I would leave zero stars if i could! Take your business else where. I came a month ago to look for vehicle that was listed online for sale. When i came to look at the vehicle i noticed the vehicle tags were expired. Firstly, the vehicle was not even ready to be sold none of the paper work for the truck was ready. Went for a test drive and notice the AC was out. So then they needed to fix the AC before i even considered buying it. They do not let you get up to highway speed when test driving it BTW so be careful when purchasing. They offered financing there DECLINE it if you can my credit was ran through a poor company called Westlake. I offered a significant amount of employment verification for them to still turn down the loan because "of fraud and inconsistency" even though i had already signed a contract of what i would be paying. While i was doing that i was also trying to get a loan through my bank to see if i could get a better loan amount. Because of that Westlake decided they needed a million things from me because i was wanting to get a loan through my personal bank. Anyways. I signed all the paperwork paid the down payment paid for the insurance and the vehicle was released to me. I had the truck for a month !!!!!! And now TCA IS DEMANDING IT BACK BECAUSE THEIR LENDER WAS A FLUKE!!! They sold a truck with broken headlights which i paid to be fixed , i installed window tint because i had THOUGHT I WOULD BE PAYING THE CONTRACT I SIGNED!!!!!! SO NOW IM OUT OF A VEHICLE AND A LOWERED CREDIT SCORE TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHILCE FROM THIS SLIMY COMPANY There way of trying to make up for this was doing a "in house loan" at $515 a month with a 23% APR NO THANKS $30k for a $18k truck RIP OFFS read more

I'm ready this review to warn other customers of TCA's business policies and what happened to me as a customer. I purchased a vehicle used as is based on the condition of the vehicle. I did test drive the vehicle but for 15 minutes. No lights are warning signs came on. They sold me the vehicle knowing there was an engine issue and that I was shipping the vehicle an extra cost of $700 to a neighboring island. Also, because it took time for the purchase of the vehicle and organizing the shipment I incurred rental vehicle costs. A representative from TCA Auto drove the vehicle from their dealership to Young Brothers in Honolulu The distance between the two would have made the engine act up and the radiator go dry. Upon arrival the temperature warning light was already on in the vehicle and I could smell smoke. We drove immediately to the gas station and check the water and gas and filled it. I was still concerned since the temperature light was on. My daughter drove the vehicle 16 minutes and 10 mi to our home. I was concerned about her driving the vehicle I had a neighbor come over and just check everything out including tire pressure. The next day she drove the vehicle back from the house to my office which is about the same distance 10 miles and 16 minutes depending on traffic. By the time she got to our office the engine was acting up and shut off. We had another person come to check out the vehicle to find out what was going on so we could let the dealership know the problems we were having with the vehicle. We reached out to the dealership to inform them of the difficulties we were having with the vehicle. They never offered to return the vehicle and refund our money. We felt like we were in a bind because I couldn't purchase another vehicle I have multiple car loans two daughters with two loans that I have cosigned on. I made an agreement with TCA Auto so they could take the vehicle back and absolve the loan. They made me pay the return fee of the vehicle and refunded me $500 of the $3,000 I put down on the vehicle. I made this agreement so we could move forward I couldn't afford to continue paying for rental car costs and a loan at the same time. I felt like the dealership was going to drag it out and not pay me the money that was due to me based on the situation. After they've received the car and the loan was absolved I did reach out to BBB to let them know the situation. I'm warning others about this car company Do not purchase a car from them. Obviously, they have no care or concern what type of vehicle they're selling you no business ethics and customer service is horrible. All they cared about was their bottom line. I spent almost $1,000 a month in rental costs waiting for the vehicle to arrive and then once it did rental cost because it didn't work the entire time I had it in my possession. They only gave me two options They actually offered two options to take off $1,000 off the sale price if I kept it. Or I could return the car pay the return fee for shipping get $500 back and the loan absolved. Of course, that's the option I took due to facing the fact our family was facing hardship through not only paying the loan on a vehicle but also paying $1,000 a month in rental car fees. Returning it within the 30 days also saved me a lot of money in the return shipment with young brothers. It was apparent TCA Auto was not going to refund any of my money and only drag this out creating more of a hardship on my family. Do not use this company. If you're looking to purchase a used vehicle purchase it from a car dealership that has used and new cars on it. I did learn something from the experience and that those dealerships have to hold a higher standard of customer service and they would have immediately return the vehicle not charged me and paid the shipping fees. read more

It was a pleasant adventure working with Brandon. He wasv honest with some stuff or he was probably unaware but idk. But his professionalism and attitude was awesome and going with the flow. When I was about to sign my final document on a 2013 Nissan Altima to drive it off the lot that day on 6/16/23, Ive ask Brandon if it was okay for me to take it to my mechanic just to take a look at before finalizing everything and he said yes. Now keep in mind, I've also asked Brandon at the beginning if this car was reliable and in good shape to buy, he adv me that " Everything is good and not to worry." at that very moment, ny gut instinct said it was my first . :( I asked him if it was okay for me to take the car first to a mechanic before finalizing everything and he said yes and he actually held on to the car for 3 days and that was awesome. I got to the mechanic and he walked up pop the hood and around the base of the car engine everything was rusted, the valve was cracked and needed replaced. The engine had minor oil spills and the mechanic adv me that the Valve was leaking as well around the engine, we walked behind the car and the exhaust pipe was rusted as well along with the rotors that needed be replaced badly because it was rusted as well. From there I told our mechanic that's enough and I made final decisions to see if I'm able to get another vehicle or at least assist me in looking for another car. I've adv Brandon about the car damages and he said he was going to adv his mechanic. I then adv him if he had another car or something else I can look at but he never replied back to my txt nor a follow up....I'm a bit disappointed but at the same time I'm relieved that I was able to get the car check before buying. I'm pretty sure that there should be some great cars available but we were just unlucky that day with that particular car. My boyfriend and I went car shopping for the first time ever. We were honestly so scared we didn't know what to expect. You always see on tv how the sellers are aggressive and pressure is at an all time high. So the experience we had at TCA had to be the most easiest process we ever been through! I got a call from Jave Rosales from TCA Auto one day who said he was interested in buying my '17 Honda Accord EX. He was professional, respectful, friendly, seemed up front and honest with showing interest to buy my car. I told him that it was a 'lease to own' vehicle and I had to pay off the Honda loan to get the ownership title. He was still interested in the car so I went to their dealership for him to see and test drive it. He really liked it, so we worked out an offer that was very reasonable and fair. In fact, it was more than what I had hoped to get for it. So he made out the contract, did the phone calls, and took the time to explain everything carefully to me so I would feel more comfortable and at ease because of the nature with this kind of transaction. He told me that he had done a lot of these kinds of transactions and knew what needed to be done. At first, I was skeptical because of the large amount of money involved. And it seemed too good to be true because I was trying to sell this car for over six months on other sites & displays with little success. But he assured me that it was all legit & I could cancel the contract anytime if I wasn't comfortable with the deal. I don't normally do reviews but TCA deserves this one. This was my first time purchasing a car so I went in not knowing what to expect. When I went in, Chase was there to help me. I didn't know which car I wanted yet so he sent someone to help me. Wade was there in an instant. He was so nice and friendly. I decided to take the Acura for a test drive and fell in love with it. I sat down with Chase and discussed the payment options and everything. I had lots of things to take care of on my side and I remember asking him question after question and he would be straightforward and clear with everything.
