Once the job was done, i took back the 3 extra unopened boxes only to be told that I would get a gift card instead of a credit. so, nothing is more annoying as having an employee tell you something that is then not policy. They have a 90 day return policy only. The exact same stone is still being sold. Not cool.

After two more no answers the third one set us up with a delivery. They were very helpful and on time. I guess if you had a truck to transport it and people to lift it, all would have been fine. Not two 70 year olds one being an amputee.

Called Dalco, they had 2 gentlemen (one a trainee) come within 48 hours, put it in, explained the process - and then realigned the door to our deck (also bought from DALCO) so the lock engaged easily - all at no charge! This company is the best, please consider them for all your remodeling needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
