The pricing was quite affordable and it was an easy Friday night outing before some drinks in the neighborhood. Once we entered the room, our host gave us the rundown of how the challenge worked and the outline of how the puzzles worked in efforts to secure our escape within an hour. We started off in one corner as we made our way around the room solving each puzzle with their appropriate clues earning a piece from each used to solve the final puzzle to obtain the key to exit. It was pretty engaging to use our minds together to solve each step as we laughed through half of the time throughout our hour in the room. I had a great time and recommend it to those looking to celebrate a birthday, throw an office party, or look to get together with plenty of friends for an alternative form of fun. I got a tour of the other rooms designated for larger parties with increased difficulty just to have a visual for ideas for future outings. There's a shooting part which is really hard because the things you need to shoot at are slightly to heavy for the "ammo" you're using making it insanely hard to get them to move properly. They have different rooms with different themes and different levels of difficulty, so this is a place for kids and adults alike. Until the phone refused to work and and we lost so much time due to technical issues until the employee told us what the phone would've said like over 10 minutes later. It genuinely though sucks because thats a significant amount of time dedicated to such a terrible technical error beyond our control. Thats a good deal amount of the experience that we lost due to something like that too generally that it feels like the loss you get isnt from your miss thinking and instead due to outside forces. For a first time experience at an escape room it started good but left a sort of sour after taste. That said, our Game Master was great and very accommodating throughout the issue, after it was identified so we appreciated their effort to make the situation as smooth as possible. Overall, though, the technical problem took away too much from the experience for us to rate it higher than 2 stars despite me initially really liking it.

We did the Timeliner room, and it was super creative and fun. We did have an issue where a clue was dispensed incorrectly. They came over the speaker and told us to stop, brought us all out of the room, fixed it, and let us back in. They gave us our time back, which was good, and we did end up escaping! They give you a free "I escaped" sticker after if you make it, which was a nice touch. I will say that I think they have too many people go at a time. Our group was the required 8 people, and it felt like too many-both in the sense that the room was small, and there wasn't enough for everyone to do. There were probably three people who didn't get to do much because only so many people can be huddled around one little clue. I would recommend going with a smaller group if they allow it. I also love the location being in the Oasis at Sawgrass, because there are plenty of options for dinner or drinks afterward.
