I'm even happier with our choices today than when we first installed them. Kiersten at Chown Hardware in Bellevue was incredibly patient throughout the selection process. She knows the products, listened to what we wanted, and never pushed us toward the most expensive option. Instead, she recommended thoughtful upgrades only when they truly made sense for our project, and every one of those recommendations has proven to be worth it. You also can't know everything about every single item available. If there was something she needed to do deeper divan, she would let us know and do that we could really trust her. The showroom has an excellent selection, but it's the knowledgeable, honest guidance that really sets Chown apart. Months later, everything is working beautifully, looks fantastic, and we're so glad we trusted Kiersten's expertise. Great products. Great service. Great long-term results. Kiersten is a superstar!

Some items felt reasonably priced, but quite a few of the larger furniture pieces seemed expensive enough that I found myself thinking you could buy something new for a similar price. Of course, that's going to depend on what you're looking for and whether you fall in love with a particular piece. The staff was incredibly friendly, though, and that definitely made a positive impression. There were signs throughout the store encouraging shoppers to ask for help reaching artwork or items on higher shelves, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist. Nonetheless, it's a fantastic place to bring your family and kids to roam around the tree farm, take some pics (beautiful backdrop of Mt Si) or enjoy a cup of hot apple cider by the bonfire. I had a great experience here. The folks are friendly and helpful. I picked out a tree, they helped me carry it to the tree shaker, wrapped it up and carried it to my car. They also offered to load it to my car which was very nice of them.

I could not bring myself to go back to that store, so my husband retrieved my machine, but I've been so upset about "B"s behavior that I haven't even touched the machine for the past year.
