Empanada. Ask they aren't always in the menu.

Just off the Boardwalk. A welcoming dive bar with excellent service and great bar food. People were friendly. Drinks were flowing and the food Wings were on we asked about the off menú emanadas and were lucky they had some. They were so light and crispy. Great chill vibe!

Met a local at another bar and asked where to find the best wings in AC. Without hesitation, he said King's Pub and he was spot on. Wings were exactly what you want: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The bartender (a younger guy) handled our big group like a pro, keeping the drinks flowing and rolling with all our random requests. Bonus points for recommending some great spots for the party crowd afterward. Laid-back vibe, great wings, and solid service, can't ask for much more. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out when you're in town.

The service & food were great. First time visiting Oct. 2025 heading back home- this is an instant staple in our AC trips! We also had cheesesteak eggrolls, it was a special. Delish!!

Dive bar where all the locals go but is not to be missed by tourists. The food was so good. We had wings, asked for them two be coated in two flavors because that's our thang & of course they acquiesced. We mixed Dragons Breath & garlic Parm. Mwah! Chefs kiss. The French fries tasted like French fries, none of that battered or coated in flour mess. Just good clean fries cooked to perfection! They had cheese steak egg rolls as a special. Sooo good! They came sitting on a bed of shredded lettuce & a type of bruschetta mix on top of the lettuce. It was like eating a decontructed cheesesteak hoagie! Props to the person that thought of that presentation! Drinks were cheap & football on the TV's. That's all I needed. Nice hidden gem in A.C.

The food was amazing and so well priced. 15 wings $20, fries $6. The garlic parm sauce was amazing. Would highly recommend if youre in the area.

Good drinks, friendly bartender, cool vibe. Loved the historic feel, you could sense it has been around for a while.

Love this place! Huge improvement from what was here before. Cheap drinks, good food, good service. What more can you ask for! It's a dive but clean. Friendly bartender. Lots of seats. Lots of TVs. Will def add to the AC rotation!

Mango Habanero Chicken Tenders

I was at King's pub last night, it's a very short walk just steps off the Atlantic City boardwalk. Having seen that their wings were the #1 winner of the Atlantic City Wing Fest this year, I decided to order my favorite wings that I get every week, the mango habanero tenders. The portion is huge, as shown in the photos; it's enough for two meals and they were excellent as always. That was my starter; I then ordered the award-winning new item, the traditional bone-in wing, the Fire Glaze Wings, featuring a honey spice glaze with Cooper cheese drizzle and crispy sweet potato crumble. The wings were seasoned with paprika, scallions, cumin, garlic, onions, chilis, honey, and a specialty flour, then topped with a Cooper cheese sauce and sweet potato crumbles. They were incredible. This is a place you need to visit when in Atlantic City. They are open late, including the kitchen, so you can eat and drink after your casino or beach adventure. Phil served me; he's not only a great bartender and server, but also a gentleman, attentive, and professional. He adds fun to your visit and is a loyal Philadelphia E-A-G-L-E-S fan. Don't leave Atlantic City without visiting King's Pub; they have a full menu with excellent salads, sandwiches, and more. Large televisions are available to watch whatever game is on!

This is literally one of the best kept secrets in AC. Right across from the Irish Pub. Best wings and burgers around.

The bar occasionally offers live music, but my favorite time to visit is during the holidays, when they turn it into a festive Christmas spot with holiday beverages. There are fun decorations, strands of lights, Home Alone 2 playing on the televisions, and much more to really get you in the holiday spirit. I most recently tried the Pomegranate Margarita on their seasonal menu and thought it was excellent; it was not too sweet or too weak. I should note that there are rarely servers in the lounge area, so you typically need to go up to the bar to place an order, which can disrupt the flow of fun you might be having. Overall, I think the 1927 Lounge is decent on a normal day, but much better when they have a themed takeover happening.

They have acts that incorporate thrilling tricks that keep everyone on their toes. I could not help but take videos so I could show all of my friends and family back at home just how incredible it actually is. You will not be disappointed!

From the happy hour menu, we had the open faced empanada that was interesting to say the least. It lacked flavor and the best part was the orange. Off the regular menu, we got the patatas bravas and garlic shrimp. The potatoes needed more sauce as it was a bit dry, but the garlic shrimp was the absolute star of the show. We actually ordered a second one because of how good it was. The shrimp and garlic were fresh, the size was large, and even the bread paired really well with it. Ended with churros as a dessert that was an absolute disappointment. They were so stale, not crunchy, and just simply tasted like it was sitting around all day long.

