I CALLED IN REQUEST EMAIL MY DOCUMENT THEY REQUESTED WALKIN. I DRIVE AN HOUR TO walk in just 1 minute over their off time. The staff told me that I will need to come back tomorrow even though I told him I drove from chino hills with 2 kids. Am I that low to drive another hour to suck with them? I drove that long way just because they filing tax the passed few years and not bother me to much. But since I moved and got kick out for just 1 minute late. They will help you with almost everything that relates to accounting as long as you are willing to pay for it. The only con is that they might take longer to respond but it is understandable since they only have a few people with a lot of clients. Clearly they do not care about their clients at all. They spend more than 3 months on just filing my tax return, and told me I had to pay a federal tax of ~$4000. They have no clue on how to use deduction or credits to save money. They don't care how much you are end up paying, they just want you to pay them first. read more

A small but very reliable accounting firm. They have helped me with my company and individual taxes for many years already and I never had any issues with them. They are very friendly and easy to communicate with, if I need anything, all I have to do is just give them a call or email them and they usually respond within the day. Sometimes it does take longer if they get busy but they are always really helpful with any problems that I might come across with my taxes. I have came here two years and this is going to be my last and final time. Well being a starving students and a seasonal part time employee, I try to get the most of my income tax return from write off from school and work. Kit, I would guess she is the boss/owner don't quite see that. Well she did write off all the expense from school but not from work or my licenses expense and that hurt. She explain to me in order to write off for work I must own a home in witch I don't. Funny thing is from last time that she did my taxes which she did and I got everything written off a nice little change to boot. This year no thanks to her I lost several hundred dollars because of her. If you come here feel free to lose more money then you are saving. Update: went back the 2 days later and sitting, waiting and listening. She seriously don't know what she is doing, she forgot to add other peoples bill/forms/taxes. First time I came here when they just opened and realized that I forgot to bring the correct document, Louis was really helpful communicating with me through email and helped me prepare for the right document for the tax. I was refereed by a friend to this CPA firm to file my tax. Their office is a bit small that only a sofa and love seat for customer to sit and wait. 3 desks with 3 Chinese staffs to process customer filing requests. Customers just walk in and sit at the sofa and wait. No waiting system but just by courtesy order. Filing was super professional, efficient and accurate!! Took only about 15 mins to process my filing and efile already. No mailing needed or minimal mailing. ^_^ Will def return next year or ask any finance advice. read more

I was referred to this place by my ex when tax season came this year. Since we went in on a weekend, the place is a zoo. Tucked away in a generic strip mall on a busy section of Valley Blvd in Alhambra, parking could be a challenge despite having their own lot for the plaza. There are no appointments so its first come first serve. Make sure you out your name on the sign in sheet and wait your turn. I think only Kit is the actual CPA and the rest of the staff look like accounting majors from local colleges. We waited for over 1 hour on Saturday just to be seen. They do your taxes and enter all the info right there on the spot so make sure you already have all your docs in order. I was a bit apprehensive since I have rental property, 1099 and also W2. They seem to want to rush through the process so they can serve everyone waiting in the cramped office. My return cost $180 vs $250 quoted by a private accountant you can schedule an appointment to meet and receive better attention so I don't think it's much of a saving. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I think Kit needs to learn how to treat her customers right and improve her customer service skill. Every year we go in regardless of busy or not, she isn't friendly and doesn't show welcoming.Her face toward us is as if we owe her something and as dark as a charcoal. We receive letter from IRS because she forgot to include complete documents to the IRS twice!!! And when we went to the office to ask her what's going on, she sat in front of the entrance. We said hi and she didn't reply back. She talked to her staff and instructed her staff to talk to us. How rude!!! My whole family goes to her. Each person goes there separately with their own tax. Each comes back with same response. She has the worst customer service skill ever!!! And now my uncle is no longer her customer. We are leaving too. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would, every single year that I went here I ALWAYS had to pay into taxes. The first year, that I went to her, I asked is there any way for me to not pay into taxes she said u can claim 0 on your w4 and so I did that and guess what, the following afterwards I still had to pay into taxes. You can tell she's not interested in helping regular folks who only has a job and is renting an apt and has no properties or business on hand. She's very rude and makes really cringe worthy remarks. Every time I went to her all they do is input your information on the spot and they don't actually try to help you look for ways to either get a return or pay less into taxes. There were many times I asked her is there anything I can write off( now I know I could've written off so much things for taxes since I was a student at the time and was working a job that required me to drive around a lot and use my personal phone) and she told me no without even bothering asking me what I did etc. I switched to an ACTUAL CPA a year ago who knew what he's doing and got a hefty return back. NEVER would I recommend this place to anyone, the service is not on par and they are very inexperienced with what they do. read more
