Let me just say, I pass up this location every time I go to my home away from home. All this time I could've been enjoying the greatness coming out of this kitchen. Maybe I was just starving. After walking around to every place in my concourse area I found out restaurants in this area are not Pescatarian friendly. After 20 minutes I said forget it, let me order this food to go so I don't miss my flight. I asked the lady helping me what was her favorite fish dish and she told me the Salmon dish. I went ahead and ordered it and I didn't expect it to be good. I patiently waited for my food to go and I looked around looking at everyone else's food wondering if I made the right decision. Cool vibes were coming from the restaurant dinning area and bar area. My food finally arrived and as I walked to my gate I wondered what I would eat at my next layover. BABY, BABY, BABY, that dish was the best food I had all week long. I wanted to go back and get another one for dinner the next night. All I'm saying is don't sleep on this dish cause it's AMAZING!!! Pretty solid spot in Cancun airport. It is about as good as you can expect for airport food. My wife and I split the turkey club and it was very good. We got a side of ranch with our fries that was also great. Definitely a step above the food court spots in the same area. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! I need to warn anyone thinking about eating here. My husband ordered the fish and chips on 1/25/26 at this Wolfgang Puck restaurant in the Cancún airport, and what happened afterward was absolutely awful. Before we even ordered, I kindly asked the waiter if the salad was safe to eat -- we're traveling, and that's a reasonable question. His response was incredibly dismissive, almost offended, as if I had insulted him. He said, "Yes ma'am, all our food is safe to eat. Even the ice in the drinks." Within hours of eating here, my husband became violently sick -- and I mean violently. From midnight to 7 a.m., he threw up seven times. We ate the same foods all week except for this one meal. He even said at the table that the fish tasted "off," and we should have trusted that instinct. Instead, we trusted the restaurant -- and we paid for it. This experience ruined the end of our trip. Getting this sick from airport food is unacceptable. Travelers deserve better than this. If you're considering eating here -- don't. I wouldn't wish the night we just had on anyone. read more

Food was good! we got a chicken sandwich with fries on the side. The sandwich had avocados, tomatoes and cheese. The fries were thinly sliced and crispy. There is plenty of seating inside. Service was quick! Good for getting a little something before your flight. read more

