But, for my eating companions who love seafood this was a great experience and the price was reasonable. We chose not to make a reservation and were pleased to find that, as it was a weeknight, one was not necessary. We were seated promptly upon arrival. Our server, Lauren, provided exceptional service. She was pleasant and attentive, effectively answering our questions and offering valuable recommendations when requested. Her patience was also appreciated, as we never felt rushed during our meal. We began with beverages while reviewing the entree selections. We ordered an appetizer of hushpuppies, which was served with our main course. For our entrees, we each selected a combo featuring crab, shrimp, and lobster, customized with our preferred spice levels. Each combo also included an ear of corn and two potatoes. Today my husband and I stopped by for lunch to celebrate his birthday, and we're so glad we did! He ordered something he's been craving since our New England trip last year -- a fried lobster tail -- and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of breading, crispy but not overdone. He also got the onion rings, which had that perfect crunch and great flavor. I went with the lobster po' boy, and while it wasn't huge or overstuffed, it was just right for the price -- flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. My surprise favorite, though, were the seasoned French fries. I usually skip fries, but these were absolutely finger-licking good! I'd come back just for those alone. Honestly, I can't believe we've lived so close for years and have only been once before. After today, we both agreed this place deserves a regular spot in our dining rotation. The food is delicious, prices are fair, and it's just minutes from home -- what's not to love? 1/5 Stars - Absurd seating rules and illogical Groupon policies My parents and I met here for lunch and were really looking forward to a good meal. We each purchased a Groupon ($6.48 for a $20 value) ahead of time, planning to dine together. To our utter disbelief, we were told we could not sit at the same table if we wanted to use both of our Groupons. In order to redeem the vouchers we legally purchased, we were forced to sit at two separate tables. This policy makes zero business sense. Whether we sit side-by-side at one table or at two separate tables across the room, two separate transactions are still happening. If my parents' check is $100 and my check is $100, the restaurant's total revenue is identical, and our respective discounts should be honored. Putting a barrier between family members just to block valid vouchers is frustrating and customer-unfriendly. Needless to say, eating at separate tables defeated the entire purpose of meeting up for lunch. Management needs to rethink these arbitrary, punitive limitations if they want to earn repeat local customers. read more

I came here with one of my friends to satisfy a pregnancy craving. And I am happy to report that it did the job! I have a mild shrimp allergy so they were able to substitute black mussels in place of the shrimp for one of my combos (combo A - with two servings of black mussels instead of the shrimp). The corn seems to be the bicolor corn instead of the yellow corn, which I appreciate as it's more tender, sweeter and less fibrous than yellow corn. The potatoes were delicious with the sauce (the juicy special) Our server was wonderful, sassy and attentive which fit the mood perfectly. It's a casual atmosphere where you can expect to get your hands dirty, though they did provide bibs. We left full and satisfied and up to our elbows in butter. The restaurant is an old Applebee's. The floor plan didn't change, seating and bar is still the same. They just slapped seafood decor on the walls and doors, called it a day. The decor doesn't matter because the seafood boil was awesome. We ordered the dungeness crab legs, Alaskan king crab legs, mussels, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and eggs boil. I think I found one of my new go to seafood boil places. Came for lunch and the staff was nice. Wasn't too busy during the time but the bartender just got in so we waited about 5 minutes to get seated. I gotten A Day at the Beach drink which was a good drink. I thought it would be very sweet but to my liking, it wasn't. I ordered medium steam oysters that had the special seasoning to hot level. Perfectly cooked with the great amoint of spice! My sister and I shared the family platter combo which we chose the 2 clusters of snow crabs, pound of clams and pound of mussels in mild level garlic butter seasoning. It also came with corn, potatoes, sausage and eggs. The waiter remembered I loved spicy and brought me hot sauce to go with it as my sister cant really do spice. This is an absolutely delicious meal and really fun also. Kenny is a fantastic waiter and we have the shrimp and crab boil. That is so delicious. I would highly recommend adding the three dollar noodles. We usually get the Cajun and butter sauce, medium heat and it is absolutely phenomenal. For Entree, I ordered combo E: 1 lobster tail, 1/2lb of shrimp, and 1/2 snow crab. It came with 1 corn, and 2 potatoes. I also ordered a lemon drop, well two. We came here craving a seafood boil. I