Having this in Long Island that's apart of the mall is a good stopping location if you need a break from shopping. Ice Cream This was my first time getting this and I wasn't really sure how to order it. So I asked the workers at the window and they were very kind to explain the process to me. A great spot for treats if you are in the mood! Expect to wait a while if you come here! Kith used to allow indoor ordering but now you must wait outside of the Hirshleifers store to order. I like to come here randomly so waiting during the cold months is the worst so that's why I put it as 4 stars. Staff are usually helpful and patient. Today the staff was really dedicated to making my order and took his time with adding the toppings before handing them off to me! I loved it and it looked delicious. The treats are perfection! This place is the new hot spot but something I would only try once or twice for an $11.00+ treat. I don't see anything really special about it as an ice cream or milkshake, but it is good. To my mind, its trying to be a fancy dessert for a fancy price for a to go treat. There is no seating area for this place. It is located on the second floor of the Judson Yards Mall. This location at Hudson Yards is next to the Snark Park Lost & Found maze, & the clientele is unmistakably young, much younger than me. Only two of us in the group wanted dessert; in hindsight, we would've done well to share because we ordered the same thing & neither of us finished the generous portion (funny how sharing never seems like an option.) We each had the Snark Bite ($9.50) which is vanilla ice cream swirled with rice krispy treats, mini marshmallows, marshmallow charms, & sapphire sprinkles. Sweeter & creamier than the speckled cloud I mistook it to be. I've been wanting to try Kith Treats for a while and got the opportunity finally this weekend. For around $11, you can get ice cream with a mix of cereals (and other toppings) mixed in. Between the line, price, and actual ice cream, I was pretty disappointed. It was still tasty, but there's far better ice cream in New York for a lower cost and faster wait time. If you like the idea of crushed up cereal mixed into your ice cream, do yourself a favor and go to Milk & Cream Cereal Bar instead for far superior ice cream. I got the Bam Bam, which was one of the more expensive combos they offer (you can build your own combo or go with the ones they offer). It tasted fine, but I couldn't really taste the different types of cereals. I imagine most combos taste about the same at the end of the day. The wait time at the Hudson Yards location is absolutely ridiculous. To say it moves like molasses would be a compliment. There were 3 people working behind the counter on a Sunday afternoon. I waited 20-25 minutes for ~10 people in front of me. The line is typically much longer, so I can't imagine what it's like at other times. Do yourself a favor and go to Van Leeuwen around the corner instead. read more

First off, Kith Treats is located in the store, but there is a small window from which you can order from outside. Apparently, the top 3 on the menu were the most popular, so I got the Bam Bam and my friend got the Witness. The cereal was blended into the soft serve ice cream and perfectly placed inside a cup for the presentation-- it looked awesome! For the taste, it was very unlike any ice cream I had before because there were so many different cereal flavors inside. Next time, I would just get one cup to share with another person because they give a HUGE portion just for 1 cup and the ice cream itself is super heavy. Plus, it's a bit pricey for one (~$10-11). First of all, they have a great decor at this location with a huge doll picking machine. And the background of the counter has moving blinds which gets loud but still unique and make a great decor in my opinion. We went on a Saturday afternoon so of course the line was ridiculous. By the time we got to order, I realized they only have 2 machines that mix cereal with ice cream.. I'd think they would need to have more but whatever. KITH treats never ceases to delight my tastebuds and it remains one of my most favorite places to get ice cream. This location actually has a limited amount of cereal choices unlike their location in Brooklyn (which was disappointing since I love Apple Jacks but they didn't have that here). When I got here I ordered the fruity pebbles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch vanilla soft serve. It was absolutely delicious and although I was upset at the time that they didn't have Apple Jacks I was pretty happy with this combo. Another small issue that I have with this location is that you only have a small area to eat the ice cream in store with no seats only standing tables. The location in Brooklyn has a small nook with seating but also I've walked around the store with ice cream in hand in Brooklyn too. So basically, you want somewhere sweet and quiet this isn't the place. If you want to be entertained while you wait, you might love it. After hearing about KITH Treats and seeing the line at the new Hudson Yards location, I was excited to give it a try. The concept of mixing cereals/candy into ice cream sounded great and the presentation of the ice cream is great. But... it's overpriced and overly sweet. All the options were around $8-11 and after eating less than half of my swirl, I started to feel sick from the sweetness. Don't get me wrong, you would think I've cream and candy will be sweet but this was just too much. It was impossible for my friend and I to finish each of our desserts. You can choose one of the preset menu flavors (in a cup/cone for a ice cream swirl, as a milkshake or in a bowl). Or you can customize it. I chose to do the vanilla base swirl with Reese's puffs and Reese's pieces (in a cup). Perhaps someone with a major sweet tooth would like this, but I won't want to try it again. read more
