The deli is definitely one of the highlights, with sandwiches made fresh to order right in front of you. I always go for the club sandwich, and it's easily one of the best around. If you stop by during the second shift, make sure to see Omari. His sandwiches are amazing, and his customer service is just as great! The store is clean, well-organized, and has that warm, neighborhood feel that makes shopping there enjoyable. I also love that they have a dog bowl and water station outside on the patio for people who bring their pups. On weekends, they even have live bands that set up . Definitely check their calendar online for upcoming events!

The produce is consistently high quality, and the overall shopping experience feels curated and elevated compared to most grocery options in the area. The luxe atmosphere understandably comes at a premium, and while the pricing can be steep, I recognize that different operating models create different price structures. That said, the meat counter can be a little confusing. While most items are priced per pound, a few are priced per piece -- a distinction that isn't immediately clear unless you study every tag. I picked up a single filet that I later learned was $25 for what appeared to be roughly an 8 oz cut. Not ideal, but even high beef prices aren't enough to keep me away from a store with this kind of selection. What will give me pause, however, is the service I received at the meat counter. The attendant working that day -- identifiable by very prominent neck tattoos -- was one of the rudest employees I've encountered in any grocery store, let alone one where items can run $50 per pound. Her initial greeting was an abrupt "What do you want?" followed immediately by turning her back to me to joke with a colleague. When she finally returned, I pointed to the steak I wanted, and she deliberately picked up a different one while giving me attitude. The entire interaction was dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant. On my way out, I mentioned the experience to the manager, and she was wonderful -- attentive, kind, and genuinely apologetic. She assured me she would address the situation, and based on her professionalism, I believe she will. I don't enjoy commenting on customer service in Memphis, but when a store operates at such a premium, the service really does need to meet at least a baseline standard. Neutral, polite, and minimally attentive shouldn't be too much to ask. I hope this was an isolated incident, because the store itself is exceptional.

I love that they have alot of stuff you wouldn't see at larger stores ,like the seasonings. They usually have baggers. The ambiance is like a friendly mom n pop kinda vibe, you find all kinda stuff in here. And I've never disappointed, I normally go over my budget.

Went next door to Target and got a whole bag of the same apples for $4. That was strike 1. I purchased pulled pork bbq sandwiches from the deli are for my son and myself. Mine had a piece of foil in it. Glad I saw it before eating it and possibly choking. Strike 2. Today I hurriedly ran in to pick up a couple of items. I knew the self check out I was using was card only. Fine. Without thinking I hit cashback for $10. I realized my mistake immediately, so when the cashier came over I apologized profusely and asked if she could cancel it. She said no, she'd get my cash from her register. I walked over to get the money, apologizing again for the mistake. I said that's what happens when I get in a hurry. She then snapped well don't get in a hurry! She was unfriendly the whole time. That was strike 3. I'm done. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that they have few hard to find items there. But hard is not impossible. I won't go back.