found a Groupon for $20 off food and wanted to give them a try. I'm so glad we did! I got the Hush Puppies appetizer and the Shrimp and Crab leg boil with garlic butter. My guest got the crab cake nuggets. The hush puppies were delicious! The food was good, although the table they give would be adequate if servers removed appetizers plates. Our server was decent overall. The guy cleaning the tables wore AirPods which I rarely see a restaurant allow. In fact I didn't realize it, and asked when he wheeled by a cart with dirty dishes if he could by chance take the plates. He couldn't hear me. Fortunately another server, a tall gentleman, overheard us and took them for us. It's sad they also do not do anything for birthdays. It was my child's 18th and it was our first time there. I would like to mention that I did food delivery orders for both times I had this place, so I can't speak on a dining experience. Both times I ordered, I got two pounds of crab, the first time I did it in the juicy special sauce and the second time I got it in garlic butter. The first time, I got a very big portion but the second time, it was much less. I think it was because I ordered extra potatoes the second time so the bag was mostly potatoes and less crab legs. I wish the portion sizes were more consistent as it should be measured and weighed. The juicy special sauce was amazing. We celebrated a birthday dinner here for two of our family's members. Our family was a party of 22 people. We had a waitress that was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly attentive and kind. Tried this place because we had a Groupon. It was empty on a Friday night, only like 5 tables filled. The food was just okay, I've definitely had better seafood boils in the Orlando area. We also ordered our butter garlic sauce with no spice, and it did have a kick to it - not sure if they accidentally added spice to ours or what happened. Our waitress forgot a few drinks but she was the only one serving so other than that she was great. The bathrooms were filthy - water (hopefully) all over the floor and paper towels all over the place. I LOVE this place! Love the way it looks on the inside. It's got awesome decorations of being on a dock but also some fun add ins like Johnny depp greeting you when you walk in the door. I've been here while it's slow and while it's busy and the food always comes in a timely manner and the service is always on point. The drinks sometimes come slow but hey, the bartenders are always VERY good with making your drinks! So I won't complain! The seafood boil is a must with specifically the house sauce. The sauce is to die for and you can order it either mild, super spicy, or a couple mediums in between. Perfect for all types of tastes. I have yet to try something other then the seafood boil but if you're looking for seafood, I can tell you it's fresh, cooked to perfection, and worth the price. Seafood is not cheap but I do think this place is reasonably priced. The prepared to spend over 50 no matter what if you get the boils but you get an abundance of food that you may not even be able to finish. I 10/10 recommend! In addition to the seafood, it also comes with 1/2 lb of sausage, 3 corn, 6 potatoes and 4 eggs. We got the Juicy Special seasoning. This was all 55.95 but each item individually added together would've been like $82 so it was a great deal. Everything tasted great! We got mild but honestly there's like no spice so we might up the spice level next time. The only thing that was lackluster was the egg. No matter how much we let them sit, they just absolutely did not absorb the flavor. We normally don't get egg anyways but good to know that it's not really worth it unless you just want some protein. The crab and crawfish soaked the flavor the best. That first bite of the sauce soaked crab was literally so delicious. The corn also was great it tasted really fresh, like the kernels popped in your mouth with juice. We got another order of 3 corn for $2.75. The ambiance is nice, very family-oriented vibes and our server was very nice. I will say that there is a bit of wait for your food to come out though so be prepared for that. King crab is one of the go to spots when my family is in town! This is the second time coming out here and once again , another great time. This is located in the villages plaza in front of the Body Sculpting Fitness Studio. I would definitely say it is a hidden gem because they have great deals on food and drinks. Parking is very easy since they are located in the plaza so they have various spots around the area to park nearby. Tonight I ordered a boil which consisted of shrimp with no head, sausage, potato, and corn. All of this was about $20 and enough to fill me up and feel satisfied. I definitely recommend the juicy crab sauce they have. This specialty sauce definitely makes the good taste so much better and gives it that extra spicy kick to help with the flavoring. We had the same waiter tonight since the last time we came and she was amazing ! Took care of us, friendly , and she remembered us! Had a great time with the family and she made the dine in experience even better. As for the inside, great concept of everything and design interior and exterior is great.
