My favorite is the Roast Duck $$ but it's worth the money u get two containers of cut up Duck enough leftovers for another night! Three weeks ago I had an appointment in the area and no clue if I would be done before lunch. Unfortunately It ran way after normal lunchtime. This was the first spot I saw where they had someplace to sit and eat so I went in. Since it was around 2:30, their lunch specials were still happening. I ordered chicken with broccoli with garlic sauce to stay. It took about 10 minutes, maybe less, to get my food in a to go container. That was good since I had no idea if I would finish it. The rice was fluffy and soft. The chicken with garlic sauce was similar to other fast food Chinese restaurants with enough broccoli. The place is small but it does have a few tables. I was pleasantly surprised! We got chicken and broccoli combo, triple delight, and crab Rangoon. Everything was good! They even got a modification right (swap veg egg roll for the pork egg roll). Third time ordering. First and second were fine, third was on a Sunday end of night. I would def advise against that. They forgot our sweet and sour sauce for wontons and just MADE up our dishes with whatever they had left over. General Szos was basically orange chicken with soy sauce, and Kung Pao Shrimp was last minute chopped up carrots, celery and bell peppers in duck sauce. Don't forget the sprinkling of peanuts. In general not a bad place, but not at near closing time. One more tip, calling and getting carry out is waaay cheaper during the day instead of grub hub. Good luck! read more

Sometimes I don't want to trek all the way to Flushing for Chinese food. Sometimes I just want (insert protein here) cooked in brown/garlic/lobster sauce over rice and brought to me to my door. That's where Kew Super Garden take out comes in handy. Most Chinese take out places like Super Kew excel in a few things (here it's crispy fried chicken wings and flavorful pork fried rice) and fail miserably at others (oily bland noodle soups and beef chow fun that ODs on onions). It's usually a hit or miss depending however after ordering enough times you'll quickly know which dishes to weed out and which earns a spot into your rotation. Delivery is fairly quick with food arriving anywhere between 10-20 minutes depending on how busy they are. Hopefully not tonight so I can get my fried chicken wing fix. You can taste with certain places, when the food is old, tastes like the freezer..... or if it's not flavorful or saucy enough. This place has never disappointed me. My favorite thing to get is the sesame sauce wontons.... oh my goodness, they are spectacular! But, we've ordered numerous different dishes and fresh noodle soups, sometimes even multiple times a week. They are just great, and nice and quick to deliver. The portion is big enough to bring you from almost passed out starving to passed out eating too much.
