Fantastic happy hour!! I can't wait to go back here. The drinks were quite good, even the margaritas which are usually all mix and no alcohol. The bartender who helped us was cool too. Very down to earth and we really liked her. The happy hour menu can't be beat for the prices and the food was great. Inside it's a very warm, modern atmosphere with whites and blues and wooden accent decor. I recommend going here for happy hour any day! read more

Food was excellent, ambiance very nice, great Happy Hour! Worst service I've had in a long time. Had to ask another server twice to get our server. We were a party of 5 - here for brunch, we visited on a Saturday and didn't have a reservation but we managed to get a place in about 10-15 mins. We ordered a bunch of things husband got the homestyle with 2 extra scrambled eggs, while I got the chicken and waffles and then we shared a creme brulee french toast for the table. The chicken and waffle was "chef's kiss" to say the least. The chicken tenders were just that tender and soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, juice and absolute yummmmm!! The waffles were uhhmazinngggg, and the maple syrup was to die for - that is one of the best chicken and waffles I've had in Cleveland. The french toast was ok, I wish it was a tad sweeter and idky but the creme brulee wasn't brulee-ing iykwim. Kitchen social has never disappointed me in the past even when we've been here for dinner in the past (love their biscuits and fried chicken sandwich). Love it recommend it and personally, will be coming back for sure. read more

We really like @kitchensocial614 . In this case the one at @crockerpark in Westlake. On this family night out we got the Thai Shrimp, the Whipped Feta cheese, Queso and chips, 2 chicken sandwiches( my oldest son thinks their Chicken sandwich is the best) and a large salad. A margarita to get the ball rolling. Great menu, great service and the only negative is how loud the place is. But it is always crowded so that is a good sign. read more

This was our first time here and the food was fresh and delicious. We shared the crab toast and harvest salad. The crab salad on the toast was creamy and yummy but the toast was a bit soggy underneath. My husband's salad was fresh and I was impressed with the ingredients all being chopped about the same size. No huge chunks of lettuce or onion and tiny bits of chicken or pecans. Loved that! Overall, refreshing menu options. Mitchell was our server. He was pleasant and upbeat. He made recommendations and paid attention to special requests. We arrived a little before noon and it was fairly quiet. By the time we left, the place was busy with a lot more of a business crowd. This place DOES NOT MISS. We go here 3-4 times a month because the food is so consistently good. The ambiance is awesome too: super clean, youthful, and upscale. All of the bartenders and servers are always so nice. You get what you pay for the drinks: they pour heavy! 11/10. If I could have the whole menu catered at my wedding I would. read more

The pastas and butter cake were delicious, and the overall food quality was good. Parking was super easy, and we only had to wait about 15 minutes on a Friday night around 7:30 PM for a table of four, which was a pleasant surprise. Service was decent--our drinks did run low a few times, but when we asked for refills, they were brought without delay. However, the noise level was extremely loud, making it hard to hear anyone at our table. Also, some items, like the fries with the fish and chips, were overly salty. All that to say, I would consider coming back, maybe for brunch next time. read more

My daughter and I went there for brunch. We were seated at a comfortable table and had friendly service. That's where the "good" ends. Our appetizer arrived soon enough but we'd gotten one bite each before our meals arrived. Needless to say that was far too fast. My daughter's eggs were clearly powdered (trust me, I was in the army and KNOW powdered eggs). Our potatoes were dry as all get-out, and my plate was made of wood that clearly had been warped by the dishwasher. My fork would cause my plate to seesaw and food to roll off the plate, so I had to use one hand to eat and another to keep the plate still. My daughter's eggs had a hair in them and my breakfast tacos also had a hair in one of them. Edit: last thing I forgot - my daughter ordered an orange juice and each time it came (and the refills) the small cup was half full. Two normal sips and it was gone. This was a poor experience that my daughter and I both rated 4.4/10. We will not return. read more

It took awhile to find this restaurant (located across from Crocker Park) but well worth the visit. I stopped in for lunch and there were a couple tables open and several high top tables in the bar area, which is where I was seated. I felt cramped because there was little room between the bar and my table but since I was alone it made sense not to take a large table for myself. There were many menu choices with something for everyone. Although there were no "daily specials" but it was easy to find something on the menu. I had the fish and chips (fries) that was served hot and just the right amount of breading. Fries were freshly cooked and cole slaw was good. The Server, Mary, was attentive and offered several menu suggestions. Will definitely be returning to Kitchen Social. read more

