Crazy reading the bad reviews, I've had nothing but a good experience here. I had a nail in the treads close to the sidewall, and Walmart wouldn't fix it. Said it was too close. I drive an all wheel drive, so I believe I would have had to change all 4 tires, which for me is something like $1200. I took it to kingdom tire and he said it was close but he'd try. When he patches, he takes the tire off the rim and does an internal patch, not a plug from the outside. This was 2 months ago and I'm riding good. He saved my near new tires from needing replacement, and I'm honestly grateful he was even willing to try, because most places wouldn't take on that repair considering it a liability. read more

(KINGDOM TIRES) I told The owner of this business she was not allowed to bring a non registered vehicle on federal property, she then threatened me that she would tell the police I was the one that hit her car, today is 3/7/23 her vehicle was smashed into last year, she also stated that she would sue me for profiling and being racist, after the police came and told her she was not allowed on property with non registered vehicle, after the police left she then came back to threaten me to take all videos and pictures off my phone. Or else.. I would encourage all of you to not use that tire shop, The owner is very desperate and will do anything to anyone to try and get money from you. read more

Had a slow leak in a tire so I brought it here to get it fixed. The guy said it had two nails and charge me 20 bucks. No receipt. Then he said he could not put it back where the spare goes so I had to carry it around in my car. Decided to buy new tires and was telling the guy at the shop what it happened and he checked the spare and there have been no repairs made to it at all. So what I think he did was just put some air in it figuring that if it was a slow leak it would take me a long time to figure that out. I don't think this business will stay in business very long. read more

My sister led me to this place after she stopped in to get her flat tire repaired. The price seemed right after i called so i drove in and had my already purchased, brand new, low profile, high performance, $200 tire mounted and put back onto my vehicle. The worker did not balance my tire or replace the valve stem. Both of which are common courtesy, as well as standard procedures that EVERY tire shop does when putting a new tire onto your car. I paid my fees with the assurance that everything was " fine, tire is great, you shouldn't have any more problems..." Two days later, after having to air up the tire three more times, i had a blowout on the highway while i was taking my son to work. The one day i forgot my phone and had zero cash. Luckily it happened near Walmart so i drove slowly to the tire center to ask them to put that spare tire back on my car. I felt safer with the spare donut than i did after leaving Kingdom tire. When i got back home i immediately called kingdom and told him what happened. He assured me that he would get me a new tire at only a $20 labor cost. So i drove to the shop and the new owner lady was there. So i explained to her what happened, and what her worker had promised me. She said she would honor what her worker promised me. . . until she didn't have my size tire in stock. Then she started to talk, and back peddle, saying that because i didn't buy the tire there she's not responsible for my blowout. That the faulty valve stem that caused both my original tire to ware and lose air, and the blowout of the brand new tire that her worker ONLY mounted was not her workers fault. After 10-15 minutes of getting talked over, and interrupted, she reluctantly agreed to cover half the cost of a new tire for my car. (Im handicapped, recently lost my income, and am currently fighting the long process to receive ssi ) I gave in and told her that i would do what i could to borrow the $55 for the tire, which she had called and said would cost $110, to go ahead and order it. She said it would be there the next day...and in the same breath said shed need a deposit for the tire before she called in the order... "Well i need to make sure the tire will really be purchased.." This was after i explained that i hadn't one dollar to my name. I went home and got on the phone and borrowed the money. The next day i picked up the money and called kingdom to have them go ahead with the order, that I had the money, the owner immediately told me, at 9:00am, that i was too late. That she thought more about it and she was not going to pay to half of or take any responsibility for the fault of her worker. Which she argued was no fault of his, hers, or her shop. And then after yelling over everything i tried to say to her, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called immediately back to speak with her and the worker answered the phone. Upset, i asked him to pass along to her that yelling at me and hanging up on me was a very unprofessional way to handle a paying customer. Not to mention the fact that she was not of her word, in any sense, and that I would make sure to steer anyone i knew away from her business. Cheap or not, you don't even get what you pay for at kingdom tire. That same day i spoke with a very soft spoken, kind, and professional gentleman at discount tire in yucca valley, got a quote for new tire mounted, balanced, and new valve stem for a total of $91.81 otd, which i did purchase. This is a potentially good business...IF THE OWNER CHANGES. No one wants a loud, rude, dishonest anyone working on their vehicle, or having any kind of say over your vehicles care that you pay hard earned money for. I do not recommend this establishment to even so much as put air in your tire. **update** I received several phone calls from kingdom tire after all this happened. Calls of which i ignored for several days. When I finally took the call, (curiosity took over) to my surprise, it was the worker. He explained that he had $80 that he wanted to give me to help compensate for the money i had to spend after his mistake. He asked me to hurry in to the shop, assuring me the owner was not there. I did not want to see that lady again! He walked up to my window and took $80 cash out of his own pocket. Apologizing to me for all the issues. Greatful, i accepted the money, thanked him profusely, telling him what an honorable, good man that he is. Kudos to you Mr. Thank you again! read more

