I ordinarily give 5 stars to restaurants but this place definitely deserve some love. I came by here after searching for some wheels for my car and Carlos went the extra 7 miles to assist in fitting some rather difficult to fit my ride (all wheel drive, trying to fit staggered). The Service: phenomenal. I had to come here multiple times due to my incessant indecisiveness and Carlos guided me in the customization of my wheels. Initially I decided on some XIX that just rubbed a bit in my wheel well and I was able to come back after driving it to switch to different sets and offset rims. Eventually, I gave up running staggered on my wheels since my traction control went ape Sh*t and he actually mounted multiple wheels and tires set up just so I can visualize it on my car. I have been to multiple automotive places and this is definitely going beyond what I expected! Carlos is easy to work with and is obviously passionate about his craft! I do not recommend this business at. I am disappointed and unsatisfied with the lack of communication, respect, and common courtesy. This company not only waisted my money, but also my time. My schedule got pushed back more than three times, all for different reasons. They failed to keep me updated on the progress of part deliveries, and when my dad could bring in his truck. It seemed like only the manager knew what he was talking about and the other employees were lost. We were understanding at first but then we felt like we weren't being taken seriously. Bought a set of 26" rims and tires. They were chrome 7 spoke GMC replica wheels 26x10 on 305/30/R26. They use the cheapest Chinese tire available. Keep getting flats because tread is so vulnerable and low tread height. But it gets better, was told I had a 1 year warranty. I got them installed right before they closed on a Saturday, soon as I got to highway speeds the truck started shaking VIOLENTLY!! I turned back around but they were already closed and gone. I live in Austin and drove all the way out there for a "good deal" . I had to drive home to Austin. Called Max the slick haired kid who sold me the set and told him something was very wrong with wheels. He said it could just be a bad balance job. So I sucked it up , went to rebalance them at local shop. The local shop was incredulous at how many weights it was taking to balance wheels!! Meaning they were all warped . After rebalancing it was slightly better but still shaking like a sob above 60 mph!! When I finally went back. Max was no longer at this location and some other overweight Hispanic kid who was more busy checking his Facebook helped me but as soon as he knew I was there for a warranty issue he was short and rude. I waited 2 hours and he says ok youre good to go! I said oh, did you replace a few rims? He says" it was just 1 rim that was bent, so we put " a little heat to it" and straightened it out???!! Wtf???!! Not kidding guys. I was like thats not the way to fix it, he says that's the best I can do." You could've bent it yourself hitting a pothole after you left. We went back and forth. I said ok, never again will I recommend or buy anything from this craphole of a business. I left truck was still shaking but 50% better. 1 week later Wheel starter losing air, found out it was cracked in 3 different spots. Had to buy another wheel at $450 . Live and you get burned sometimes guys. I may have just had bad luck with them but they sure didn't make it right. One last thing, there is something shady going on tax wise at this wheel place. They whisper to you on quote on phone that if you "Pay cash" we can get you a"better price " .... Whatever. Don't be to trusting of this place. True story. read more

Accessible off the main road and willing to work with you in any given situation. Staff is knowledgeable and fast with completing job. Had a a lift kit done on my silverado, they did not do it the right way! My truck was slanted unevenly for about a few months until I noticed it and people kept telling me! Even after I went to them to tell them about the issues they still acted like they could not fix it! Had to go to another shop and pay extra money to get it fixed right! read more

This business has no priority for their customers at all. So unprofessional. Rescheduled the service 3 times. Last time my dad shows up to find out that they forgot to call us to let us know they didn't have all the parts but he had called to confirm everything was ready. Just today we called to confirm the car would be ready they said come at 6. They call at 6:11 say it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. How is there so much miscommunication within a company. They can't call a customer to let them know not to come in and when they tell you to come in you show up and they tell you they forgot to tell you not to come in. It's a 45 minute drive. How are you going to save us a time and then call an hour after and say it won't be ready. Should have at least called ahead not 11 minutes after the time you said to show up at. Would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to waste time, gas, money and want to get a headache. Never do business with them. Stay away from such a horrible messed up company that can't keep paying customers updated. If I would of know this I would have gone somewhere else that valued my time. Zero stars. I got a 4/6 drop on my chevy and it has been the worst experience ever. This was not my first drop I get on a truck. They said it would 1050 for drop if I got wheel package, I did. I still got charged the $1200. They cut my break line so truck stayed another day. When I went back to pick it up they said they needed a part to raise it back to 4/6. I finally got it back and now after one day of driving truck it squeaks so much it's evident the parts they used are the cheap. Worst experience ever! read more

These guys are great. I brought my daughters 4 runner in to get new wheels. They took the time to bring several different rims and tires out to her car. They made it very easy. Installed them in about 45 minutes. This shop is just a bunch of down to earth hard working folks. Was the price the best, I can't really say, because I didn't shop anyone else. With their service, it was worth every penny. I don't have time to run around trying to save a few bucks. These guys know what they are doing, and I appreciate it. Great job! read more
