This place did not disappoint! The food and sauces are so full of flavor. We ordered 3 meat combos with two sides and dolma. The meat was so moist and flavorful, it also came with two different types of rice which were both delicious. The owner was amazing and treated us like family. He explained what the different sauces were and gave us a few samples to try. Our daughter even had the fries, she loved them and said these are not normal French fries they were so good. The best Mediterranean place in the Antelope Valley. This is the only place I've been in AV where they actually serve the rice pilaf not just simple white rice. The owner is very kind and generous who's name is Nadar and his mother-in-law Isis who is equally kind and engaging. The samples he offers are a teasingly tantalizing delight. My family was traveling through Palmdale and looked up Mediterranean food and this business popped up with glowing comments. I agree with many comments that the owner is super nice and eager to please you. While we order and waited for our food, he was giving samples of his food and sauces. Definitely try the jalapeno sauce. The house salad reminds me of ceviche but a bit brighter in flavor. We ordered 3 sandwiches (kofta and chicken schwarma)and a mixed schwarma (beef & chicken) plate. I definitely think the chicken was the star of all the meats and highly suggest it, but don't pass up the others the first time you order. Two types of rice are on the plate dish, but Im not sure if that has to do with thr protein. Rice pilaf under chicken and yellow under beef, which might be something to consider when ordering. Both were yummy with the garlic sauce. Sandwiches are more like a Mediterranean burrito, but super grubbin' to my husband and my kids. Definitely will recommend to anyone passing through. Heard great things about this place on the Facebook group so had to stop by and try. We got the chicken plate and falafel plate with a few sides. There really is no better experience than walking into a place and being greeted like you are part of the family. It was my first time visiting as I was recommended by a coworker and I was not disappointed! Nader, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and happy to have me try an assortment of sauces/sides during my visit. Their garlic sauce is a MUST!!!!! The food which is made to order was quick and absolutely delicious. I had the mix shewarma. Both the chicken and beef were not only seasoned well and moist but also very tender. I also loved the rice pilaf and yellow rice, very fragrant and fluffy. For my sides, I tried baba ganoush and tabouli. Sooo refreshing and light. To end my experience, I also got a basbousa which is a semolina cake. They make their desserts in house as well. Also a delightful choice, I hope to try their other menu items next time I go! If you have never had this kind of food before, let Nader know. He was very insistent that his food be an absolute pleasant experience and will help you figure out what you might like. Kings Kabob has the most amazing food and service. We just visited for a third time today. The owner Nader makes you feel like you are dining in his home. Finally got to try King's Kabob and it was amazing! The owner, Nader, is so nice and welcoming. He treats everyone like family. He explains the whole menu and has samples of things. After trying the samples I could barely pick my meal because everything was so good. I think the spicy potatoes, garlic, and chicken kabob were my favorite items, but everything is incredible.
