This lounge was incredibly underwhelming. The front desk staff were a little impolite upon arriving which set the tone for me for the rest of my experience. The lounge itself had a few food options, and lots of drink options. As far as soft drinks are concerned. They did have a full bar and they also had food available for purchase. The lounge itself was pretty small. They had a few business booths that were semi private in the middle of the lounge. There also were not a lot of outlets. The outlets seemed to be in one area, and they had a charging station that was next to the bar. But you had to keep your device there in order to charge it. They had tables, a high desk area and a sort of lounge area with a large tv. Would i visit this lounge again, probably not. It served its purpose i guess. But to me, it wasn't worth it. This lounge is small! And very crowded. The furniture is very close together so you are very near strangers. The staff were very nice, esp the bartender, she was super friendly and made great drinks. The food was a mix of grab and go and other. Good selection of canned drinks available in the cooler. The women's restroom is decent, they have 2 small stalls available. Many times there was a wait to use. I like the proximity of the lounge to security. Probably better to just go to a nice bar/restaurant in the airport if you are alone, but since we were a group of 7, it was more affordable to come here. They do have one large table to fit around 10 people but it was being used. Thankful that Cancun airport does have a lounge available in Terminal 3. read more

Across the counter is the Priority Pass lounge. Lots of seats with power outlets if you look around. Several single person "business" seats with outlet, small table and privacy enclosed. Open tables for larger groups and sofa arrangements. Bottled and canned beer. Bottles can be opened at the bar. Large selection of soft drinks etc. read more

This is perhaps the worst airport lounge in the world. Ive been here probably 8 times and they seem to continually decline with every visit! The service to check-in is rude and unprofessional. The food options in space inside are marginal at best. You are honestly better off just going into the airport and sitting down at a restaurant. However, if you're gonna try, I would recommend making a pre-booking. Whatever it is avoid the line and avoid this horrible service representative. read more

Lounge was nice and well appointed. Definitely made you feel like a baller! This was the cap off to a truly amazing 30th anniversary trip to Cancun. It was nice to relax in the wing chairs, get some decent food, plug in and just chill for a minute. Hubby said the drinks were on point. Was not crowded and was a nice bang for your buck. If we ever go back to Mexico, the lounge will definitely make the itinerary! read more

First lounge was full and we were sent to the second lounge near gate C16. The food options were limited and subpar and when I got a glass of water there was leftover lipstick on the rim. Additionally when my family got home everyone who ate the pork sliders got violently ill. Do not recommend. read more

No room to get comfortable or relax just a little room away from the rest of the airport. But the worse part is everything in the lounges costs & the selection isn't even a lot of options. The only lounge at Cancun international airport. There's technically another lounge but it's before the security checkpoint. Since it's the only lounge, it gets quite busy. When we arrived, there was both a line to get to the front desk as well as a waitlist to get into the lounge. Lounge access is limited to Amex and Capital One premium card holders. Put out name on the waitlist and was able to come back in about 40 min to enter. Upon entering, a staff member will escort you to an available seating area. They were also very friendly and asked if they could get us a cocktail as soon as they seated us. Opted for margs because it was definitely one hell of a day at the airport. The lounge itself is casual. In addition to the complimentary cocktails you can order, these is also a fully stocked fridge of N/A beverages and beers. A buffet is available with a solid selection of food. During our visit, items included a salad bar, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, steak fajitas. For airport lounge quality, it tasted decent and definitely hit the spot before a long flight. Marg was poured with a heavy hand which, honestly, I was okay with that day. When you need to catch your flight, just head out and it's easy to get to your gate. read more

What the heck. 5 stars. The key is to make a reservation. I shouldn't have just told that secret. So if you have been to Cancun Airport you know that it is mad crazy and finding seating during Prime Times is difficult. The food is overpriced and average or below average. So this is a great little place to get out of all that madness. You can get in free if you have an American Express Platinum or some other credit card I can't remember. However if you don't have a reservation you may have to wait. This Lounge is very small. I'm going to kind of compare to the lounge in Terminal 4 because my friend was in that Lounge as I was in this Lounge in terminal 3. So Terminal 3 Lounge is very small and does not have all of the amenities that the terminal 4 Lounge has. Terminal 3 lounge has more comfortable seating and it's all you can eat and drink that's on their menu for $33 if reserved online. This does include alcoholic drinks and kind of like Buffet type food but they do change it out very frequently. Terminal 4 has more of a variety with grab n go soda and beer. You can also order from a menu. I had a really good turkey sandwich on a croissant, a seafood coquette and some chicken tenders. I had a nice cold beer to go with it so I was good. You get 3 hours to use this Lounge which is about right because everyone gets to the airport about 3 hours early. If you tip just a little bit then you won't have to get up and get your own drinks. If not you can go up and the bartender there will make whatever you would like as long as he has the ingredients. The staff was nice and the bathroom was clean. As long as I'm comfortable and out of the madness that is Cancun Airport I am happy. Go check it out but don't tell anybody else LOL read more

