William is a rip off artist. He has a 2 year warrentee and will claim to work on your transmission…read morebut it sits there. After the 5th time bringing it back and 2 towing bills, I took it to someone who fixed it. I carried the box of parts back to show William, he said they did not come from your truck. He told me, it was broke when you brought it here, what do you expect........It is a 1989 its old will not run like a new one. He will give you free towing for the first visit, his 2 year warrentee sold me but.beware, he will do the bare minium to get you back on the road only to have issues soon after.!!!!!

Back a couple of years ago we had a very unpleasant experience with this company. The manual…read moretransmission on my car kept popping out of 5th gear and my mechanic friend who worked at Nissan as a trouble shooter mechanic on the line suggested I take it to a transmission place. He did not no anyone particular, so we took it to the closest place we could find (this company). They drove the car and concluded the bearings were shot. They said they would replace the bearings and that would fix the problem. The owner told me I should probably think about replacing the clutch at the same time because the car had 160K miles on it at the time and it was still on the original OEM clutch. I insisted on using Nissan parts but he said he wouldn't warranty anything other than the brand he used. After talking with my mechanic friend he said the clutch the guy wanted to use was not as good as the Nissan clutch, but should still work for 75K miles (the length of time I planned on using the vehicle before selling it). I agreed to let him do both the bearings and the clutch. It took him a day to perform the work. When I came to pick up my car, I went for a test drive to make sure everything was OK. The bearing problem was gone, but if I drove the car more than 15-20 minutes (long enough for everything to get warmed up), the clutch pedal would get VERY stiff and difficult to push to the floor. Also, there was some type of ticking sound (diesel-like) if the clutch was engaged but not moving. I went back to the company the same day and took the owner on a test drive and he said he did not hear anything abnormal and did not feel the stiff clutch. I told him I had driven the car for 160K miles and KNEW what it sounded like before the bearing problem and before he put the new clutch on and that it did not sound like that. He said he had done all he would do on the car. Of course I had already paid him. The next day I took the car by my mechanic friend's house and let him drive it. He immediately said the clutch install either was not correct or the clutch was defective and should not be causing the pedal to get stiff like that. He went with me to the company, because I hoped he could better explain what the problem was, so maybe the owner would fix the problem. When I pulled back up to the company, the owner met us in the parking lot and told him the problem was still there and that my friend had a couple technical questions regarding the clutch install. The owner became extremely agitated and said he would not answer any questions from my friend. I told him that he was asking on my behalf and the owner just told us to leave. I said that I wanted my car fixed without the stiff clutch and ticking sound. I became visually upset and told us to get the #!%? off his property and to never come back. As we left I told him that he his behavior was not professional and was completely unwarranted. He just glared as we drove off. I would never go to this place again and would never recommend anyone else to go there either.
