Namely, the Pho Pizza with its delectable brisket, hoisin and veggie ingredients, in addition to the Banh Mi Pizza with barbecue pork, daikon, carrots and jalapenos. What seems questionable at conception becomes absolutely delicious in execution. These pizzas are Neapolitan style, made in high temperature brick ovens, and with a crust that is the nice blend of crispy & chewy at the same time. It's definitely cleverness that somehow works, and is not just a gimmick. Parking seemed a little tricky. I guess they have a lot, but we found it easier to find a spot on the street. We've ordered their pizzas via Uber Eats as well, but we would strongly recommend dining at the restaurant. Service was busy but efficient. Interesting fact: "Hapa" is originally a Hawaiian word that means a person of blended ancestry (typically, half-Asian). However, no Hawaiian pizza is on the menu here.

The calls went straight to voicemail stating they were most likely busy with other customers. Drove out to the restaurant and when we arrived about an hour before close, we were greeted with a sign that said they had Sold Out. The employees were in the restaurant already starting to clean up for the end of the day. I can't really say anything about the food, since we didn't try it, but this was a pretty bad customer experience due to the communication gap. Maybe they can have an alternate voicemail when they're out of pizza?

If you've never heard of Magnolia Fusion, I highly suggest you check these amazing folks out because we had a great experience. Located near 185th and TV Highway, Magnolia Fusian is one of several businesses adding international flavor to this little pocket of Aloha. The business is family-owned, and visitors sense they're in for something special as soon as they step foot in the door. Brian, the owner's son, greeted us with a smile and helped us navigate the extensive menu. There is a whole lot to choose from here as the menu boasts both Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. We're talking gyoza, gyros and baklava, with some arroz con leche thrown in for good measure... and I'm all about it! We ordered a wide variety of dishes, and Brian kept us entertained while our food was being prepared. He let us know the pre-existing Mediterranean restaurant was purchased by his mother and her sister last year, and they added Asian cuisine to the menu. His mother has extensive experience working in Asian restuarants, and has also done her fair share of catering as well. That level of experience is made abundantly clear in not only the quality of the food, but precision with which she prepares and serves the food. Our selections arrived at the table in the blink of an eye. We ordered the chicken yakisoba, a gyro, and some Greek fries... and everything hit the spot! The chicken yakisoba had the perfect level of spice, the noodles and veggies had just the right amount of bite, and it was served with a delicious house-made hot chili oil. The gyro had everything going for it; fresh pita, tender and juicy slices of meat, and a delicious tzatziki sauce that helped bring all the flavors together. And wouldn't you know, these kind folks brought us out complimentary arroz con leche for dessert! I love supporting small businesses like Magnolia Fusion, and genuinely wish this family the best of luck as they continue reaching out to the community to win over new customers. They're quickly showing they've got what it takes to create long-lasting success.

Unfortunately the taco tent was no where in sight so we decided to give Mongolia Fusion a try. It was quiet when we arrived, so we placed our order and grabbed a table quickly. It is an interesting concept, both Mediterranean food and Japanese-style teriyaki dishes. Our food came and everything was surprising delicious. We tried the chicken teriyaki plate and the lamb & rice plate. Both were delicious and generously portioned. The lamb & rice plate came with a bowl of salad, hummus and fresh pita bread. While the chicken teriyaki sat on top of a pile of steamed rice and salad. Everything was cooked well and easy to eat. The portion reminded me what we used to get for lunch back the 2000's, enough food for dining in and leftovers to go. Oh that was a good time. Overall, we highly recommend Mongolia Fusion as the food was good and the price was reasonable considering the portions. We could have easily shared either of the plates we ordered.

Its hard to believe they create SO many wonderful dishes in such a tiny space. I usually order 1 main dish..over and over. Tonight, I noticed an item I had ignored. I ordered Japchae..AMAZING! PERFECT! Plus, they are ALWAYS FAST, always friendly...a great dinner any night of the week..or just shrimp tempura for a snack!

They have a kiosk for ordering, which makes the process simple and convenient. The customer service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in, and the staff member let us know she was available if we had any questions. She was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. We ordered the kalbi with spicy chicken, fried mandoo, and fried rice with egg. The total came out to a little over $70 for the four items , which felt a bit pricey, but we decided to give it a try anyway. The food was good and what I would expect from a Korean BBQ plate spot. The kalbi and spicy chicken were enjoyable but the fried rice was okay. It felt like it was missing something that would have made it stand out. Overall, I had a good experience. While the prices were a little higher than expected and one dish fell a bit short, the excellent customer service really made a positive impression. I would definitely come back and try other items on the menu.
