We had Kiwi Pavers demolish our concrete driveway and side yard, and put in pavers, to match our backyard pavers. Over 2500 sq feet. We didn't use the company which did our backyard pavers due to poor oversight and have been very pleased with Kiwi Pavers. Regan oversaw the project and he was there every step of the way. We were looking to make some repairs to the pavers we had set around our pool 12 years ago (settling and drainage issues) by another installer. Regan was very responsive, gave us a fair price, and was able to work around the schedules of the other contractors working on our pool remodel. Regan (Kiwi Pavers) helped us with a small job a few years ago, he did a great job. When we decided to replace our concrete driveway and RV parking (2000 SF) we took bids from a few companies, including Kiwi Pavers. We visited other projects did and checked references and liked what we saw. In fact, as a homeowner was leaving, she was eager to give accolades to Reagan and his crew. Regan's bid was very competitive so we decided to work with him. He worked well with the other contractor we hired to do a wall and stone on the side of our house. During the job an old electrical breaker happened to fail, we called Regan to inform him and he came over immediately to help, he called an electrician he worked with before. On a Friday afternoon, the power was restored within about three hours. Three hours, that is unheard of!! We were so grateful to Regan. Kiwi finished this large project on the suggested timeline, the crew was very seasoned and professional. Regan was always present and responsive. We felt that Regan worked on our pavers as if it were his own home. We love the pavers and our family, friends and neighbors do too! Reagen and his crew led by his foreman Emilio removed and then rebuilt an existing Basalite block wall that after 15 years had begun to lean. The existing material was reused and the foundation and drainage were reinstalled. Daily cleanup was great and the crew could not have more respectful of our property. I have a very large driveway that was paved with interlocking pavers 20+ yrs ago. In one small area, the pavers were sinking. I called and spoke with multiple companies, and almost all said they would not touch the project, because it was too small, and wanted reinstall pavers for the entire driveway. Then I contacted Kiwi Pavers. Regan came, assessed the problem, gave me two bids, for best and worst case, and was fine with just repairing what was wrong. His crew came within a week, worked for an entire day, pulling up, fixing, adding drains, and restoring the area. Regan and his team did an AMAZING job on our driveway. We have done a lot of improvements on our house over the years and our experience with Kiwi Pavers was by far the best. I'm an architect so pretty particular and detail oriented and I was blown away by their incredible depth of knowledge and craft. We were replacing our fence at the same time that required coordination and although not their job, Regan stepped in to ensure things got done smoothly with fence contractor. The driveway is very narrow and careful sloping was key to ensure driveability and that water would drain away from the house and during stormageddon, I watched the water move exactly how it was supposed to. Kiwi paving came out and did a fantastic job! I needed a rush job of leveling an area in my yard and then installing pavers so that a huge swing with a pergola could be delivered and assembled. (We got word that the swing was arriving a few weeks earlier than expected so we were in a pinch.) Kiwi came the day after I contacted them, gave me an estimate, and was able to fit me in and start work the very next week. They finished the job quickly and I was ready to go! The way my yard is situated they had to do the entire job by hand with no large movers and they still finished in one day. I am very happy with it. The pavers are beautiful.