My husband came on a Saturday night and it was busy! We got quoted a 45-60 minute wait but only took 20, glad we stayed around. Really pretty inside, reminded me of being in Chicago. Tonight we went to Kitchen Social for the first time. We had their biscuit skillet for an appetizer - very flavorful and not dry. A good combination of savory (cheddar cheese) and sweet honey butter with a little crystal sugar on the top crust. We had the hot chicken platter - slight spice in the batter, great hot honey, fries and a little bite to the Cole slaw. Very good. And then we had their butter cake for dessert. The service was good, Mary our server was kind and explained the menu to us, the Manager Mike was super friendly and came over to visit us as we were visiting from out of town. My husband and I finally went to Kitchen Social, after hearing a few friends rave about the food. We went on a Saturday, about 5pm. We were seated immediately. But right after a wait line began. We ordered an appetizer of crispy shrimp. It came to the table, not looking very crispy. But it was delicious. My husband chose the Szechwan Noodles for his entree and I chose the Fried Chicken. The food came out pretty promptly. Both plates were very tasty. Service was professional and attentive. Nice atmosphere. But the high industrial ceilings make for a very noisy restaurant. I guess had they come out and taken our order when we first arrived it would have been fine, but we weren't looking to do shots with our full size drinks. No apologies or anything just like ok bye when we said we would go somewhere else. So here's my input: 1. Sacred Hour- do not advertise this space to the outside community if you can only accommodate your clients that are receiving services. 2. Train your staff. A hello, A greeting, something, anything. Not - "do you want drinks?!" That in itself was so distasteful. Not to mention the prices of drinks are not cheap. This is an upscale place ( or appears to be ) 3. Bottom line- we will not return. Quite honestly, I'm not sure if I would return back to this location for my spa services either. I think that people have forgotten how to be courteous and polite. People do not realize ( or maybe they do and just don't care ) that the reason they stay in business is because of their customers. Treating your customers with kindness is epic. You know the old saying - you get more bees with honey?!? Well, Tribu- maybe you should rethink this and add it to your training instead of coffee or tea!

I have been to the KS in Dublin and was very excited to see they were opening one in Westlake. We went for brunch today and they did not disappoint. In fact, they even exceeded the high expectations we have come to know from KS. The food was simply incredible. The flavor profile in every bite was spot on. Whoever they have come in and train new staff for opening a new restaurant deserves a raise! Every single employee interacted with us as they walked by. Including management. They were friendly, funny and gave the impression that they loved where they worked. Which in turn made us love it even more. If I had to find something to critique or was forced to pick something that could be done better, it could only be the view. The KS in Dublin has a beautiful view of the river front park through the open patio doors. This one has a brick wall across from it. But there's nothing they can do about that. read more

Actually went here last week. Was very pleasantly surprised. Good food, good service, great atmosphere and prices were not totally gouging levels. Someone running this place has a brain. That is why it was full and everyone seemed very happy. The portions were not overly huge which allowed them to price them right. We were celebrating an anniversary and birthday and they treated us to a dessert. Very thankful for that. We will definitely be back. The street corn nachos were amazing. The biscuits were unbelievably tasty and the entrees were ordered were excellent. The chicken tacos and the shrimp dish. So good. My visit to Kitchen Social was so great, I can barely put it into words. From the moment we walked in, the customer service blew me away. The owner, manager, and server all came to check on us multiple times--making sure we were taken care of and even offering thoughtful suggestions. You could really feel how much they cared. And the food? Unbelievable. I got the cheddar biscuits and they were to die for--seriously next-level. The burger was just as incredible, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My wife and I first were introduced to Kitchen Social while in Columbus. We were thrilled when a location opened up near Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio. On a very crowded Mother's Day, our party of 7 got seated very quickly. The food was absolutely perfect and the service even better. My son accidentally knocked his whole water glass onto the floor and it shattered and instead of seeming irritating or bothered by it, around 5 staff members hurried to clean it up.
