My car was at Les Brodie Waipahu for repairs and the manager at Lex Brodie promised to pay for the first day of car rental. There was however a mix up and poor communication, and this has happened before, so I was charged for one extra day. I tried calling today, Saturday and waited on the phone for someone to pick up, and finally after a long wait, someone did, the manager Jorge. I explained to Jorge the situation, but he was not friendly nor helpful, I kept trying to have to tell him to call Lex Brodie and talk to them and fix this overcharge. Should've he have thought of this himself? So, I am still waiting for the accounting department of Enterprise Waipahu to refund my money and I hope they do. Depending how this situation is handled will determine if I will continue to rent cars from Enterprise Waipahu.

After having rental for over 1 week, Enterprise calls and tells me I'm responsible for upgrade as repair shop is not approving upgraded rental. I had to call repair shop instead of Enterprise doing what they should be doing since they (Enterprise) confirmed vehicle size when I picked up rental. Enterprise did have initial notes that I was approved for upgraded vehicle when I picked up rental. Some where from when I picked up my vehicle and having for a week or so, there was a communication gap. I was left trying to fix it instead of Enterprise reviewing what was told to them initially and acting on that.

When i came to look at the vehicle i noticed the vehicle tags were expired. Firstly, the vehicle was not even ready to be sold none of the paper work for the truck was ready. Went for a test drive and notice the AC was out. So then they needed to fix the AC before i even considered buying it. They do not let you get up to highway speed when test driving it BTW so be careful when purchasing. They offered financing there DECLINE it if you can my credit was ran through a poor company called Westlake. I offered a significant amount of employment verification for them to still turn down the loan because "of fraud and inconsistency" even though i had already signed a contract of what i would be paying. While i was doing that i was also trying to get a loan through my bank to see if i could get a better loan amount. Because of that Westlake decided they needed a million things from me because i was wanting to get a loan through my personal bank. Anyways. I signed all the paperwork paid the down payment paid for the insurance and the vehicle was released to me. I had the truck for a month !!!!!! And now TCA IS DEMANDING IT BACK BECAUSE THEIR LENDER WAS A FLUKE!!! They sold a truck with broken headlights which i paid to be fixed , i installed window tint because i had THOUGHT I WOULD BE PAYING THE CONTRACT I SIGNED!!!!!!
