I was also charged a kiosk fee even though I ordered from the counter - didn't know there was an extra fee, and it isn't clear how I was supposed to order...didnt even see kiosks behind me until I was leaving. As I arrived at the counter and was greeted then was put on hold while she decided to take an online order after greeting me. I finally ordered, sat down and waited a while for food, used restroom, came back went to counter to check on order, was ignored, no one acknowledge I was there. I sat back down and saw the lady would took my order sitting at a table on her phone talking with a friend - I expected she would let me know when my order is ready. So on their website they said they were open for thanksgiving. So we ( me and my husband) ordered $80 worth of food, when we went to go pick it up they were closed. So the next day we called to get a refund. They told us to call customer service, and so we did. Customer service told us that the store needed to call customer service for us to get out $80 back. So the store called the customer service people, and then called us back saying that they cannot find our order. It has been now three days and we still haven't gotten our refund back.
