puffs tasted like it was from an Indian restaurant which only means the taste was on point. The chive dumplings?! Bro... don't sleep on these!! They were so effin gooood! YES SO DAMN GOOD. Green curry is always my favorite and I'm glad they didn't disappoint. Broth was spicy, sweet and creamy. Salmon was cooked perfectly and portion size pretty big. Drunken noodles had a nice chew to them, def wasn't over cooked. I would go back just for the damn chive dumplings lol ok maybe a few orders of them! Haha GIVE THEM A TRY!

Every dish hit the table hot and quickly without feeling rushed, which I always appreciate. Great casual lunch or dinner spot! Catch up with friends or enjoy a lowkey dinner without feeling rushed or overly formal Also love that this spot is BYOB. I paired my meal with a Thai iced tea -- flavorful and refreshing, just not overly sweet (which some people might actually prefer). Appetizers: The curry puffs were delicious -- flaky, flavorful, but I definitely wished there were more than three. Chicken satay was well executed, but the honey ribs completely stole the spotlight. Super tender, flavorful, and easily the must-order on the starter list. Entrees: We ordered the deep fried filet snapper (with white rice) and the chicken Khao Soi. The Khao Soi was the standout of the night -- perfectly cooked noodles and a rich, coconut curry broth that was easily 10/10. The snapper was fried beautifully, and the mixed vegetables tasted incredibly fresh and bright -- almost ceviche-like in flavor. Portions were satisfying enough that I had zero room for dessert, but this is absolutely a spot I'd come back to explore more of the menu.

If you do dine here, I suggest skipping the appetizers and going straight to the main course options. Regarding the apps, the duck pancake was actually in a green wrap (which seemed odd) and the sauce overpowered the bits of duck inside. The spring rolls were large and had what looked to be alternative meat or something with similar consistency and didn't seem overall that fresh. The fried spring rolls were "ok." The best thing was the pad prik with veggies and tofu which wasn't oily but also didn't feel like it was amazing. It appears you can order online when they're open which is a plus if you hate using the phone. I'll leave the caveat that I'm not a Thai food connoisseur but usually enjoy it. I wish that I felt more positive since it's a small business! Maybe I'd give them another chance if I was eating in the restaurant. Metered street parking and doesn't seem too hard to find parking. No credit card processing fee.
