I'm from out of town but here for a family wedding and called Friday afternoon for a Saturday massage. She was able to squeeze in my husband and I for an hour each, and the massage was wonderful. Nice, clean, warm, simple, but inviting atmosphere. The masseuse was pleasant and super friendly (wish I would've got her name, I think she's the owner??)... she's tiny but mighty. Every knot and tense neck and shoulder and back muscle is now smooth and relaxed. She did some stretching and dynamic movements on me which was also amazing. I don't know how her thumbs and hands aren't aching, because she was amazing. I honestly can't believe she's not booked up 24/7... wish I was local and could come here weekly. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.

During the head massage, there were several distracting moments. We heard people fumbling around for supplies, drawers opening and closing, and even a FaceTime conversation on speaker. It made the atmosphere feel more chaotic than calm. At one point, the lights came on mid-session while I was still finishing up and my friend had already completed her treatment. It interrupted the experience and took away from what was meant to be a soothing service. Afterward, there was no clear communication about what to do next. We waited for a while until someone came into the changing area to tell us we would be getting our hair blow-dried. As we followed them, my friend tripped over a poorly placed chair footrest and fell into a countertop. The counter was barely secured and came loose, forcing her to hold it up so it wouldn't fall. Staff ended up propping it up temporarily with a chair until it could be fixed. Thankfully she wasn't hurt, but it was definitely a safety concern. Although we purchased this through Groupon at a discounted rate and were excited to try it out, the experience felt uncoordinated and far from relaxing.
