ONLINE PURCHASE: I recently experienced significant frustration with the return and refund process for an item I purchased. It took over two weeks for the company to acknowledge receipt of the returned item, despite multiple inquiries from my end. The item was received on April 15, but I only received my refund on May 2nd, which is an unacceptable delay of 2 and 1/2 weeks. Upon reviewing the refund details, I discovered a substantial discrepancy. Despite being informed that the shipping fee for the return would be $7.00, I was charged $14.50 instead. This discrepancy left me feeling unfairly treated, as it essentially doubled the initially quoted shipping cost. If I hadn't been diligent in tracking my account, I doubt I would have received the refund at all! Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I urge the company to improve its communication and refund processes to ensure a more satisfactory customer experience in the future. read more

I ordered an item online. It arrived (after 6 weeks of waiting) and was completely the wrong size (I ordered a small and was sent a large). I emailed customer service 3 times and received no response. I then contacted them via their instagram page. My query was quickly deleted from their page (like seriously after 3 minutes of me posting my question). I reposted again (hoping that they deleted it by mistake) and instead I was blocked by kittenish. I now have no way to contact Kittenish and get my order fixed. I do not live near Nashville or Destin so I cannot return in person. This level of customer service is disgraceful. Their answer to fix THEIR mistakes is to ignore emails and block you from their business page. The better business bureau needs to investigate this company pronto! read more

The clothes are super cute..I have been a longtime supporter of JJD and love her style. I've ordered many times from Kittenish online and it is truly a disaster. Items not getting to me ever, huge shipping delays every time, etc and customer service never gets back to you promptly or efficiently. There's also a huge discrepancy in clothing quality and sizing (I studied textiles so I would know). The XXL fits more like a Large in most pieces. Varies from piece to piece and not aligned with sizing chart. Alot of the pieces say hand wash only and ruin quickly. JJD please rectify all of this!! You have many loyal fans that will stop purchasing because of this, including myself now. read more

I keep running into issues with the sizing and selection of clothes so haven't been able to find anything that worked to return on previous purchase. The other top I bought for $60 has shrunk after one wash and no longer fits. So many items are way too cropped or transparent. I think the quality here has gone way down. I also purchased a denim skirt with shorts under thinking the shorts would help with the length of the skirt. Because of the return policy, I don't have the option to dispute the transaction from my credit card since I've had to use store credit.
