This is your traditional Chinese Buffet with a great variety of dishes including some sushi and Low-Mein Noodles. Not really my cup of tea; as the food is very creasy and heavy. The Mongolian Buffet is rich in options (shrimps, fish, chicken, meat) and probably the healthiest choice. Service is efficient and the restaurant is clean. The decor is fairly old fashioned and brings you back to the 80s. The value is incredible for $15.55.

I was craving a buffet and this one was new to us and seemed to have good reviews so we said why not since we were in the area. Its about $20/person which is slightly cheaper than the one we usually go to. Right when you walk in you get a number and wait to be seated which took less than 10 mins. It was really crowded here so we thought it would be pretty good considering the crowd. It was kind of loud in there which is normal for any buffet but overall not bad. Just your average buffer experience Tastewise - well a buffet is a buffet and when you're cooking in bulk, not everything is gonna be seasoned well. The pineapple chicken was different and I liked that but the green beans were good the first time but then undercooked the second time I got them. The crawfish tasted like they were old so we passed after one plate. The ice cream machine was exciting but the taste and consistency was off but the fruit and packaged ice cream were good! Overall we had a decent experience but probably wouldn't go again if we were in the area.

Mongolia grill plate- noodles, beef, chicken, broccoli, cabbage, bamboo shoots, onion. and cabbage

This came with a choice of soup, I had the Hot & Sour Soup which was quite tasty, It also came with a choice of one egg roll or two crabmeat cheese wontons. I had the egg roll & it was good...nice & crispy. In addition, I chose fried rice, (or you could have steamed). The fried rice was yummy, some of the best I've had. The shrimp were wonderful, crispy battered, big & super flavorful, lots of walnuts, topped with a light sauce, that was sweet & creamy. The shrimp spring roll was good except one section had a bug in it. It happens, I just didn't eat that piece. The pho broth was deep and rich, tasted like it had been simmering for a long time. I enjoyed our meal here and would definitely come back!

Cooked and seasoned perfectly, so flavorful, with a nice kick on a bed of salad to balance out the friedness. The Chinese dishes were good, nice big portion size and they don't skimp on the protein which we really appreciate. Great value. The pad thai was very sweet. I asked for some chili oil to balance it out and then it had a better flavor profile. If you're looking for very mild Thai dishes this might be a good place for you, but I prefer some amount of spice at least. Will be back to try some other things and the boba drinks. The portions are so generous, and the food is made fresh & cooked perfectly! The honey chicken is crispy but lightly sauced - and the sriracha beef dish has a yummy brown gravy with veggies too. I love the curry pineapple rice with shrimp! The rice is high quality-- and most importantly, nothing is too salty! In fact, some could call the dishes a little bland, but I'd rather add salt & spicy sauces after than have it too much. The leftovers are delicious!! I hope they open a restaurant in Uptown, Cap Hill or RiNo bc we need amazing Chinese food that won't break the bank!!

The dining room is still closed, they essentially keep the dining room as a storage closet lol. You walk in to pick up your order and they have tables blocking the entry, that's where you pay for your food. The portions are still as giant as ever, and the prices are still affordable. My wife and I had a hankering the other day for our old stomping grounds, so we jetted over there to pickup an order. It was ready in 10 minutes and two meals ran us $32. The sides were good, however the fried rice didn't seem fried, it was white rice with soy sauce. The Sweet & Sour Shrimp Entree was tasty - the shrimp were medium sized, cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. The Sesame Chicken Entree was even better, the chicken was moist & tender. The beef in the Mongolian Beef Entree was great however there were way too many onions in the dish. Overall, a very satisfying meal.
