This was the worst experience everrrr! I took my friend there to get her house key and car seat out of her car after being in a car accident and the man was very rude!!! After she expressed that she was in pain from the car accident he didn't even offer to help ! Also she was in her car and he was all in her personal space made her feel sooo uncomfortable! Rude. Don't waste your time or money! The guy towing my car told me i can "wait my turn" and scratched my bumper really bad. This is the crappies company and I would give the 0 stars if it was an option. They damage property and take no accountability. read more

I'm not sure why all of the ratings were bad. We went and he fixed our lawnmower in a speedy manner and had it back to us in no time. He told us up front what the charge was and it was very reasonable. He was very personable and had great customer service when I was there and when we picked up our lawnmower. We liked Kings so much that many years later we took our lawnmower up to him before we bought another just to see if he would like it for parts. He was very appreciative. read more

He has taken advantage of my elderly neighbor. Took his mower and kept for weeks. Neighbor called and asked for it back and was told it would be another 5 weeks! He demanded he bring it back and he just paid for the service call. Do NOT use this shady business character. read more

On July 24, 2015, I arrived at this UHaul just before 2pm to return the rental. There is a sign on the door stating that they will return at 2pm. I wait and someone shows up to unlock the doors at 2:09pm. Another customer had arrived before this to return their rental as well. The guy took my keys and went out to the rental to check it out. When he comes back, he stated that I brought the rental back with 7/8 of a tank of gas and took it out with a full tank. I explain that I took pictures of the fuel gauge and mileage before taking the rental and took pictures of the fuel gauge and mileage when I returned the rental. I in fact brought it back with the same or more gas than when I took it. He stated he wouldn't look at my pictures. He brings over the itemized bill and starts going through it. I look at the total and it was roughly what I expected it to be so I interjected and let him know that I am fine with the way the invoice stands. He states that he is trying to explain the bill to me. I then let him know that it is fine and that I have a closing appointment at a title company to be at on my house. He states that I have a bad attitude. I let it go. He then charges my card but doesn't give me a receipt. I ask if I can have a receipt. He tells me that I have to say "please". I said what? He repeats and states that I have to say "please". I say, "please". He says "please what". I said, "may I please have a receipt". He then makes a copy of the invoice and gives it to me. I then leave and meet my wife and friend outside and tell them what happened. He then comes out with the other customer that is returning their rental and hears me telling the people with me what happened. He then says, "You have a bad attitude for a little f*cker". He said this in front of the customers that were returning their rental as well as in front of my friend and wife. The other customer even had his young son with him. If you are going to use UHaul, find a different location other than at King's Service. You have been warned. read more

Horrible person to deal with. A lot of hidden fees. Don't recommend going here. Says he the cheapest around but that's a lie. He will give some story about his bank and insurance to make it more "convincing ". Stay clear of him. read more

The customer service stinks. The tow truck driver was so rude to my 17yr old daughter. He pulled her car out of a ditch. Faced her car towards oncoming traffic on 270 and left. Left her there to try and turn the car around in the middle of a major highway. He was such a jerk he made her cry. Would not recommend and will never give him our business again. read more

We were traveling home from Kansas City heading to Canton, Oh. We had a blowout and I can say that the experience I had with King's Towing was great. He was able to get our car up to the Walmart so we could get a new tire and be back on the road to head home. He was courteous and polite. The tow was expensive but with all the other nearby services closed we didn't have much of a choice. Most of all, I was relieved that we could find someone to help us. read more

DO NOT go here to service your lawn mower! For one, he lies and says he charges by the job, not hour (competitor Grumpy Bob charges by hour) so we took push mower here when it ran too high, thinking its a small issue we just can't see. He was done within the day and when we went to pick it up, he said all he did was take the carb off and cleaned it (we did that too). Said the carb was dirty (was spotless) and charged us $75!! I asked why so high and he said "that's what I charge by the hour" ($15 more than Bob). He replaced nothing, did nothing. If he really charged by the job he would've said $15 bucks if that. Not a trustworthy guy. And to boot when we asked to test it in grass, it bogged hard so it obvi not fixed. He fiddled with it and we fixed it again at our house. Waste of money and gas to take it there. Go to GRUMPY BOB's! I've heard good things about them but we were just trying to "save" a couple bucks. Never again. read more