Came in to get tire check for leak. Was told there was no leech I asked him if he even put it under water he said yes so the next day I go to have my brakes looked at and the couldn't get the tire off because the lug nuts were too tight more of them was halfway on so in taking the tire off the lug nuts were broken he over tighten some of them and didn't tighten up one of them it cost me $160 to get lug nuts replaced I ran into the guy at AMP M he said he would giving the money for it and he hasn't done so yet it's been a month already a month and a 1/2 read more

Kingdom Tires RIPS OFF ELDERLY DISABLED PEOPLE! The owner came to my aid when my starter went out in a public place. She started off by announcing that she was a Christian---just to disarm me IMO. She told me she owned KT & could help me. {I was upset at the time as my S/O had been admitted to a care hospital due to heart attack, stroke & congestive heart failure} She brought a mechanic from her tire shop to my house to replace the starter {I paid for her gas} and I gave her the money to buy a NEW starter {$190} and gave her guy $50 for the work. Auto Zone stores your lifetime guarantee under your phone # & even tho she had mine, she listed her # on the paperwork, she did not willingly give me back the core charge {$40}, I had to ask her several times and I NEVER got the receipt for the starter. I'm sure she would have tried to use my starter guarantee fro another starter & pocketed even more money ripping off another person. CHRISTIAN?? I think not, unless her church teaches that Jesus is spelled Je$u$. I eventually went to AZ to straighten out this mess and found out she BOUGHT A REBUILT STARTER that cost less & pocketed my money. AZ gave me a refund, thanks AZ! She also told me she was a certified nurse previously and was registered to be a county paid caregiver. She then went to get her fingerprints.{if she was registered with San Bernardino county she would have already had her fingerprints on file} During all this time she kept trying to get me to tell the county that she had been caring for my S/O for 3 months so she could get back pay & said she would give me a kickback...we refused even tho she got aggressive and talked about this constantly every time she saw us saying she had done this before with people she had never taken care of at all. She said she couldn't work the hours required to be a caregiver for us & she was replaced....she then started harassing me on my cell demanding the $50 she paid for fingerprints. I called the county fraud investigator & turned her in who then had me make a police report. She uses 2 different last names {I reported that also}, she also said she gets in line & gets food bank food & USDA food meant for people who are food insecure. Last but not least my large kitchen window was broken with bb shot right afterwards, ya, I would never figure out she did it or had a friend do it. I have turned her in to the IRS for keeping my rec't to take it off her biz taxes and for working off the books so she & employees can expect an audit! {if the IRS fines her I get a reward!} It's not nice to rip off sick & elderly people, we might be old but we've lived long enough to be the department of dirty tricks. do not go to this place. it's a waste of time driving to this kingdom tire shop. he cannot be trusted. I went to get my tire checked out for a slow leak. he replied, he have no water to see where it's leaking from. I even offered to buy a gallon of water across the street which is circle K, he said, it is not enough. Even though there was no other costumer there. So i figured, he's full of shit. bypass this asshole and just go to Roys tires or baileys instead. anywhere but kingdom tires. Also, Do Not trust buying tires from this guy. The tires may have patches in them and you can't tell until you get another flat and he'll say, there's too many patches and he can't do anything about it, but he'll offer you to buy another tire. DO NOT STOP AT THIS TIRE SHOP!!!!! He's a total RIP OFF! if you don't believe me, go ahead and try it. you'll be disappointed. read more
