Twice now I have taken them my infected laptop (pesky porn site hackers) and twice they have fixed it. This time I explained that I only had this day off and he called me back to pick it up within 2 hours. Thanks Nolan (I believe that's what his name was). Aaannnndddd my $50 deposit covered the cost. I wish I could say I had a good experience but the outcome was and still is bad. Long story short,…read morethey applied the incorrect lease length to the Iphone promotion (buy one get one) I signed up for in March. After receiving the bill in April, I saw that I was being charged for a second phone. I contacted Sprint, they said to wait until next month for the bill. It will be corrected. We played this game for several months. I finally went back to the kiosk and spoke to the salesman who sold me the phone. I explained that I was being incorrectly billed. He looked up my account but never told me he had made an "error". He asked that I go to a corporate store to resolve the issue since he could not correct it. I went to the corporate store and they put in a request. This is where I found out that the lease term was incorrect. They informed me that I would get a response in several days. The response never came, I contacted them after 2 weeks and they claimed they still had not received an answer. I repeatedly emailed them with no response. I finally went to Facebook and sent a message to Sprint, someone got back to me immediately. After spending one hour on the phone with them, they reassured me that they would correct the lease term and credit my account. But to do this I had to go back to the corporate store because they could not do it. They made notes in my account, sent me a text explaining the situation to show the store manager. Feeling good I headed over to the store. Immediately the salesman told me it cant be done. They called Sprint Support, the representative said the prior representative made an error and did not have the correct information and said I had to go back to the kiosk store to resolve the issue. After 5 months I do not want to play the game any longer. So, to me this seems like a good bait and switch scheme. You agree to a promotion, they enter in a lease term for one month short of the required length to get the promo and by the time you find out its to late to get it changed because of the games they play. Next step is to contact the BBB or Consumer protection board.