The menu is a bit pricey but we were out of options to eat in the airport. Most of the restaurants were closing around 5pm because they ran out of food. Our waiter was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The food was neither terrible or amazing. It was okay, the pizza could of been a lot better. Tables have dividers for covid safety. Arriving 2 hours early for a flight back home and the gate you're leaving from is a surprise, so you have to keep watching the Departure board. Bonus, you can get some great nom noms here and watch the board and have a drink or two if you like. We were seated quickly and waited on soon after. I have to admit the food quality really surprised me. I thought we were going to get some typically airport food but the quality was excellent. Our large party of six, ordered everything from hamburgers to salad to Red Snapper and it was all perfectly prepared and seasoned. Everyone at the table was more than pleased with their choice. We came here a lifetime ago (March) before the COVID-19 pandemic. I stumbled upon this while waiting to depart Cancun. I was happy to see it because I remembered the Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Chicago's O'Hare Airport that I liked, so I went in. I hoped they had pizza (even though it was in the morning, but heck, I'll eat a pizza anytime), but no luck. We highly recommend the Rigatoni Alfredo and the Pepperoni Pizza. We thought it would just be a standard meal, but they ended up being very tasty! Food and service here were top notch. Their small plates weren't small by any means! The food was served quickly and everything tasted fresh. I was completely full following the meal and that never happens at the airport! We didn't stay long but made a pitstop on our way back to the United States. We found some seating right at the bar. I ordered a side of fries and my husband ordered the steak and fries. My fries came out piping hot, large in order and came with ketchup & a garlic aioli sauce. I thought they were pretty good, especially considering they weren't fresh cut like I prefer. Perfect portion to hold me over 4 hour flight. My husband said his steak was just ok but did the job. I had a small taste and agree. They had quite a few options to choose from on the menu. Two thumbs up for staying true to a brand's mission at an airport location. I've been to too many fails in that department. The menu was classic Wolfgang's, and the execution was for real. The food was very good. Truly no complaints. We had a black bean burger, guac and chips, pizza and margaritas(that never gets old!). A great way to wrap up a Cancun vacation. As you are likely traveling internationally from this airport, you will have time to kill. Do it here. Resist the urge to sit with the crowds at the very average food court. I had one of the best pizzas of my life in the Cancun airport?! Major props to Wolfgang Puck for keeping quality consistent, even in an airport lounge in a different country. I can't imagine how hard that must be. Our server was excellent, quick, and friendly. I got the margarita pizza and the sauce was SO flavorful, the mozarella was fresh, the crust was doughy and the basil on top was oh-so delicious. It was seriously perfect. I could see the kitchen team rolling out dough from scratch and tossing it into the air -- proof that this pizza was made just minutes ago. My husband got the burger here and it also looked amazing. Sat at bar and my Husband and all ordered 2 waters and 2 drinks. The Seasonal Agua Frescas Tasted like actual water and not the Tito's drink on menu. The food was mediocre. We ordered a burger to split and it was not warm and bread was not fresh. I ordered Caesar dressing at beginning to accompany the chopped salad. Asked for it twice but never got it. Lady that just got her food asked for ranch and got it immediately. 2 sets of guest sat at corner, waited but left because no bartender even acknowledged them. They don't check in on you , we have to wave them down. Would rather do Margaritaville like usual again. Thought we'd try this place because it presents upscale. Way overrated! We opted to skip the food court offerings and head for a sit down restaurant with good tv views (World Cup!) and ended up here. The menu was slightly smaller than I would have expected, but this turned out to be a good thing because our food came out extremely quick. Everyone knows airport food is never great, and highly overpriced, but Wolfgang's wasn't bad in either aspect. I went with the Steak Frites, and chose the ribeye over the filet. Definitely a cheaper fatter ribeye cut than I'm used to, but it was cooked as desired and hit the spot. Service was friendly and quick and I'd happily eat here again. read more

Located in Terminal 4. Wasn't bad. Pizza was much better than we expected, especially since there isn't much pizza in Mexico to begin with. We will eat here again next time we go to Playa Del Carmen or Riviera Maya. read more

This restaurant has solid food for an airport. My wife and each had an ommelete with bacon and cheese. It came with potatos and toast, we each added a water and soft drink and it was $40. The service was fast and the food was really good. We had plenty of time to kill before our flight so this was a nice pit stop. They also have a full service bar. read more

Juan Carlos was out server and he was great! Very attentive and checked on us if we needed anything without hovering. The rigatoni with Alfredo was good along with the tortilla soup and the Titos expression martini. The restaurant is right next to the flight status board so it's very convenient when you have to wait to see which gate your flight will be at. (The airport does not announce the flights so it's a screen you have to check regularly). The prices are very reasonable for it being inside the airport and with full table service. read more

This famous name should be ashamed. This place is gross! We were getting ready to fly back from Mexico waiting at the airport in Cancún and decided to try this place out. What a mistake that was! Hole in the wall bar food is better than this place! I had a steak sandwich that had enough pepper on it to make you sneeze your nose off. My wife had the club sandwich that was the worst club I have ever tried. Subways club is better! Bread was soggy and more avocado than meat. Actually bread on both sandwich's was gross. We also ordered the tortilla soup. More like tomato soup with a couple shreds of chicken. It was very gross as well. Service was super slow and not friendly. Anytime you stop and eat at a airport your food should be served quickly! Especially if it's sandwich's. I would give this place no stars if I could. I've tried worst places but I can't remember when. Horrible, for sure I will never go back! Luckily for us this was really the only bad part about our trip.
