He is very thorough with shaping and makes sure the dip powder is flat on each nail. The manager is also very welcoming, efficient, and organized. I've had to come in once when my pedicure chipped and another time when my dip polish cracked and he made sure it was fixed both times with no problems or hesitations. I also take notice that Pro Nails makes a great effort to keep their salon clean. Each station is always wiped down after a client is finished with their service.
