The sushi just fell apart when you pick it up. I'm guessing they were cutting back in the eel sauce, but really disappointed this time. We got free sweet potato roll for spending more than $40, which was appreciated. The rice was also very wet though. The spicy trio roll was still good. No issues there. We originally started out with the summer special of $78pp for a 12 course meal and decided to upgrade to the 14 course meal for $98pp. There was an option for a 17 course meal for $138pp but we were very full towards the end. They also had this $30 lunch and $60 dinner 3 course meal set for restaurant week. My friend's mom wasn't a fan of raw stuff so she ordered the Chilean sea bass with risotto and she wasn't a huge fan of it. The fish was a tad overcooked and the overall presentation of the dish looked more of a Chinese fusion dish. The risotto had that cheesy flavor but the presentation with the Bok Choy and the risotto looked more like fried rice and was confusing. The ankimo was not too fishy and oddly light given that it is liver. A favorite by most of my party was the marinated cod. Nicely charred and perfectly cooked. The most important note to me, the wasabi was real wasabi and not horseradish. Service was attentive and timely. Handrolls came through quick. The one criticism is that we did not know what rolls were for who. We came in as a party of 5, and it was confusing who was supposed to get what and what was missing.

It would be nice if they had one of those buzzing buttons that you could use to call the staff. Overall, still my favorite place to eat at in person.
