They have a full wall of polishes plus a basket of DND gel swatches to flip through, so you'll definitely find what you're looking for (the hard part is choosing!). They're popular and get booked out, so I highly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. They also accept Venmo, which is SO convenient if you don't carry cash or just want a quick checkout. Highly recommend. Nails N Nails is my new go-to!

I came in for a gel x removal and called prior day to get an appointment, and I appreciated to be seated immediately. However, as the removal goes on, the nail tech continued to go super harsh with the electric nail drill even after I've stopped her a few times because my nails were hurting. She successfully removed my gel x but left my nails paper thin, bending easily and hurting whenever it faces any force. She also left harsh dips and lines on my nails that will take months to heal. I tipped 30% bc I'm not confrontational in person and my nail tech was a bit struggling with gel x removal so I felt bad. Can't speak for other services, but for gel x removal, I wouldn't recommend this business unless you want your nails to be paper thin.

Ly did my pedicure, and she was wonderful. However, when it came time for my French tip, she switched with Ivy. I politely pointed out that one side of the French tip was noticeably thinner than the other and simply asked if it could be corrected. Unfortunately, Ivy responded with an attitude, including rolling her eyes and looking toward another coworker. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, so I was disappointed by the response. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I was only asking for a small correction to ensure I was happy with the service. I've had positive experiences at the Santana Row location, which is why I was disappointed with my experience at Brokaw. I hope the staff can take feedback from customers professionally and maintain a welcoming environment, even when a customer politely asks for an adjustment.

WORST PLACE EVER! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service. Had a horrible experience. Not only do they try to continuously upsell their pedicures, but they also yell at the customer after they make a mistake. Today, my sister went in and asked have her refill with a littler short nails, the pinky nail was cut and she said it was fine, the lady did the rest but somehow managed to make the rest of the nails shorter than the pinky. Took another look at the nails and explained that they're too short and that's not how short she asked for. And asked to have it fixed. The lady working at the salon YELLED AT HER. Who yells at a customer? Especially when they make a mistake? My sister kindly said I'm sorry I don't like them and the lady continued to say well this what you wanted and asked for in the rudest tone possible. The salon was silent so everyone was listening. How can someone treat another person in that manner. Then the lady started to speak loudly and rudely in her native language, which shows that you are speaking badly of your customer. I don't understand how a person can be so horrible. At the end, she didn't even check my sister out, she sent a different person to. My sister paid in full and gave a tip, the lady looked so embarrassed as she should be. This sort of behavior is disgusting. She paid because we were raised with values and respect and We know how to treat others. My sister will be going back to where we normally do tomorrow (Tina's nail salon in Milpitas) to get these disgustingly ugly nails fixed. Only reason wecouldn't go there today is because they're closed on Sundays. Also another thing that bothers me the way they upsell on the pedicure. Super unprofessional. They keep trying to upgrade to higher prices. I said no multiples times but then they told me they're just going to give me the more expensive one because it's better and I kept saying no but they did it anyways and then charged me more which is what I didn't even want. WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO. If you see my reviews, I never post bad ones because I've never had such a bad experience anywhere in my life until I walked into this disgusting unprofessional place. 0 stars. I would never recommend this place. custoner service is TERRIBLE! the lady who did my nails, tracy, did not even care to see if my nails had turned out okay once they were done. lucy did my pedicure and she did a horrible job as well. She did not even ask what pedicure I wanted. She just did what she felt like doing. I had shown tracy the design i wanted on my nails and she did something COMPLETELY different. When i told her she did not do what i asked, she was very rude about fixing it for me. I was beyong pissede by the time it came to pay for my nails because on top of the crappy service, I was charged full price. I could NOT believe they let me walk out of there as unhappy and frustrated as I did. Lesson learned: don't cheat on Color Nails! if it's not broken, dont fix it! never coming here again! How can anyone give this place more than a one star? I wish I could give zero stars! Worst customer service I've ever witnessed in my life. The pedicure ladies try to force you to add on extras and pay more and they act rude when you do not do so. They try to force you to get more expensive pedicure that you never even ask for! It's the most annoying thing ever. Highly unprofessional. On top of that, they all speak in their language and I was with a friend who understood some of it. And they were talking bad about their customers she told me. How awful is it to speak that way about people. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I will never be back. Waste of money, because the job they did on my nails was not even worth it either. Not a single good thing I can say about this place. read more

I got my gel pedicure done yesterday, and already the polish fell off one of my toes.. I got nicked on the left side of the big toe, and I know that can happen sometimes. I didn't like the fact that I needed to ask for Neosporin to be applied. I feel like it's common sense to apply antibiotic on a cut before applying any polish, especially since the whole left side of the nail was trailed with blood. I do appreciate the owner I think, on helping me out on that. As of this morning, the cut was still bleeding, and I had to clean it again and wrap in bandage. Lastly, the application and work on the nails themselves were sloppy. I did ask for a correction, but I noticed the others still weren't even afterwards. At that point, I decided it was best to go to another salon afterwards since it was clear that the technician simply didn't have the skill set. As you can see in the photos - French tip smeared on a nail, tips in terms of length were uneven in thickness,a couple of toes were lop sided, and the gel polish wasn't evenly applied so the polish looked splotchy. Currently typing out this review as I'm getting it corrected in another salon. I don't have any interest in returning, even if a correction is offered. With the amount of positive ratings listed here, I think retraining should be done with technicians to make sure quality of services are equal for all. Left a 10% tip as a nod towards the woman who helped with the Neosporin.