We loved visiting the historic Claridge Hotel, experiencing the classic old elevators and lobby. There were no delays, all the elevators were working fine. The Vue bar is located on the 26th floor, and the outside deck wraps almost all the way around the building, with views for miles. In the shadow of the Bally's tower, it's possible to take a selfie showing the reflection of the building on which you stand, in the copper mirrors of the Bally's windows. Ocean views for miles, bay sunsets and city views the other way. High barstools along the glass and some mixed sofas and outdoor seating areas were set up for conversation or smoking. With happy hour every day from 4-7, it is one of the most generous in Atlantic City (where most aren't offered on weekends or past six pm). We had $7 margaritas, $7 long island ice teas and a good order of crispy and spicy buffalo wings for $9. And I had to come back again, because I just couldn't get enough of the view. Met some nice folks including the chef's mom and son who came by to visit. Lovely, and highly recommend!

The bartender working days on 3/15/2026 was half lost in the sauce. Greeted us promptly because upon arrival we were the only ones there. I asked if they had Surfsides and he said yes but when he went to get me one he found they were out. We ordered three appetizers. He said he was going to get us sharing plates and got distracted 2 seconds later and we had to ask for them. When we were ready to leave he was standing at the end/outside of the bar on his phone. It took a couple minutes to get his attention. 1 - soft pretzel. The pretzel itself was good. It says it comes with spicy mustard. It does NOT. It came with some nasty, flavorless honey mustard type dip. It was not spicy mustard. 2 - buffalo wings. I am not quite sure how they made the sauce. It had something in it we could not put our finger on but it was not the traditional buffalo sauce you'd expect. We left two or three wings uneaten. 3 - cheesesteak eggrolls. I took one look at them and was scared to eat one but I did. They come with 2 egg rolls cut it half. They were so small and you can tell at first glance they are straight from the freezer. We left two out of four eggrolls on the plate. The food photos on their website are 100% false advertisement. I have no reason to ever visit again and felt bad for my family I dragged there having higher expectations after following them on Facebook for weeks leading up to the visit.

I stopped in for dinner around 6:15 PM and, as always, the atmosphere was welcoming. There's indoor seating, a full bar, and a fantastic outdoor space complete with games, a fire pit, and one of the best music playlists in town--often accompanied by live entertainment. It's the kind of place where locals and visitors naturally mix together, creating a fun and friendly energy. One thing that always makes me smile is the sign when you walk in explaining that the bartenders and servers may be outside and asking guests to let them know they've arrived. Honestly, who could blame them? With the fresh salt air coming off the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor atmosphere they've created, it's exactly where I'd want to be too. Tonight I ordered the crab cake platter, served with garlic French fries and coleslaw. The crab cakes were very good, packed with flavor, and the fries were crispy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. A simple meal done right. Everything was fresh and appealing, I eat small portions so I took one crab cake and some fries home with me. I did ask about dessert, nothing was available, I don't do sweets frequently, I'm surprised they don't request Momma Chocolate, at Bar32 to make some extras for days they are closed. My server, Bella, was upbeat, bubbly, and attentive throughout the evening, adding to an already enjoyable experience. Parking is easy, with both free and paid options nearby, plus curbside access. Whether you're a local looking for a regular hangout or a visitor exploring beyond the casinos, Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall is well worth the short walk from the Boardwalk. They also have a great $25 dinner special on the weekends, however we weren't looking to eat that heavy. But the live music on weekends at 7pm brought me in without the specials. We started with a down East blackberry cider $8, and a wanderback Hugo pilsner $7. We took our time sipping slowly while the band's set up and began to play. I think our server was more eager for us to make a food order than we were to eat yet. But when we finally did order, we chose a Tennessee Avenue tycoon salad and the "Phish" grilled fish tacos on corn tortillas. The salad was fresh but ordinary, with grilled chicken, blue cheese, egg and bacon. Spouse opted for some sort of orange dressing instead of the normal avocado dressing, perhaps it was the same one I loved on the fish tacos, a chipotle aoli. The Phish tacos were on soft corn tortillas that needed more time on the flat grill with a little oil to crisp them up! The fish was nice and white with good sized pieces in each taco. The cabbage slaw inside was wet, mashed avocado and so was the aoli, so a little gloppy but good even if it fell apart. These tacos are normally served with a side of chips, so I asked what options I had besides potato. Our server happily volunteered a grilled vegetable side which I loved until I found out it was an $8 upcharge of which he didn't inform me when ordering. That's an extreme amount, for not advising the customer prior. We stayed for a second round, I had another blackberry cider because it was delicious. Spouse switched to the Blue Horizon Kolsch, but apparently it was high test because it was $10. It was a lovely evening but, room for improvement. The band was fantastic, played all our favorites and we stayed a lot longer as a result of the great weather and the lovely picnic tables in the "garden". The beer hall has done a great job making this a fun hangout!
