We picked the Simpsons theme and it was so cool. We literally were inside the show. They start with a video and you have to solve clues to move on to the next clue and unlock a secret door. It was so much fun and if you got stuck you could always ask for help. Unlimited clues. But we tried hard not to use them unless we were really stuck. Everyone had to work together and we escaped with 58 seconds to spare!! Definitely would go back and check out the other rooms . Except the zombie ‍ one. Our group of five got one sad little flashlight to share, so most of the game felt like playing hide-and-seek in a blackout. The puzzles? Nonsense. The hints? Even worse. Our game master, Maria Hernandez, told us to check the "gray box" which would've been great advice if the entire room wasn't fifty shades of gray. By the time we reached a room with actual lighting, the clock was basically done. We reached out to William Santiago, the owner, who confidently said the room was "supposed to have no flashlights" offered a heroic 20% refund. So generous! Once we entered the room, our host gave us the rundown of how the challenge worked and the outline of how the puzzles worked in efforts to secure our escape within an hour. We started off in one corner as we made our way around the room solving each puzzle with their appropriate clues earning a piece from each used to solve the final puzzle to obtain the key to exit. It was pretty engaging to use our minds together to solve each step as we laughed through half of the time throughout our hour in the room. I had a great time and recommend it to those looking to celebrate a birthday, throw an office party, or look to get together with plenty of friends for an alternative form of fun. I got a tour of the other rooms designated for larger parties with increased difficulty just to have a visual for ideas for future outings. Cons: I will forever bring down a star because these are technically shared experience so if someone books the same time as you, you're stuck with a stranger and I despise that. I would never book one of these rooms in advance because of the risk of getting stuck with someone. The other thing I didn't like was the one employee that was at the front desk. He was not very friendly and not helpful. All other staff members were fantastic. Gold rush: there were a few glitches in the room. There's a shooting part which is really hard because the things you need to shoot at are slightly to heavy for the "ammo" you're using making it insanely hard to get them to move properly. Also there was not anywhere near enough water in a different take to get it to work properly. However everything else was great. Timeliener: no negatives. I like everything about it. Overall I will always recommend this company and their rooms nationwide (as long as I'm never stuck with random people in a shared room).

The young lady at the entrance told us it was difficult but we also heard it was solved within 44 minutes as the best time. I think our problem was my group thought they were smart and didn't want to get clues. Don't do it! Get the clues, it helps a lot and will save time. Still, we didn't do too bad since another 3-5 minutes and we would have solved it too! The kids played Mansion Murder and they did finish it. They held it over our heads for a while but also confessed they did get the clues early. I would go again and again. It is a lot fun and there are other rooms I would love to play, now that I know a little bit more about how things work.

Very interactive gadgets and props to use. Without giving too much away, there were puzzles that we needed to solve which we've never tried before! Our game host, Gabe, was wonderful!! The team was great! All three members but I can't remember all of their names except Ricky who really took his time to explain everything and show us the axing as well. A little disappointed in the fact that one of my friends couldn't make it and they do not offer refunds. They did offer to rebook us and use that as a credit but after doing all three rooms and throwing axes all three times I'm not sure how soon I'll be back. If you haven't been though give it a shot.
