The food tastes good all the time but the service lady always seems snippy kind of rude. My husband picked up an order from the last night for me and he asked for an extra duck sauce and she got so snippy with him. Like why do you have to act like that? I don't appreciate that. I've been coming here for years and the food was always consistent. Unfortunately their fried dumplings have changed and they are not good. They almost have the shape of an empanada but flat, and the meat inside is different than regular dumplings. Very disappointed. Food also tasted a bit salty. read more

Well we had 7 good years with King Jade 2 after the last ownership change. Especially the last 2 years the food was fantastic and consistent. Unfortunately the restaurant has changed ownership and the new owners have really brought the quality down to average. The first clue was when we ordered our usual favorites and were shocked to find frozen peas and carrots in the fried rice, soggy flavorless egg rolls and abnormally fatty boneless ribs. We just assumed a new cook was hired but weeks later heard about the ownership change. With that info we ordered again last night and it was confirmed that this is the new normal product being sold. This time along with the previous differences the chicken fingers were dry and greasy and the Crab Rangoon had a off taste and the wrappers had a different texture that was not an improvement. We were so happy with the upturn at king Jade from good to fantastic that this downturn really hurt. Hopefully customers feedback will bring it back, I'll wait 6 months and try again. read more

We have ordered multiple times including their catering service. We've had a wonderful experience with them. The family that runs this restaurant are so kind and helpful. They were even nice enough to help us bring food to our car when we had a very large order. Also their food is to die for, I highly recommend this restaurant as your go to spot. Really disappointed, at first we were not happy. So we just never went back, Rice seemed re heated food was very greasy. Crab rangoons tastes sour and wrappers seems stale. We decided to give them another try about a year later and were pleasantly surprised. The food was much better! Super fresh not greasy! It was very good for about a year. About 3-4 months ago every time we went much of the food was greasy and the crab rangons were back to tasting sour.. we ordered on 3 different occasions and had to throw out chicken fingers my husband drove back there to get because they didn't put them in our order. The prices are good, the food is pretty decent for American Chinese. It will not remind you of your semester in Tianjin. However, they deliver the food so fast you'll think it was their idea to deliver to you. I live 7 minutes away from the restaurant and if I place an online order, they show up in less than 25 minutes. If that doesn't seem fast, 25 minutes is a long delivery for these guys. I've had food show up in 17 minutes with hot and fresh food for 5 people. It's absolutely impressive. Honestly though, I like the general gau, sesame chicken, fried rices, lo mein, crab Rangoon, and pot stickers. Wong's or King Jade in Northbridge are honestly a bit better, but I've got no reason to bad mouth these guys at all. read more

I have been going here for years. It is a wonderful family owned business with fresh Chinese Food. I didn't even think I liked Chinese Food (it's always too salty) until I went here and I always get the steamed shrimp and veggies, and crab Rangoons. They are fresh and amazing every time and the people that work there are hardworking and kind. We also do a huge order for every Christmas and it is wonderful. We couldnt be happier. Great value, especially for the dinner combos. The vegetable fried rice has actual vegetables, not just frozen peas and carrots! We love the chicken teriyaki, chicken fingers, fried rice, orange chicken, green beans, crab rangoon, boneless spare ribs, duck sauce, and soups. The only dish we didn't like from them was the pad Thai -- not prepared traditionally. Family is all very friendly, also. Definitely the best Chinese food in Grafton. read more

For a strip mall hole in the wall, this is one of the better places in Grafton, actually. It's really a take-out place - I think there are tables but I don't even know if the place is heated. Stuff is always ready for pick up 15-20 mins after the phone call. My preferred dish is the mixed seafood special, nice fresh sea food and some nice zip to the spices. read more

I love this place, their food is so awesome, been here 4 times so far, and every time has been the same and food has been great, the service is awesome, the kid working the counter speaks English perfect English which is kind of rare for Chinese take out places, very polite, asks the perfect questions, for example I like my spare ribs well done he asked "do you want the spare ribs like, really really well done? Like almost burnt?" And of course I said yes lol, then he also asked if I'd like my chicken teriyaki well done, again yes, and to be honest all Chinese food is sort of expensive but out of all the places I've gone, king Jade is the least expensive, if you're in the Grafton area and are craving Chinese, hit up my dude king Jade! read more

King Jade II has its own signature flavor, IMHO. I really like their food and their delivery guys are friendly. The portions are quite generous. If you like Crab Rangoon, try theirs - it has a slightly darker and less sweet flavor than most places, and it requires no dipping sauce to enjoy. Some items are a tad greasy (hence withholding one star), but that probably can't be helped. They put some effort into the chef work. I recommend them! read more

Decide to give this place another try. Should have learned my lesson from our previous try. Ordered a pu pu for two. The food right off the bat smelt odd. It has to be the oil used to cook the fried food. Smelt unlike Chinese food. Tried eating it and it was first off bland and then just the taste of that horrible oil. Their General Gau/Tso's chicken is awful... which is not a good thing for a take out Chinese place!! HOWEVER since they're close to home and they deliver, we will order from them, just not when we have a craving for General's chicken! Their Crag Rangoons, another favorite, are also not much to write home about. In lieu of of our favorite dish, my husband gets the Kung Pao chicken which he really enjoys. I enjoy the variety of other non-fried dishes that I can get. My favorite is the Hunan Chicken which is flavorful and packed with veggies. I also enjoy the Broccoli with Garlic Sauce and the Szechuan Green Beans are pretty fantastic! With Peking Garden constantly disappointing, King Jade II has become our Chinese Delivery option. Best Singapore Rice Noodle I've had, & generous portions, in awhile! Good service, too. Will definitely be back to try other selections.
