I was treated very rudely by the server. Due to breathing difficulties I cannot have a mask over my nose but the worker proceeded to lecture me on laws that don't exist. The law does not proscribe how a mask has to be worn and it allows for health related exemptions. I tried to explain this but was essentially refused service if I didn't cover my nose. Had to try this place out since it's so close to our house. The place itself was very clean and the people working were extremely nice and very attentive. I had General Tso's chicken and my wife had the Shrimp Fried Rice. My chicken was very tasty and the sauce was delicious, I was hoping for a little more rice but overall was very satisfied. The shrimp fried rice was not as good but mainly due to the shrimp they use, they were tiny and lacked flavor. They tasted like water to be honest. If I had ordered the shrimp for myself my review would be closer to 2.5. Changing the shrimp would make it much better. I'm looking forward to trying other things on the menu, will definitely come back but not for the shrimp. read more

Service was excellent and the food was decent. I had to deduct 1 star for the beef being a little tough and the egg roll and fried wonton did not seem freshly prepared. I've never been more let down by a dish in my entire life. I didn't want to pay for it. $11 better spent at the frys next door for some frozen chinese. I attempted to smother it in sriracha sauce to make it taste better- it couldn't be salvaged. I ordered the Firecracker Shrimps and it made me sick to my stomach. The worst part about the dish was that it wasn't even slightly spicy. When the waitress asked me how my food was, and I told her it wasn't spicy at all, she said "well did you want it more spicy?" Are you an idiot? The menu has a chili pepper next to the item. It should have a kick. I'm not asking for something mind blowing. There was also more sauce on the plate than shrimp. It was everywhere. It soaked into the rice because it was so runny and clearly not proportionate to the veggie and shrimp. Weirdest part about the dish- it had a garlic teriyaki sauce. Why would you put that on shrimp? I don't know. Still also wondering what it would have tasted like if it actually had green peppers like it said it was supposed to come with. Most disappointing meal of my entire life. Not even the rice was decent. It is also important to note that the crab puffs were very undercooked. The base of it was still soft and tasted like raw wonton wrapper. So gross. My roommate and a friend both suggested this place. It's too bad their "specialty menu" tasted repulsive. This place is one of the best Chinese places around. It seems like mostly a takeout place, but when you get inside, it's is a really nicely designed restaurant. Honestly, it could look terrible and still get 5 stars because the food is so good. I ordered the orange chicken and it was wonderful. This is our current favorite lunch place because the lunch special, 7 days a week is awesome. By eating in, you get a choice of two soups with the special. My better 2/3rds and I debated on the star rating here. We finally agreed on a three. Why? Well, customer service was excellent, only reason for the third star. The food was overpriced for what you got, the menu stated the specific items that came with each meal and there was also things added, like, mushrooms (hate them) with the broccoli chicken, lots of mushrooms...ugh. The sauce was plentiful and decent and it was the typical chicken you get at any takeout Chinese restaurant. Cooked right and made to order. The General Tso chicken was weird. The weirdest order of it we have ever gotten. It was in basically a sweet and sour sauce with underwhelming chicken not even Tso Tso. The bbq pork fried rice was too pungent on the bbq stuff, was not good. The eggroll was inhaled by my boyfriend, both of them. So they must have been good (I wouldn't know, lol). The cream cheese puff was wonton and cream cheese, typical and fresh. They had these donuts to sample at the counter and they were good. The price was high for the amount of food and quality versus competitors. Next time, we will try another place. Not bad, just can get better for less monies with larger portions :) read more

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I've had wonton soup three days in a row now! I've also had their crab puffs, spring roll, fried rice, and General Tso's chicken. It's all been excellent. I've tried several Chinese restaurants since just recently moving to AZ and was very unsatisfied but, this place is amazing! It will definitely be my go to from now on. Apparently now they're in the business of overcharging you by ordering you the combo portion of a meal, when we specifically state we do not want the combo, every single time! They have even gone to the lengths of not listing "combo" with the description on the bill that they staple to your bag! To make it seem as if they got it right, only to get home and find less food and more egg rolls that I care less for. It seems to only happen when the young female is working the register/ taking orders but not completely sure. This is very bad business. Oh and ordering dumplings and not receiving any sauce with them definitely seals the deal. Dont waste your hard earned $$ here. This place is a great addition to the area. They are fast, prompt and everything I have tried is great! I highly recommend the jalapeño chicken (if you like it spicy) and their chicken lo mein is super flavorful. Their egg drop soup is hands down my favorite. I do not believe I have ever had corn in my egg drop before, however, their version with the corn just makes it perfect. The only thing I feel is lacking is the fried rice, it is "too healthy" if that makes sense and does not really meet the expectations of salty unhealthy fried goodness. read more

I would come here for the hot and sour soup and prices, but that's about it. The sauce on teriyaki has a weird cinnamon flavor and didn't taste anything like normal teriyaki. The chicken dishes are fatty dark frozen meat deep fried. Did not enjoy the teriyaki or General tso's and would never come back to eat either. read more
