The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel so parking is free. The restaurant has plenty of seating including the main dining area, a nice bar, and a nice large patio area with fire pits. It was a weekday so it wasn't crowded or noisy. Initially I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come and assist me but once she did the service was good. I was not impressed with the food. I had the Bama White Wings but I couldn't taste the sauce because it was overpowered by the burnt grill taste. The same applies to the Crispy Brussels as well. The Chocolate Torte was too sweet and thick that I had to use a knife to cut it in order to eat it. Overall I was not impressed with the food. I never have high hopes for a hotel bar or restaurant, but this is the exception. Every year I come to this hotel for a conference and every year this bar and restaurant is consistently great. They're happy hour is not to laugh at as their truffle fries are perfection and they're happy hour price drinks are delightfully strong. Honorable mentions into their wedge salad. I had the duck and dumplings and it was very good , large serving and alittle on the rich side probably because of the mushrooms cream sauce. Nice fire place with nice seating around it . A wonderful restaurant located in the Hilton at Polaris. This new restaurant has so many delicious options. I ordered the Ribeye Burger which comes with Foie Gras, caramelized shallot jam, Camembert cheese, arugula and garlic herb mayonnaise. What an incredibly unique and delicious burger. The group I was with also order a few appetizers. The pork belly appetizer, shrimp appetizer and the Korean wings. All three of these appetizers were amazing. The pork belly was so flavorful, the shrimp were huge and the wings were full sized wings. What a great surprise this was to find in the hotel. Maybe it was the perfect combination of a cool summer evening and great company but wow, I did not want to leave. The outdoor space is beautiful with very comfortable seating. It is located inside the Hilton. I ordered the falafel bowl which was very yummy. Also ordered a side sweet potato which came room temperature but ate it. My husband and I have gone to 17 Arrows buffet for several holidays. We went there for Easter after church this year. They had quite a spread with lots of options. The prime rib carving station was amazing. They included an iced seafood table with shrimp and crab meat that was awesome. Do not go here for thanksgiving. Was really looking forward to some amazing quality thanksgiving staples. Sadly, the food quality was no better than Golden Corral. The turkey was the WORST. So dry. I'm not sure how this restaurant stays in business with food like that. We paid $60 pp for the thanksgiving Buffet. Yes, buffet, yet somehow a $25 gratuity was added on to our check??? Apparently that's for the people who bus the tables but would have been nice to know ahead of time. They sat four of us at a round table big enough for 8 so we couldn't even talk to each other. Did not feel like thanksgiving at all. It felt like we were there for a work luncheon. Would not recommend. Avoid! read more

My husband and I had our joint retirement party at 17 Arrows at The Hilton Polaris, in Columbus, OH. From start to finish, it was perfect. We worked with Shelby, the Food and Beverage Manager (as well as the bartender, Bethany, and her staff during the party), at 17 Arrows Craft Kitchen and Bar. Shelby listened to what I envisioned for our party, walked me through selections and quantities, and made suggestions at my request. The food was a hit! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it, and told us how delicious it was. We did not lift one finger, have one concern or adversity, or have to deal with any issue at all. The staff was entirely professional, and on top of EVERYTHING. The food was beautifully displayed, the quantities were ideal. The atmosphere was beautiful, the space was sparkling clean, and perfect for mingling and enjoying each other. It was not loud, which I fully appreciated since we wanted to talk to each other, and not have to compete over loud music, as in a typical bar setting. I cannot even count how many people reached out after the party to say how lovely it was, and what a great time they had.
