As a member, I have enjoyed my experience so far. For the most part I've had good service anytime I've attended the lounge. My biggest complaint, is when I go in on a Thursday night after work, I'm usually there by 11:30 pm. I typically bring about 2 or 3 other friends from work with me. We each purchase a cigar and about 2 to 3 drinks each. Anytime we go, the bartender has the tendency to kick us out early, he's not shy about telling us we need to leave either. The establishment says they're open till 2am on Thursdays, but we're always getting kicked out before then. We recently went, and we were told it was last call, at 12:30 am, and by 1am, we were told we had to leave. It's upsetting, because we are spending money, on top of my membership fee, and that's the service I receive anytime I go on a Thursday. read more

IThis place is for "grown folk" (yes intentionally left as singular not plural) meaning that since the 888 is smack in the middle of a college town there's no bs kid drama like in surrounding bars. It's not a cheap bar so you're gonna pay top shelf prices for top shelf alcohol. The members hear are awesome people from all walks of life. All the bartenders possess serious mixologist talents. If Old Fashions are your drink then you'll be in heaven. Roger the owner is great guy who makes everyone feel right at home. Prior to the Covid break most patrons would occasionally have food delivered to the lounge from the neighboring restaurants but now it's required. Luckily the area is literally surrounded by great restaurants. I ordered chicken & beef tacos as well as carnitas nachos from the Back Alley as they were delicious. PS The lounge is for members only but the humidor is available to everyone. Very affordable membership price. read more

Sonya being the second in command brings another level of professionalism and to end with Macenzie. Family owned business that truly know how to take care of their people. We were newbies to this bar and they couldn't have been nicer. Because we were the first ones in that day they waived the $10 fee to enter the actual bar area. John the bartender gave generous pours. It was a Tuesday. I'd expect it to be more crowded on weekends. They didn't have Natural Dirt Torpedoes, my favorite, but the cigars I bought instead were wonderful. We entered to the bar inside ordered drinks sat at bar, been quite a while since I've been in, to many tables up for my taste of enjoyment of this establishment. To many T.V's to enjoy , Busy the back old leopard room could still be a bit more remodeled, unsure what's going on with seating up top? Restroom could be a bit more updated. In the past year the new ownership has really done a nice job fixing it up. They now have a full humidor, new A/C system, cleaner restrooms, new furniture and a great bartender! One of my favorite Cigar lounges in So Cal! This place is a true man cave- great humidor with good cigars, full bar, recliner chairs, big screen TVs, lockers, pool table, juke box & great atmosphere. Coming in the front you can't tell how big this place is. Walk in and they have a couple seats and entrance into the humidor, but thats only the beginning. There is a back door behind the humidor past the lockers that you have to get buzzed in. Once inside you enter the first Cigar room. Big screen TVs, recliners, full bar and high top tables to really kick it. Great place to have a smoke, drink and catch a game. But wait, there's more! Walk past the bar and you'll find another room with tables, a VIP area, pool table, juke box & more TVs. What!!!! This place has it all. Located in downtown Fullerton, you can order food from any of the local eateries & many of them will deliver to you. Yeah, don't even have to leave to get your favorite food. I am not a member but was invited by a potential business partner and this place was the deciding factor on why I will not be doing business with him or any of the men at the meeting.
