Came today Sept 6. Aiden was our waiter. Tell him he should be as attentive to all tables instead of particular tables. We had biscuits for appetizer & they were barely warm. Butter wouldn't even melt. Had to call him to the table to top the coffee and water off but tables on each side of us he topped their water off more than 2x before I finally called him over to our table. I eat there quite a bit & have NEVER had 1 complaint. I asked a manager was Ayden new as he seemed new or extremely shy or something else. We stopped after visiting the area for a birthday party and it was so nice. The drinks were amazing and the staff was even better! Hannah the manager checked on us twice to ensure satisfaction and it was just a thoroughly enjoyable experience! My friends and I went last night for a girls night out and this place was sooo good! The restaurant is open and inviting , maybe a little noisy, but it's good to be busy. Speaking of busy- our food came out quickly despite the crowd. And it was all great. The waitress was super helpful and I decided on the salmon served with spinach and squash and cauliflower. Our regular table was just fine. We know next time, and there will be a next time, we will make sure to reserve a high top table. The decor is light and airy , with a farmhouse touch. The Establishment is quite large. The menu is inclusive and offers variety of food for everyone. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection. Came to the Polaris location during a weekend trip to Columbus. I had heard about the biscuits from TikTok and had to try them. The restaurant was very busy and there was a wait for a table, so we opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was really nice and very attentive. I really liked my drink, though I don't remember what it was called. It had brute, gin, and lemon. I do wish there were more cocktail options. We ordered the biscuit appetizer, and they were even better than anticipated. They were hot and soft and the butter was perfect. These alone were worth the stop. For our entrees we ordered the fish and chips and the fried chicken sandwich (not pictured). Good portion sizes for both. The ambiance of the restaurant was very plain and didn't have much going on. This kitchen social is located in Polaris and has parking either in front of it or in the free garage behind it. I went for my mom's birthday so we had a reservation and didn't have to wait long to get seated. We were seated on the patio with a cover. It was nice. Our server was so friendly and helpful and each course came out fast. He even remembered to bring out my mom's birthday dessert which she wasn't expecting. We started with the black berry cocktail, jalapeño cornbread, and Thai shrimp. Each of those were delicious. It was hard to save room for the entree and desserts. I got the tuna bowl and my mom got the red snapper entree and they were both delicious and full of flavor. The brown butter cake was sooo warm and had the perfect amount of sweetness. KS has great options and wonderful service. Our server was Kylee H and she was amazing. Super helpful, friendly and positive. Provided great recommendations and advice too. KS has a great choice of custom drinks and beverages, as well as all the usuals. This time we tried Fish and Chips and Pepperoni Pizza. (8pm later dinner). Both were great, although fries were a little burnt on the fish and chips. Fish was amazing. Also started with the must have Biscuits (highly recommend) and the lobster bisque (great taste/flavor but little lobster). Atmosphere is energetic and comfortable for families, girls night out, or just dinner. My wife and I were in the area and discussing that we were hungry. I whip out the Yelp app because I'm always ready for a food adventure! Kitchen Social was near the top of the list due to our location. I looked over the menu and began to convince her that we should try it. Finally, we were on our way. Parking wasn't too big of an issue. We got in without a wait and were sat at a high top table near the outside wall, which was open and it was a beautiful, slightly breezy day. So that definitely added to the experience! The service was fantastic! We ordered an appetizer of Crispy Thai Shrimp. Wonderful. Our entrees were delicious! (Tuna Bowl and Blackened Shrimp Capellini) Did I mention the service? I wish I could remember her name. She was VERY attentive but not overly attentive. We don't usually eat dessert but we decided to indulge with the ever-popular Brown Butter Cake. Oh. My. Goodness! AMAZING. We will be returning the next time we are in the area! Totally loved the vibe of this restaurant. We were visiting family in Ohio and searched Yelp for nearby restaurants and this one popped up. I usually look at the pics posted then check out the menu to decide if I will check out a new place out unless I have a recommendation. I loved the decor and the great lighting. The staff was friendly and the food was presented well and had great flavor. We had variety of items starting off with the mimosa trio. The mimosa trio was refreshing with pineapple being our favorite. Next was the cinibiscuits which was a biscuit cinibun combination. The biscuit was really good. The spicy cauliflower had a beautiful color with just the right amount of spice and was very tender without being mushy. The tacos were delicious and we had two types a breakfast one and the fried chicken. The shrimp and rice was full of plump well seasoned shrimp and the rice full of veggies. We also ordered a side salad that had a rainbow of veggies and was incredibly colorful with red onion, kale, romaine, feta, fruit and a delicious pear vinagarette . The salad was enough to share between two people. We alao had ramen chicken szechuan that was spicy, a nice portion and full of tender veggies. Our food came out hot and full of flavor. A friend brought me here a couple years ago and I've been back a couple times since. Most recently I took my sister and we got to sit on the patio. All of their food is spectacular- the flavor combos and the fresh and delicious options are fantastic. They really deliver with the menu options and it's different than anywhere else. Hubby and I have wanted to try this place out but, on the weekend when we thought of it we didn't want to make a reservation and fight the crowds.
