Returned my car here today because, since having my catalytic converter worked on in late January, I have still not been able to pass a smog inspection test (the primary reason for me visiting the shop in the first place). Upon each smog check, my Infiniti has shown "Not Ready" status for both my Catalyst and Oxygen Sensor monitors. This is actually worse than what I'd been looking at before: in late 2015 I was only seeing "Not Ready" for my Catalyst monitor; I'd never had an issue with the Oxygen Sensor on previous smog checks before my trip to King Muffler. The owner brought me over to "[his] guy" for smog checks, who was the fourth to bear the "Not Ready" bad news in less than three weeks. On my first visit, I was told that driving 50 miles would reset the cars monitoring system. I've now had the car tested at smog check stations after having driven 50, 100, 150, and 200 miles. King Muffler's response to the situation today? "Just drive more. Infiniti - they have this problem." The owner turned his back and walked away. Guess that's the end of that conversation. And of my relationship with King Muffler. It seemed far too easy the first time I came here. Turns out, it was indeed too easy to trust. read more

I was really impressed with the quick service and price. I drive a MINI COOPER S. I've taken the car to the BMW dealership several times for service... it gets very expensive. So, when I heard a loud hot rod-like sound last week, all I could think about was the amount of money that it would probably take to replace the exhaust system at BMW. After realizing the seller I was meeting completely misrepresented what he had and both the shop and I calling him out (glad King Muffler was on my side and looking out for their customer) I decided I didn't want to go home empty handed. I drove 2.5 hrs to meet this seller so it was pretty disappointing that he had tried to swindle me after a week of planning and communication. Fortunately King Muffler to the rescue. The Owner and Fabricator both gave me some options for a custom setup and after a quick talk they went to work. I ended up with a great sounding exhaust that fits the look of the car. After seeing the impressive yelp reviews I went ahead and called exactly at 8am and after 4 rings someone answered and went to check if the had the catalytic converters I needed for my 1995 Toyota Tacoma and sure enough they had it and so I said I'm sending it over to be dropped off and when we got there the nice fellow said why not wait it will only take me 15 minutes so I did and I am very impressed with the attention to detail and the tools they have such as the mandrel bending machine which he used a few times to make my cat fit snug and so on the weld job it's amazing and so was the price.... the name truly reflects the deal and service on a Muffler King can provide read more

UPDATE: I recently brought my 2013 335i in here to Harry to replace the stock tips. Time after time, they give me the best price. I've called multiple shops around the valley and they are charging at least double. The welds are perfect and they take their time. They never say no and don't complain no matter how many requests or modifications you want to do to your exhaust. Also, they are quick and precise. They don't do anything to your car before asking you if it looks good. They also double check the measurements and see if it is accurately symmetrical. Again, after being here 4-5 times, I have never had a single complaint about price or welding. 10/10 I have brought my Acura TL in here multiple times and I can say that I have never had one complaint. They are very patient and willing to get the job done exactly how you want them to. I got two burnt tips with labor for a very reasonable price. Let's just say other shops wanted $250 for their tips and labor, and king muffler charged twice as less. This is the #1 muffler shop in the Valley! 10/10 read more

Did a masterful job on my Hellcat Charger. Called in thinking I needed to make an appointment to get a muffler delete done. No appointment was necessary and I was able to roll right in.
