Based on the reviews, I wanted to support this local business. I called the number listed. It rolled over to another number with a computer voicemail not indicating at all who it belonged to. I left a message and got no return phone call. Ain't nobody got time for that. I have since moved on to another carpet cleaning company who answered my call - while he was working on cleaning someone's carpet! I would use Scott again in a heartbeat. He is the BEST CARPET CLEANER around. He was prompt and courteous and we agreed on a great price for his work. He cleaned my filthy beige carpets and now they are fantastic and fresh. He also cleaned my area rugs, two oriental rugs and an indoor -outdoor rug. I can say they all turned out perfect. Even the nasty, grey looking fringe on the heavily trafficked oriental rug is improved. I am going to check back in with Scott to see if he does upholstery as well. Recently had Scott clean our 10 year old Mannington Vinyl linoleum, which looks like tile with indentations that had collected ground in dirt and dirt also collected around baseboards. Scott manually cleaned the areas around the baseboards and then steam cleaned the whole floor. The floors look amazing....just like new floors! Also had him steam clean our 80 year old tile in the bathroom....he also did an amazing job steam cleaning the tile and the grout was sparkling white again. Scott also gave us some great tips for maintaining the floors and recommended an inexpensive home steam cleaner to use as needed.
