When I first moved into the house, I didn't really have a chance to get the carpet professionally cleaned, so over the years the most walked on areas started to look really bad. I finally took vacay time to catch up on house duties, which included redecorating, and new furniture. But first, I needed to get this nasty carpet cleaned. Guadalupe (the scheduler) gave me a great package price for the bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. She even accommodated me on a short one day notice I had to get it done before my new furniture was delivered. Ivan came out (the cleaner) and did a walk through of the areas that needed cleaning. Nice guy, and it didn't even take him long to do all the bedrooms, or stairs. I think he was in and out less than an hour. The carpet looked great, I was really pleased. But, the next day when the carpet was just about dry, I noticed little spots that were missed, especially around the edges of the carpet, and some stains were still present, and obvious, but the carpet definitely looked better than before. I just wished he would have given me the opportunity to do a deeper clean once he noticed some stains weren't coming out. It was a gloomy day, and the lighting wasn't that great, so maybe he hadn't noticed some things. Anyway, I have absolutely no problems with calling them, and using their services again. This review is a couple of weeks overdue - Professional, reliable, honest, trustworthy and definitely for the consumer. I hired Guadalupe to steam clean my 1 bedroom apartment and my Mom hired him to clean a 3 bedroom, den, and extra large area rug. It was on a short notice with no hassle. He was prompt and efficient. He moves some furniture pieces as well as vacuums prior. Very, very pleased. We have referred him to a few people now. I have concluded and confirmed that everything is always on a "wave". The new "wave" in carpet cleaning is who's going to charge the most, but not necessarily who's going to do a good job. I called 5 people before routing back to Guadalupe. They ranged from adding extra money on due to scents or pet stains/removers, or travel, they ranged in square footage, it was just too much! I'm in a 720sq foot 1 bedroom apartment that needed basic effective steam cleaning. Why the hell would I pay you the same amount as a 1500 sq foot home? Makes no sense. The space is already minimized by the furniture that may or may not be there. Just be fair and ethical my goodness! Stupidly I forgot to take pictures to post before putting the furniture back, but all of his pictures are true to exactly how it looks. AND if you are maintaining properly they'll still look good weeks later.
