This is the best King Taco location I have ever experienced. I give this place a 20 stars . I've been coming here for years. I recently started to use the app which is so fun and easy, however, my order was messed up. I called in to let them know that I was a little disappointed and was advised to come in , and when I came in, I was greeted with the most professional understanding person ever. I spoke with a gentleman named Ruben I believe he is the manager. he helped me so much. He explained how the process worked. Took about 15-20 mins to get our food, this is what we ordered: 2 meat nachos, 1 all meat burrito, 3 asada tacos, 3 Pollo tacos, 2 horchatas We spent about $50, no biggie. It's delicious. However, we noticed they tried to skimp us on the sauces. 4 sauces for all that food.. umm no. My husband told the man, "we got 5 entrees, that's not even enough for 1 sauce each meal." Our King Taco is the Fontana or Ontario, and they never give us a hard time about the sauces. Anyway, so beware of that, ask for more. I will say the restrooms were really clean and their toilet paper is really soft. I would avoid this King Taco next time. But that is only because we love our shit spicy, and 1 sauce isn't enough. Slightly stingy on salsa, but generous with the portions and taste! I was introduced to King Taco almost a decade ago and the food continues to stay consistent and is still a great way to satisfy a burrito craving. The all meat carne asada burrito with green salsa is my go-to menu item, and it is loaded with heaping scoops of asada and held together with a lightly skillet fried tortilla. The burrito comes with only 1 salsa, which kind of makes the salsa feel scarce and more appreciated but also makes me feel a bit annoyed with how cheap a restaurant can be with their condiments. However, it doesn't steer me away from coming back as the location is easy to get to with plenty of parking and a spacious dining area. I also tried the nachos with cheese and asada, which is essentially the same nachos you would find in a movie theater (with the thick fake cheese) which had a surprising amount of asada added on top (for only 1 dollar more compared to just chips and cheese). For the nachos, they allowed up to 2 salsas but I opted for 1 salsa with a small portion of jalapeno/pickled veggie mix. I went in today to purchase some food. Transaction went through on my behalf, but being that they didn't get a receipt printed they were not able to process my order. The cashiers customer service was good. The only thing that bothers me is that it's a small order and they could've accommodated the customer. I'd understand if it was a big order.