Of the lounges I've got into with my LoungeKey/DragonPass access, this is by far the nicest one. Mera Business Lounge in Cancun's Terminal 4 is classy, it's beautiful, and it's got great food and amenities. We got in around 9AM and the lounge was practically empty, which was perfect. The food selection was pretty decent. There was limited hot breakfast food, but had croissant sandwiches, assorted fruit, and little desserts out. Everything is free with the standard lounge access pass, except for premium drinks from the bar. They do have some beers out in the free fridge for grabs. Staff had told us that we had access to everything, which I assume includes the sleeping pods as well. I didn't check them out as you need to ask staff for a key, but it's nice to have. Interestingly, they didn't have coffee or water out and instead we had to ask the bar. Still free, but just an extra step. The giant Nespresso machine dispensing lattes and cappuccinos was a fancy touch. read more

The food was A+. There was a wide selection. The lounge was very nice inside; it reminded me of a nail salon with a marble floor and high leather chairs. I didn't get any drinks; I only had water, but they had a free and a paid selection of drinks. The service was terrific. read more

This lounge is ok. It's in terminal 3 near C gates. At the time of my visit, it was busy. We had to wait 90 minutes to get in. They let everyone come in at a certain time only. I recommend checking back a minute or two before the time specified. Service is good. You have to order food and drinks with someone rather than self-serve. It's a small lounge. There aren't many tables for large parties. There are, instead, large seats with small stools that can act as tables. I looked around and there weren't too many outlets. If you want to reserve a time online, you have to pay $33 per person (or get a promo code). read more

Nice spacious lounge to hang out before a flight. Our group of 7 (we each have our own Priority Passes) came in on a Sunday at 9 in the morning. It wasn't too packed yet but it does get more packed in the afternoon. We stayed for a few hours and watched the buffet selection change from breakfast to lunch (which we just made the cut off for before we had to leave). For brekkie, they have hash browns, fake eggs, fresh juices, and fruit. For lunch, there was rice, chicken, mini sandwiches and wraps. Although it wasn't the best lounge food, I appreciate the variety and having a clean place to relax before hopping on a plane. read more

Great experience this visit! For the last year, this place has been overwhelmed by the number of travelers. It has also been plagued with families who don't control their children. Last week, it was not crazy busy and everyone was super pleasant. I sat at the table and was able to enjoy my hour stay. They offer small bites, so I had the chips and guacamole and the meat and cheese plate with a Dos XX. It was perfect. I do say I miss the tamales they had last year. The atmosphere was peaceful and I was happy to sit and snack and keep an eye on my incoming plane. This time, I only stayed an hour before walking to my gate. There is a 3 hour time limit. They have not accepted Priority Pass in at least a year for entry. They accept AmEx Platinum and a few other cards. Otherwise I think admission is currently $35 a person. read more

Great lounge for a reasonable price. $35 per person and I highly recommend making reservations. We made them a couple days before leaving and saved ourselves the trouble of waiting on a list. I overheard other people asking to get in and the wait was over 90 minutes. They have a decent little menu and everything on it is free with admission. This is a beautiful lounge. Very new, modern and clean. They even give you a plastic bag to put your facemask in. The food menu is pretty limited. They had five options. I opted for the burger which was pretty damn good. They kept the wine flowing as well (only two red options: a Cabernet and a Merlot). The bread pudding was so good, I had to go back for seconds. The service was fast and friendly, but in full disclosure, we were just about the only two people in the line. The WiFi worked just fine. Charging stations / outlets seemed a bit limited. read more

Safest place I have felt in during this pandemic. Had just come back from a socially- distanced jungle/beach yoga retreat and this space was a reprieve from the chaos at the airport. First things first: Ameyali offered OUTSTANDING service, above and beyond! All staff wore masks and were so genuinely courteous. My second favorite part was the self-contained working spaces toward the end of the spacious lounge. Perfect place feel safe enough to take off my mask and enjoy a meal. The latte and sandwich were really good as well and service was incredibly quick. The walls so high I couldn't even hear the passengers nearby. Can't wait to go back to Cancun airport next summer to enjoy this gem of an airport lounge again - one of my favorite in the world for sure. read more

I was impressed with this lounge! The Cancún airport has a few Mera lounges throughout so hoping the one in terminal 3's service goes throughout. We checked in, and was told we had to wait about 30-45min. Definitely recommend doing this right when you get there. While waiting we went roaming around to shop, and by the time we were done it was time to check in again. This lounge is small, but the service was good. Their good was delish too. They serve you and they had plenty of staff to help you. Their drinks were strong as well. Only thing I wished was that they had more restrooms. Only one toilet on each side. All in all, definitely recommend this lounge. read more

