Was so excited to come here. I mean, who doesn't love Jessie James decker. Was pumped to watch all the ig feeds leading up to opening. I didn't get to go until a week or so after opening. Love the location with plenty of parking in the garage and street parking. Upon walking up I loved the exterior. I was a little disappointed with how small the interior is. Absolutely a 5 star experience!! Decked out (no pun intended) in pink, female empowerment, and all things JJD, Kittenish has the cutest girly vibes! I've visited twice now while in Nashville and this place is a whole experience. There are several photo ops throughout the store, neon signs, 90's female nostalgia, cute photos of the Decker fam, ''Friends'' projecting on the walls and so much more! I love how many cute details went into the design of this store. The music they play is great and the clothes are so cute!! I could buy one of everything! There are clothes for all kinds of body types and they truly make you feel beautiful and fashionable. I rarely feel great about myself after an experience in the fitting room but I do every time after visiting Kittenish. The clothes are great quality and the prices are reasonable considering it's a celebrity owned boutique. Terrible! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! My wife used to be a very big fan of this store after visiting it in Nashville 4 months ago. We had a great experience in store and she loved the items she got. I decided to surprise her with Kittenish for her birthday however we do not have a Kittenish near us so I ordered online. I ordered two of everything with hopes we would get her size right in some and return the rest. To return online items you have to go through email, you cannot physically speak to anyone you can only email. Well they are no longer doing returns only store credit. I explained the situation and they were not sympathetic AT ALL. Which is what you would expect when conversing with a robot through email. Cute clothes, quality is ok, good luck getting what you place in your shopping cart ! Have had multiple attempts online placing orders only to be disappointed more than half the time. I've received damaged goods and missing items in orders. When contacting the vendor customer service is quick in addressing issues, however the inconvenience is a hassle. Between shipping back damages and loosing out on promotions applied to purchases it's just not worth it. Efficient refunds are made however you will only receive a full refund if the vendor is at fault (damaged items, missing items) if you change your mind on sizes you have to ship back the item and re order meaning pay a new delivery fee and hope the item is still in stock (half the time it's not) I've given it my last chance ! Hit unfollow on the Insta page it's just not worth the loss in money after you can't re use promos applied on original purchases and have to pay shipping fees for re ordering merchandise when all you want is an exchange in size I will admire from far and no longer purchase from the website. Cute clothes, semi-decent prices but customer service is atrocious. I placed an online order almost 2 calendar weeks (and counting) ago and it has yet to ship. In today's day and age that's pretty much unheard of, it's usually 2-3 days or you'll get a message explaining why the dreached out to customer service 4 days ago and have heard NOTHING. They turned off/limited comments on Instagram, probably because they're getting complaints like this. Edit: I DM'd them on Instagram and about a day later I received an email response, 3 days later I received tracking info. Clothing arrived just a few days later. I'm happy with the style and quality. I recently purchased a turtleneck and a sports bra. Fast shipping so props there. While the sports bra gives great coverage and is cute, the turtleneck is actually rock hard and stiff. I have liked some of the clothes but bottom line the issue is sizing . There is no way the sizing is accurate plus if you get the wrong size then you receive a merchandise credit.
