Unfortunately, I have found someplace else to get my hands and feet done. I had been a customer there for almost four years. The last three times I was there, while getting a fill-in, there was always something that had to be done extra. If there was just a little chip on a nail, it had to be entirely removed and replaced at a charge of $5.  This happened the last three times I was there! Just a small chip, replace whole nail. $5 extra. Then I noticed that when shaping my nails, it appeared to me that they were being filed so thin. I felt this was done intentionally so they WOULD CHIP. And of course, that would be $5 when getting them refilled. The determining thing that made me decide to take my business elsewhere was when I was told my nails were long and there was an extra $5 added. I inquired about that $5 charge for long nails and explained that I had never been charged for that before. The explanation that was given was "they had just forgotten to charge you for it". My nails aren't even a half inch in length! I was always getting the gel polish, which is a higher price than just regular polish. My sister and I would come in at least once per month for your services. We both noticed the changes that were taking place. First-time customer and will never return. I want to acknowledge that this place appears clean and has great aesthetic and decor. The massage chair is worth the visit alone. I politely and professionally expressed disappointment and dissatisfaction with the 2 minutes of cuticle care I was given on each foot during my pedicure and no one cared. The manager was not there. They told me my cuticles were "thick" and that the care provided was sufficient. They told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave. Enough said. I left and went to McCain Nail Spa across the street where I was treated better and heard. Listen here King Nails, idc how thick my cuticles are, grab that machine and cuticle tool and get to work. I decided to give King Nails in North Little Rock another chance and tried a different nail tech, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing again. This was my third visit, and I went to the second nail tech, Kendall, for a full set of acrylics. First, I felt like I was being overcharged for the exact same service I got on my first visit, which felt unfair. To make things worse, the acrylic nails started lifting shortly after--I had them done on 12/21/2024, and they didn't even last a week. It's frustrating to pay for a service and not get lasting results. I really wanted to like this place, but consistency and quality seem to be a recurring issue. The guy that I had stopped doing my nails to fix another lady's nails in the middle of doing mine. This was extremely unprofessional and I would not suggest coming this place. Going to rate it a 2. Over priced I had the oldest guy working there communication was very poor. Most employees are on the phone since there were no customers. One employee had his feet on the chair which customers like my self sit on. The stations are dirty, they should be cleaning if there are no customers. I will never return. read more

Came in Saturday morning to get a pedicure. I was helped by Rina she did an amazing job! Honestly best pedicure I've ever had. She took her time and even went over it multiple times to make sure the gel wasn't smeared or uneven. Will definitely be coming back to visit her again! Also the place is brand new and clean. So I got to King Nail salon in North Lottle Rock. I had Mt lashes done about 4 months ago. Cindy was my Nail Tech she used the wrong glue and lashes came off within several days. I call spoke with management they was told I would get next set of lashes done on them. I went back on today's date and they would not honor their word. Took my guy friend to get a manicure, which was requested by his sister. His Experience was very good but Mines Not So Much. Ms. Lynn has hurt me twice 1st time my nails...Then today, when I got my pedicure. She didn't let the nails dry before putting the other coats on. 2hrs later the polish smudged all over my toes and I sat under the light after the guy came by and turned it on, for a hot minute. I went here for the first time and got shellac. I gave them a good review after. Big mistake!! Within 4 hours 1 nails shellac came off in a whole piece. The next day another popped off whole. The next day the same. When I came back to get this fixed, I asked them to just redo them all as it would most likely keep happening. I asked for dip and expected to pay the difference.
