BEST PLACE IN CHATTANOOGA! Easily my favorite hotel I've ever been to (and I've been to a handful). Here's why: AMAZING service (shout out to Sadie, Monique, Arthur, Joey, Michael and Edley) seriously all amazing people Beautiful rooms. Super clean and gorgeous design (floor to ceiling windows) Great location (across from Chattanooga Choo Choo, safe area) THEY HAVE A LOBBY DOG. A friendly extremely well mannered and trained Australian Shepherd hangs in their office and sometimes greets customers. His name is Edley and I think his job is to be an Instagram model for the hotel. I loved him and he just made my already good experience even more amazing. Thank you to all of the awesome staff who made my stay great! Please note the photo of the hotel bedroom was taken after I had slept in it. The rooms were pristinely clean, but I forgot to take a photo before!

First- this beautiful little gem of a hotel did not disappoint. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and modern and the people and service was exceptional. This review , however, is for the "hotel bar, dining space". We came down for a quick bite before hitting the road in the morning and the menus was a surprise- in the best way possible. My husband had the biscuits and gravy which was top notch and I had the flatbread with herbed cheese, pickled onions, smoked salmon and fried capers. It was absolutely delicious and I would come by this " hotel bar" again and again if I lived local. In a city with many options, this was a delightful surprise. Well done to the chef.

My husband and I came for a mini vacation for our anniversary! I loved the atmosphere and the staff was great! I would definitely recommend this if you haven't check this spot out! This was a perfect weekend!

Overcharged for beverage. Amaretto, sour nonalcoholic is nine dollars on the menu. I was charged 15 each.

Great customer service and clean establishment - we loved the speakeasy. We enjoyed the pre-dinner cocktail.

My room was clean and very comfortable, with a small couch, table and chair. The bathroom was well kept, with plenty of space for your toiletries. However, I was given a room on the second floor that looked out onto the lobby roof and the parking garage. I expected a room with a better view given my Gold status. The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, I found the internet appeared to be spotty at times. You had to reconnect every morning to the internet, which I do not recall this being required at other Hilton properties I stayed at, especially a Curio Collection hotel. In addition, you sometimes had to reconnect while in your room. One day, I went down to breakfast and although I re-checked onto the internet that morning, by the time I got downstairs, it was off again and I had to re-check in again. The parking garage on the property was free (you need to pull a ticket at first), and you get in and out with your room key. However, if you should stay passed your checkout time (like I did for lunch), when I went to use the key to leave the garage, it did not work. I had to repark, go back to the Front Desk and get the key card re-programmed. The gentleman at the Front Desk said the key card becomes nonresponsive at checkout time. I recommend the Front Desk inform its guests of this cutoff so that if you should enjoy lunch there or want to walk around the area before leaving, you are aware of this situation before you walk out to the garage and have to come back in.

My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly large, with beautiful views of the city. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale while still being relaxed and inviting. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Forge, the hotel's restaurant. If you visit, do yourself a favor and order the Honey Whipped Feta. The creamy, silky feta paired with sweet honey and served with charred baguette was absolutely delicious and one of the best appetizers I've had in a long time. Between the comfortable accommodations, excellent dining options, and convenient location, The Chattanoogan is a fantastic choice whether you're visiting for business, a convention, or a weekend getaway. I'd happily stay here again.

Can't say anything about its location as I have not explored Chattanooga yet NEXT EVENING UPDATE!! Had some issues in the morning that manager Kay took care of before we had a chance to speak to her, and was fantastic at making things right. Again, the entire staff I have interacted with has been very personable, seemed to remember me, although I don't know why(!!!), and shown hospitality that I would expect at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.!

The staff was very accommodating and had a room available for us the very next day. We were also able to check in early, which we truly appreciated because our son and his friend wanted to swim after they weren't able to enjoy the pool at the other hotel. When we walked into the Hilton, it immediately felt like we were stepping into a real hotel experience--and it even smelled like one! The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. Once we entered our room, we were even more excited. The room was clean, and the fresh smell of the sheets immediately gave us confidence that the room had been well taken care of. As I normally do, I inspected the room, and I was pleased to see that the sheets were clean, and the floors and tables were also spotless. The only issue I noticed was the shower floor, which appeared to have some staining that I believe may have been caused by cleaning chemicals. Other than that, the room was great. During our stay, we enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies, which were a nice touch! I also loved the customer service at the bar. The bartender was so nice and made me two really good mocktails. I also had breakfast at The Grove one morning, and the grits were cooked to perfection! The front desk staff was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was so nice, respectful, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the hospitality, especially since we had to find a hotel unexpectedly. Hilton definitely made a stressful situation much easier for us!

From the moment I walked in, the place had that polished, easygoing vibe that makes you feel like you made the right call before you even hit the elevator. The environment is genuinely nice, some vintage Volkswagens were on display in the lobby... the kind of space that feels welcoming instead of transactional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, stayed that way because housekeeping actually serviced them daily. That alone feels like a luxury these days. The location is not exactly the crown jewel of Chattanooga, but it nails the one thing that matters when you're traveling: convenience. It's easy to get where you need to go, easy to get back, and easy to settle in without feeling like you're fighting the city. And the staff? Warm, friendly, and consistently helpful. The kind of team that makes hospitality feel like hospitality. But the moment that won me over was the Little Debbie snack waiting in the room at check-in. That tiny touch somehow said, "Welcome to Tennessee, we speak fluent comfort food." A good hotel gives you a room. A great one gives you a reason to smile before you even unpack. That's exactly what this place gets right. It may not sit in the most exciting location, but it absolutely understands the guest experience. Clean rooms, daily service, kind staff, and just enough thoughtful touches to make the stay memorable. So I came in expecting standard hotel beige and left thinking about snack cakes, spotless rooms, and how easy they made the whole trip feel. Four stars, and yes, Little Debbie absolutely helped close the deal. And the VW's are a nice twist too!
