the Godzilla Roll is the one on the left. It was my favorite, but they were all really good.

So a few months ago our favorite sushi place sadly went out of business. We have been on the hunt for a good sushi place ever since. We found it! Mika Sushi is a fantastic place for sushi. We were met at the door by a very nice employee that showed us to a great table. She quickly realized that we had never been there before and she took the time to explain their menu, their drink menu, and answer our questions. We really enjoyed their service level throughout the entire dinner. We ordered 8 rolls, two of which were their deluxe rolls. I recommend the Godzilla roll, and the Hot Rod roll. Both were awesome. Mika Sushi is located in a strip mall, but not to worry. The place is very nice and clean inside and it actually almost felt like our old sushi place. I recommend Mika Sushi and I am happy to say that we have finally found our new go to sushi place. Loved it!!!

The restaurant is part of a strip mall and doesn't look anything special from the outside but once you step inside, it's got pretty nice decor with a small bar to serve drinks. We went there for lunch and it was empty but they were getting a lot of to go orders. We got the Spicy yellowtail/salmon roll, valentine roll, Godzilla roll. All were very good. Service was very good and prices were very reasonable.

We have four kids so we rarely get a date night. We chose this sushi restaurant because they were open till 10pm. We walked in at 8:45p and were met with annoyed faces. We spent $100 on sushi. The staff continuously tried to rush our meal. We were less than halfway done when they brought the check (9:15 or so). We continued eating and ignored the check. We had 5-6 pieces left (9:35p) when they came over and demanded we pay the bill. I politely reminddd them that their posted closing time was 10pm but handed her my credit card. She somewhat ignored my comment and then asked if she could bring us a to-go box. I was literally still eating. I told her that I was going to finish my roll. At this point I couldn't help myself but to tell her that I didn't appreciate her rushing us out when they weeent closed yet. She responded "yeah we close soon." I said "it's 9:45 and you close at 10pm, stop rushing us out please". Begrudgingly, I still left 10% but wish I hadn't bc the second we walked out, they locked the door, turned off the lights and slammed the blinds shut. These folks were jerks and ruined our date night. We live 5 min away and will not return.

Mika sushi is doing something correct. How can a restaurant hold themselves as unique in this market? Ice sculptures on love boats and decorations on plates. We came in and the food was equal to our expectation, the service was incredibly friendly and in a room of soft ambience, some entertainment and a peaceful place to sit. I'm coming back to try it again

Loved Mika!! We were sat right away on a saturday night and had such quick and kind service. There were 5 of us and we apparently ordered enough sushi to be given this giant boat and ice sculpture (though it seems everyone gets some version of this, haha). It was so cool! I definitely plan on going back.

    Great presentation!!

Wowzers. If you're out this way and want a great sushi spot I highly recommend Mika! The service was amazing and the food was great. I love it when sushi places have something unique. Here they offer the Mika ball. It's a stuffed avocado, tempura style and cut into quarters. Yum. The sushi did not disappoint either. Red Rainbow, New York and Alaska were all delicious. Pro-tip: they had football on the tvs making it a great Sunday spot to stop and not miss the game.

I have to be honest--I'm writing this review a bit late so I can't tell you exactly what rolls I ordered, but I can tell you that this place is worth visiting regardless. I've been here twice--both times after a summer car meet that's typically hosted in a lot nearby. I tend to forget about this little gem, which is why I'm writing a review now--I won't forget again!! The sushi is delectable and the presentation is stunning. The first time I visited here there was dry ice on my plate which would have been enough reason for me to give this spot at least a few stars, but when I popped a roll in my mouth it was obvious the food was as good as the presentation. The service is great, the staff is kind, the food is fresh. 10/10 would recommend...especially if you're hoping to impress a friend or date.

Great food, wonderful service and even better food presentation. We had the sweetest waitress who was extremely helpful and was wonderful to our baby. The sushi was fresh, had wonderful flavors, and we can't wait to eat more. We highly suggest the Godzilla roll!

it was our first time eating from here, ordered delivery. 3 stars instead of 2 since eating in might be way better. Packaging was incredible off top. Spicy tuna roll was super fresh, also got a fried salmon/something roll and it was pretty good. Veggie fried rice was simple but very tasty. Cheese wontons were some of the best I've had in a while! Everything else sucked, though :/ The miso soup was cold, flavorless. Salad was tiny and drowning in a watery dressing. Gyoza filling tasted strange. Fried egg rolls were mostly burnt, also not much flavor from ones not as burnt. The tempura veggies also had some burnt areas yet the inside had a lot of raw dough near the middle. My bf was so sad lol! He is mostly vegetarian and thought both his avocado rolls tasted fishy, like the same knife was used to cut my sushi was used on them or something. We received 2 boxes of white rice and I wasn't sure what that would be used for since none of our dishes needed it. We threw away like 60%-70% of our food. It is so close to our house. Maybe we'll try it again one day in the very distant future

We got recommended to eat and we had a pleasant visit. Good prices. We got the lunch special that comes with three rolls, soup, and salad. Concerns: the soup was room temperature and the salad is very small Awesomeness: the presentation was fabulous, service was welcoming, and clean Recommend: the sweet potato roll was by far the best sweet potato roll I have had yet.

