Instead, I was given guidance by staff while dealing with significant pain. I ultimately had to seek emergency care elsewhere, where the problem was properly resolved. In addition, I was told I needed 6-8 fillings and a crown. When I sought a second opinion, I was told that none of that work was necessary and that only one small area needed to be monitored. The difference between those two evaluations was alarming. Recommending large amounts of unnecessary dental work goes beyond poor judgment -- it's unethical. What makes this even more concerning is that the dentist at this office has been suspended by the Ohio State Dental Board and is currently practicing under probation for documented violations involving patient care. This is public information anyone can verify on the Ohio State Dental Board website. Please research carefully before choosing this office. Patients deserve to know this information when choosing a healthcare provider. This review is based on my personal experience and publicly available disciplinary records from the Ohio State Dental Board.

I feel conned by this place even to this day, several years later so decided to write a review when I saw the name come up in a search I was doing. To this day, many years later, I still have no cavities. I feel this place is just about grabbing as much money for you as possible and seems to want to do unnecessary dental work. Would not recommend them at all and if you do go and they tell you that you need a bunch of dental work, GET ANOTHER OPINION before you waste your hard earned money.

I was a little nervous finding a new dentist since moving to the area two years ago and I am so thankful I ended up here. From the first phone call with the receptionist, to seeing the hygienist and the doctor, to the final checkout the whole experience was AMAZING.
