Country food with a Korean twist! The staff are so friendly. Get out of your comfort zone and try some Korean specialties with your favorite classics!

Opened in 1975 this local favorite is definitely a must stop. It's small and cozy but I love how it feels inside. It feels very cozy and welcoming. Reminds me a lot of the 80's and 90's restaurants because of the decorations and ambiance. I really appreciated it. We were sat down immediately at 5pm which is nice. 5pm on a Saturday could be a risk going out to eat and having or wait for a table. Our server was friendly. The food is really the best part which explains why it has such high esteem in the community. You absolutely must try the beef bulgogi. It's incredibly tender and flavorful. I was also very impressed with my burger. It was simple but full of flavor. The oriental fries were also very good and the onion rings were crispy. We will be back to try the bulgogi burger next time!

An interesting little place with very kind staff. It was a fun visit but I do wish the food had been better. The soup that came with the galbi was not pleasing to me but reminded me of a chicken dumpling soup. The galbi was chewy and I'm not a huge fan of the fries but I get why people like them. It was a great time speaking with the staff and sharing food we've eaten across many cultures. It was a pleasure and may be back to try to the burgers.

Great burgers. Oriental fries are very unique and tasty. My favorite is the chicken bulgogi.

This franchise stands out above the rest in freshness and flavor. Everything tasted like it was made with real care, not just cranked out. The staff were so friendly and accommodating!! I ordered my go to choice, the Mix Grill Plate, and it blew me away. The meats were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and served in generous portions. As for the macaroni salad? It's hands down the best I've had at any of their locations I've visited. It was creamy, well-balanced, and the perfect complement to the hearty plate. If you're in Waco and even slightly considering it, just go. This location sets the bar high.

We got the bbq chicken and kalua pork. Unfortunately, while the food visually looked appetizing, everything ended up being pretty salty. The only thing that was tasty to me was the macaroni salad. I did like how big the portions are for the bowl option, which came with 1 scoop of rice and one scoop of either macaroni salad or veggies. It's too bad you can't swap out the rice for two scoops of macaroni or do a macaroni and veggie combo.

The man out front was friendly and we got to chatting about where he gets his ingredients; there aren't an Asian markets in the area so he has to drive a good distance to get stuff. I ended up getting the 'trash can' bowl with beef and maxed out on all the veggies. The portion was ok-a lot of rice a couple bits of protein with a squirt of the sriracha ranch which was 'totally mild' as advertised. If you think about the Magnolia siloes as an amusement park then I understand this place, you're paying a slight premium for something that's just ok because you're in an area designed to part you from your money while you're caught up in the atmopshere.
