The bathing suit is way too big and made with such cheap material, I could never get a single use out of it. When I reached out about them making a one time exception as I didn't notice they were unreturnable, they did not respond to my emails. The jewelry here is actually pretty good quality, a stark contrast to the clothing here but that's not a surprise just knowing these types of stores. The girls were all friendly when I first walked in and were quick to greet me. However, when it came time to check out, I had to get someone's attention. The girl said "I'll get someone up there shortly", and quickly called someone on her headset, even though she was doing literally nothing, just pacing the floor. I understand that she was probably a manager and checking out a guest is beneath her, but when you're doing literally nothing and someone is waiting at the register, you put the customer first and check them out. Was so excited to come here. I mean, who doesn't love Jessie James decker. Was pumped to watch all the ig feeds leading up to opening. I didn't get to go until a week or so after opening. Love the location with plenty of parking in the garage and street parking. Upon walking up I loved the exterior. I was a little disappointed with how small the interior is. Interior decor is on point. The apparel is so cute and decently priced. I love all the items rolling out. Love it. The employees are very personable and their uniforms are so cute!! Kittenish is SO adorable inside! The store looks super chic from the outside and exactly like what I saw on JJD and Kittenish's Instagram! The store is tiny but laid out perfectly for its size and it's super cute! I loved the pictures, decorations and vibe! The clothing items for sale were so cute!! I also loved that you could purchase JJD's book, CD, Lip/ eyeshadow kit, Diff eyewear glasses and perfume! Terrible! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! My wife used to be a very big fan of this store after visiting it in Nashville 4 months ago. We had a great experience in store and she loved the items she got. I decided to surprise her with Kittenish for her birthday however we do not have a Kittenish near us so I ordered online. I ordered two of everything with hopes we would get her size right in some and return the rest. To return online items you have to go through email, you cannot physically speak to anyone you can only email. Well they are no longer doing returns only store credit. I explained the situation and they were not sympathetic AT ALL. Which is what you would expect when conversing with a robot through email. Cute clothes, quality is ok, good luck getting what you place in your shopping cart ! Have had multiple attempts online placing orders only to be disappointed more than half the time. I've received damaged goods and missing items in orders. When contacting the vendor customer service is quick in addressing issues, however the inconvenience is a hassle. Between shipping back damages and loosing out on promotions applied to purchases it's just not worth it. Efficient refunds are made however you will only receive a full refund if the vendor is at fault (damaged items, missing items) if you change your mind on sizes you have to ship back the item and re order meaning pay a new delivery fee and hope the item is still in stock (half the time it's not) I've given it my last chance ! Hit unfollow on the Insta page it's just not worth the loss in money after you can't re use promos applied on original purchases and have to pay shipping fees for re ordering merchandise when all you want is an exchange in size I will admire from far and no longer purchase from the website. Cute clothes, semi-decent prices but customer service is atrocious. I placed an online order almost 2 calendar weeks (and counting) ago and it has yet to ship. In today's day and age that's pretty much unheard of, it's usually 2-3 days or you'll get a message explaining why the dreached out to customer service 4 days ago and have heard NOTHING. They turned off/limited comments on Instagram, probably because they're getting complaints like this. Edit: I DM'd them on Instagram and about a day later I received an email response, 3 days later I received tracking info. Clothing arrived just a few days later. I'm happy with the style and quality. Yes, it is listed in the fine print of their website but let's be honest... most people don't read that prior to purchasing. I recently purchased a turtleneck and a sports bra. Fast shipping so props there. While the sports bra gives great coverage and is cute, the turtleneck is actually rock hard and stiff. The jeans are cute and seem to be decent quality for the price but they smell absolutely awful I have washed them twice and air dried in the sun but the putrid smell will not leave. I have liked some of the clothes but bottom line the issue is sizing . There is no way the sizing is accurate plus if you get the wrong size then you receive a merchandise credit. I've shopped here for years online. I will no longer be purchasing from this company unless things change. I'm fine with the no return/exchange policy on sale items. My issue is their sizing chart and recommendations are NOT even close to being accurate anymore. For example, I normally wear a size 25 or 26 in shorts/pants and a size XS or S in tops/dresses. I either went up a size or two as recommended in everything, and it is still too small. The sizes significantly vary and the quality of clothes have gone downhill. I've never had a problem there; however, I branched out and ordered a one-shoulder black bodysuit on clearance last month (I guess joke's on me - it was clearance for a reason), and goodness that thing wouldn't fit anybody. I am a Sm-M sized girl but I ordered a Large because I don't love skin-tight clothes. This thing is SO tight and SO short. I don't know how this can be considered a Large while also being too short to even button and cover both boobs at the same time. I am 5'4" with an arguably short torso, and I don't know how in the world this bodysuit would fit anyone if it can't cover up enough of MY body! I didn't bother reaching out to the store since the item was final sale on clearance, but I definitely won't be branching out much with this brand if that's how a LARGE fits my body here. I have ordered clothes through Kittenish several times and each time the customer service has been okay. I understand due to the current climate there are shipping delays , but it should not take two to three weeks before an order is processed. They claim it is because of the pandemic, but this has always been an issue even before . I have tried to be patient . When this brand first started it was like this too and we were told it would get better. I am not sure if there only a small group processing orders for the whole country, but I hope it gets better. It should not be bots processing online orders . I would advise hiring more people to process orders to ease the stress of the brand. Also I should mention the clothes are cute , but some of the clothes are cheap quality. You will probably only get to wear your outfit from here two to three times before there is a hole. Not worth it. I have visited the located in Nashville and the staff was friendly and helpful . It was a fun experience .