This is definitely in the top 3 of lounges that I've had the pleasure of visiting. I just looked up from my Priority Pass app in my phone when I noticed a man holding the sign with the logo. After approaching him, he escorted me down a slim elevator right to the front desk of the lounge. The decor was beautiful (modern and clean) and the man working the front desk had a cheerful disposition. I was glad I had two hours to kill. There were several seating options like work pods, low cozy couches with pillows and booth settings with tables and plush seats. I placed my bags down and wiggled until my tush fit just right. When I looked up there was a waiter, smiling and handing me a menu. I'd never been to a lounge with a waiter, this was amazing. I proceed to order a mimosa a the green chicken chilaquiles since it was around 11am -- it's 5:00 somewhere right? The lounge was equipped with a strong WiFi signal, several TVs and a bar that reminded me of the Great Gastby. There were also open coolers, piled high with a variety of soft drinks and beer, with prepackaged sweets on the very bottom shelf -- I was in heaven. The bathrooms were also well lit, super clean and smelling fresh. I do not recall seeing a family bathroom and I believe I saw a shower but due to covid it was closed. If you've got a layover (I don't care how short) and priority pass, come enjoy it I'm this lounge. It's extremely cozy and the people working on site are just pleasant as peaches. There is likely a fee of $30-40 for a pass to enter if you are not already a priority pass member. read more

Outstanding service, ambiance and lighting--yes, I abhor dark and weak fluorescent lighting. They have a breakfast and lunch menu--1 item per guest. The espresso was outstanding. They were transitioning to lunch so I ordered a trio of Cochinita Pibil tacos which were outstanding--tender, moist pulled pork seasoned with respect to the mild sweetness of youthful pork. Really beautiful lounge we were able to access thanks to priority pass. This international lounge is located in terminal 4, downstairs by gates 68-67 area. Very spacious with luxurious decorations and esthetic. Loved the variety in seating options from secluded little work stations to loungy chairs and table seating in the the bar area. Variety of flavored spa waters, juices, and alcoholic beverages. European style breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, and a few local hot items like mixed rice and chips for snackas. Also noted some premade individual salads in the refrigerator section. We enjoyed just lounging in some comfy chairs and watching the TV that was set on a nature channel showing baby turtles, adorable and relaxing. I tried the sleeping pod which was more like a meditation room I thought. You have a staff member open the room for you and it's supposed to be for only 20 mins, not really enough time to nap unless you are an experienced power napper. The pod chair reclines, has a very slight vibration around the neck and head region, and plays relaxing music in the dark room while the TV flips through natural views of Mexico's landscape variety. Noone came in to kick me out after my time was up so maybe you can nappa longer if it isn't busy. Overall definitely on my list of favorite lounges for pretentious traveling. read more

I came here to relax on a 6 hour wait at the airport. I'd applied for a qualifying AMEX prior to this trip but didn't receive it in time. Because of that, I had to pay out of pocket but it was well worth it. $33 gets you in the door and give you access to all of the amenities for 3 hours. If you're staying longer you'll need to renew your time. In total I spent $66 for unlimited food, drinks and snacks. Access to a beautifully clean restroom, comfortable seating and wifi. They also have a flight board so you can track updates as needed. All the liquors and wines available are of good quality but if you want top shelf it comes at a nominal premium. The staff were great and prompt. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the Cancun airport to retreat from the hustle and bustle. read more

This review is for the Mera Lounge in Terminal 3 by Bubba Gump's! I know there are multiple Mera Lounges in each terminal which is nice! Seats/tables are first come first serve but there are plenty of seats. I felt very safe and separated from the tables around me. There are TVs playing news and many table options if you are planning to eat/work. The women's bathroom at this location is only one stall which can get a little busy at times. They have a QR scanner that takes you to their menu options. They have a good variety of food selection. I highly recommend the guacamole and the salads: so fresh! The service was okay. Everyone was very sweet but they kept forgetting our order/ never brought out what we asked for so we had to go up to the kitchen multiple times to get it ourselves which I don't mind doing anyway but FYI. Highly recommend stopping here. We got to the airport super early and hung out for a couple hours here. read more

The Mera Business Lounge is an excellent choice if you have the time to visit inside the Cancun International Terminal before your flight departs. Follow the signs for VIP Lounge by gates 60-67 after clearing security. You will go down one level by escalator in order to reach the lounge. There was also a guy holding a large Priority Pass sign for those that need extra help locating the lounge. We got in with the Priority Pass which confers two extra guests as well. They take the digital card so no exchange of a physical card is needed during this time. Since it was our first time in the lounge, we were given a brief tour of the facilities as well. The food options are limited now because they can't leave food out buffet style. There are a few self-serve prepackaged items you can take from the refrigerator if you are in a hurry. They have physical menus and a digital one that you can obtain by scanning the QR code at your table if you wish to dine-in. Tables were arranged in a way that provided social distancing. We ordered two hamburgers and a Caesar salad which came out very quickly. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this lounge if you're looking for a place to relax. read more

Great place. Brand new! Today was the first day of opening. Staff seem to be very accommodating and there are segregated areas for travelers with families. There was only one private shower available for use. That could be a problem on a high-traffic day. Also the area for travelers with families is not enclosed so the noise would travel. It is a fairly large and spacious place with comfortable and versatile styles of seatings from tables to cubbies to couches etc. The bar staff was on point with the beverages. House wine was available and I believe some liquors are included in the lounge access. there were other options for more premium liquors and drinks for an additional charge. There was also food, and the food tasted good. Fresh juices, waters, teas and beers are also available. read more