It is very cute and cozy inside, great for date night or meeting up with friends. Starting off, the small plate cucumbers were a great start to the meal as a fresh bite. Next up was the raw tuna plate. The tuna was wrapped in cucumber, great presentation and tasty bite. For the ramen, I got the Wagyu Brisket Shoyu and my husband got the Deathwish. The Deathwish wasn't too spicy, as a mild spice person, I could probably eat the whole bowl but I just added a few scoops of the spicy broth into the shoyu and it was fine ha! The Wagyu Brisket Shoyu was one of the best bowls of ramen I've had in Denver (yes better than Uncle). Deep flavor, not creamy as I don't generally favor the tonkatsu creamy broth, but still rich, big pieces of Wagyu. Egg was perfectly jammy, not too runny. Our first dining experience at Glo Noodle was fantastic and we will be back to try more of the menu. They also have some specials like a course menu which looked fabulous!

When I arrived there on time, I could see my order was waiting on the shelf. However, the hostess told me it was missing one item, an appetizer and she'd bring it to me once the kitchen finished everything. That took 15 minutes. Second, by the time I got home to eat the meal it was cold. Of course, it had been sitting for at least 15 minutes and then I had a 15-minute drive, so that meant reheating everything. Third, the kitchen was sloppy or just does not care. The plastic containers that should have held the noodle broth were not sealed properly and the liquid spilt inside the paper bag. That meant the chop sticks had to be washed. ...and the containers wiped off before the noodles and broth could be reheated. ...and then I had to get a sponge and towel to go outside to clean off my car seat where the excess broth ended up. Overall, the food was good, but when I have to spend that much effort -- waiting, reheating, and cleaning up after Glo Noodle House, it is not worth going there again.

Pickling should enhance; this just assaulted. The bibimbap was less than memorable as well. Then there were the chopsticks. The cheapest wooden chopsticks imaginable - the kind that snap in unexpected places and in ways that make you question the physics of wood. A small detail, maybe, but it says something about how much a restaurant values the full dining experience. While the service itself was friendly and attentive, the overall experience didn't feel even remotely authentic. Not one of the staff were Asian which should have been an indication from the start.

Instead? The only thing flaming was my imagination. It's an adorable family run spot tucked into a strip mall on 38th Avenue with little red lanterns in the window looking all cute and mysterious like they're hiding a hibachi WWE event in the back. They are not. If you're hunting for the full hibachi circus with fireballs, knife tricks, and chefs screaming with the confidence of anime protagonists play the game in my reviews of where's Adam. That's your guy. Here? This is the quit talking, here's your food division of hibachi. And really? Respect. Ivy greeted us with the kind of efficiency that makes you question whether she's secretly three employees in a trench coat. Orders flew into the kitchen at Genos speed. No FIRE! No THUNDER! No dramatic soundtrack. Just pure, here's your mountain of food before you've even finished sitting down. This family has mastered the ancient art of feeding people who are too hungry to care about theatrics. We ordered: * Hibachi Steak with fried rice. (Yes, I upgraded to fried rice. I'm fluffy. Mind your business.) * Hibachi Chicken with fried rice. (Growth. Healing. Character development.) * Vegetable Egg Rolls. (Vegetables... wrapped in fried. Wellness.) * Strawberry Smoothies with boba because it was approximately one billion degrees outside. Now let's discuss these portions. These weren't portions. These were commitments. Unless you're a teenage boy with a black hole where your stomach should be, congratulations on tomorrow's lunch because you're taking leftovers home. The steak was juicy, tender, and, thank the hibachi gods, not cooked into beef-flavored drywall. The vegetables still had actual texture instead of becoming those sad cafeteria mystery strips. Everything tasted great, although whoever was holding the salt shaker got a little emotionally vulnerable for a second. The chicken? Same story. Huge serving. Moist. Flavorful.Vegetables still remembered their purpose in life. Again, just a tiny "Poseidon personally seasoned this" moment. Nothing catastrophic. Just enough to make you reach for your drink like, Okay, Neptune. Relax. The egg rolls were tasty, although the filling felt like it had called in sick. Delicious little crunchy tubes of we're gonna ration these vegetables. (I still ate every one of them.) And those strawberry boba smoothies? Absolutely elite. In 100-degree weather they hit harder than air conditioning and good financial decisions. No notes. Zero. Perfect little cups of happiness. One thing to know: they don't serve alcohol. Honestly, that's fine. This place was built for takeout anyway. Grab your feast, head home, crack open whatever adult beverage your heart desires, or have them deliver through the apps while you continue your lifelong commitment to avoiding pants. Final verdict? No flaming hibachi show. No onion volcano. No chef catching eggs in his hat. Just Ivy and her family quietly slinging giant portions of solid hibachi at warp speed like they've got places to be and hungry people to save. Sometimes the greatest magic trick is getting fed this well before you even finish wondering where the fire went.
